arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics mode and tested. I found that the unit would not drain as the drain pump would not engage. I checked the drain pump and found that it's connection was not fully seated. I reseated the drain pump and tested and unit operated as designed. Customer complained that the unit is leaving residue on their clothing and also staining. Customer advised that they have a water softner, as well. I instructed the customer to cut back on detergent use to amount one or two teaspoons and to use a less concentrated brand. Advised that due to the water softner, it will not break the detergent down as much causing more detergent debris at the end of the wash cycle. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and after all observing for 15 minutes there is a rattle from the refrigerator however customer says it is usually louder. Rattle stops when I put my hand on the right side of the cabinet. Lowered refrigerator off the front seat and pulled it forward and rattle has stopped. Inspected rear and did not find any thing loose. Rattle did not happen again during service call. Requested that customer take a video if noise happens again, job complete.

He advised that the builder had put the gasket back into place. I found that the gasket had a small tear in it allowing water to leak. I removed and replaced the gasket and tested the unit. arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Unit was in the process of defrosting and there was a small amount of ice buildup on the evaporator. I had to steam the remaining ice away before replacing the parts. Once the ice was removed, I removed and replaced the Evap fan motor/thermistor and Evap cover. I found that the drain tube had a small gap approximately 1/8 inch from the bottom of the unit. I used manufacturer approved silicone and sealed the gap. Return the unit to its space and tested and a the unit tested good. All water was cleaned up at the end of service and no water leaks observed at the end of service.

Model MVWC555DW1, Arrived on call for call says transmission is bad, checkd for error codes and found no error codes, ran auto test and all checked good, then found water coming from under washer from gear case, will need gearcase and cam and belt, unit has a parts coverage no service/labor coverage, svc/labor tl280 189.99 plus tax 15.67 which = 205.66 customer approved est., installed gear case, cam and belt, ran auto test and found in spin it sounds like a rubbing noise which is not normal, will reorder gearcase, skyped office parts and talked to Sarah and will reschedule for 5/29/18

KitchenAid Microwave Model KMHS120ESS0. Arrived onsite for the microwave giving an open close door message. Ms stated that sometimes the light will not come on when the door is opened. Ms also stated that sometimes the unit will not start after the door is closed. I found the door switches failing and coming apart. I replaced the door switches and interlocks. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Call complete.

Found separator has come apart inside refrigerator, but is not broken, causing ice door not to close. Reassembled separator assembly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks found at time of service.
