I found the fc evaporator leaking from under the fc evaporator thermistor and the evaporator will require replacement. The compressor has operated within the ruptured sealed system condition for an extended period and was making excessive noise and will require replacement. Office to order fc evaporator, compressor, service port and non-dye drier. Please allow three hours for service and include oil free gauges. RANGE WHIRLPOOL PRG4810LP "Arrived onsite for the range with a clicking sound coming from the left rear burner when turned off. Mr also stated the little oven will not light. Mr stated that prior to the last company coming out, they had to turn on the large surface burners to get the large oven to light. I found the LR valve switch passing voltage all the time to the ignition module. I found the wire nut loose to the ignitor on the small oven and after tightening the connection the ignitor and oven worked as designed. The regulator is letting to much gas pressure in and locking the valves up on the ovens. I tapped the regulator and the flame size went down. Need to replace the switch and the regulator to complete service. The regulator is discontinued. Ordering switch. RS for Fri. 12/7; ordrng 1 WP73001321 (SWITCH- IG)"

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 Arrived onsite for the washer not completing a cycle. Ms stated the washer is completing the cycle after SM Replaced the control. Ms stated that the washer is over filling with water in the soak cycle. I tested the unit in auto diagnostics and the unit worked as designed. I checked stored error codes and found F8E1. I erased the code and checked the pressure switch line from the tub to the control and found no holes in the line. I removed the line from the control and blew thru it to make sure it was clear. When I reattached the hose the drain pump turned on. I disconnected the line and the pump turned off. I blew thru the line again and when I attached it to the control the pump stayed off. I removed the basket and found a lot of debris in the bottom of the tub. I suspect debris in the air trap and I advised ms to get a washer cleaner and clean the unit. Call complete. I called techline and reported my findings to David SR# 7723575762.

The vent cap on the inner door was installed upside down and not applying enough clamp force and the drain was at the top. I removed and flipped the vent cover and reinstalled it correctly. I advised the customer to greatly reduce the amount of detergent and one teaspoon. The rinse agent was set to three and the customer has a water treatment system. I set it to one and advised. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied."

Ms stated the oven gets to temp just fine but if she try’s to set the temp hotter it will not get hotter. I tested the oven at 350 degree set point and all elements worked as designed and the oven reached temperature correctly. I cancelled the 350 degree setting and set the set point to 450 degrees. The oven went to 450 degrees and worked as designed. I explained to ms that the first program has to be cancelled before starting another bake cycle.

Temperature is 42 in fresh food bottom drawer, freezer temperature is 4-10 degrees, reported temperatures to tech line SR7723578559 Temperature is correct and they have no recommendations To replace any parts. Customer also noted that the bottom of the fresh food door protrude farther out than the freezer door tech line recommended adding permagum to the gasket this has helped but it is still not perfect. There is no condensation or frost in either sections, took pictures of everything. No water leaks from connections at time of service, Job complete."
