Upon further inspection, I placed the rack in the very center of the unit and placed my thermal couple in the center of the rack and began testing on Bake at 350 degrees. My readings were 312, 398, 323, and 396. The average of my readings was 357. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and instructed the customer that when the unit reached the 350 degree mark and beeped to wait another 15-20 mins to place food inside the unit. Also, when placing food inside unit, place rack in center of unit and place food in the middle of the center rack. Job completed.

Arrived on site for no bake operation, found valve had not been switched to allow for gas flow into both oven and cooktop, flipped switch under unit, found broil igniter is working and lighting every time. Found bake ignitor is not igniting on every time. When unit is lit and burning temperatures are not registering correctly found temp sensor is reading almost 70 degrees off. Will need to replace bake ignitor and temp sensor. Unit will need to be pulled out to replace, customer will either need to sign waiver or have unit pulled out for tech. arrived on site to refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal couple in the rc at the bottom, lowest area of the compartment under the crisper drawer and let the thermal couple read. My reading after approximately 7 mins was 38 degrees. I placed my thermal couple in the fc at the bottom of the compartment under a frozen food. After approximately 5 mins, my reading was 3.3 degrees. I verified that the compressor was warm and the lines were good as the customer advised that she felt the compressor does not come on enough. The Evap frost pattern was good as well. At this time, this unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that this unit is a replacement unit from Whirlpool as she had many issues with her previous refrigerator and wanted be pre-cautious with it. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon inspection, I tested the unit with my thermal couple by placing it inside the unit and turning the unit on timed dry mode. Unit heated up to 230 degrees as expected and temp decreased to 119 degrees then climbed back up to 228 degrees. I verified ohms at the fuse, cutoff and sensor. While testing, the unit was making a loud screeching noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the idler or tension pulley was weak and rubbing against the motor. Office to order dryer kit and scheduled return service for 06/12/18 LSO. No lint observed during service.

WED92HEFC1 whirlpool dryer Arrived on site to install part for repair. Bulkhead will not fix this issue amd problem is due to rigid duct puting tension on innner duct when pushed all the way back. When unit is pulled from wall noise does not happen. Was able to push a screw between back panel and inner dryer duct to prevent this from happening. If customer calls back with same noise it will be a customer instruct. Customer has been informed that in order to properly eradicate this noise a 90 degree fitting will need to be installed to stop inner dryer duct from being pushed out of place when dryer is up against wall. Made aware of proper venting and fire hazard.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the control had shorted out and caught fire and melted the control, wiring harness and part of the control cover. I immediately turned the breaker switch off and inspects the unit more. I found that several pieces of the racking had broken off and fallen down into the sump/motor assembly and into the drain pump area. Also found several pieces of broken glass a don rubber piece to a water bottle (pictures taken of pieces) and I had to vacuum the water out to get to the pieces. Office to order control, sump/motor assembly, wiring harness, control cover, drain pump, and fuse kit. Office to schedule return service. The wiring harness is discontinued and AHS will need to research the harness. No water leaks observed during service. Breaker switch was left in the off position upon leaving.

Arrived on site for filter is cracking and causing leakage in ff section. Found excessive water all over unit due to filter is cracked and has been left inside of unit to drip all over ff section. Found filter housing, cover plate for filter are all broken are not keeping filter in place. Whole assembly needs replaced as it is allowing filter to drop onto shelf and can cause unit to crack. Customer will need to purchase new filter before return visit. Found damper control is not closing properly allowing for too much cold air flow into fridge side. Control is not sensing correct temps in fridge to close damper. Will need to replace. Will need authorization. Cnotes. Filter plate is discontinued, ahs will need to locate. Left filter out of unit so that it will not leak. Water connections are dry. Unit has leaked on floor due to leaving cracked filter in unit. Jordan assisted, office will reschedule.
