I powered the unit up and found the door locked and the drain pump running. I unlocked the unit and ran diagnostics. The unit had an F20 error code. I found the hot water side of the fill valve failing causing the error. I replaced the valve. I ran diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRB322DMBM00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the the ice maker working as designed and I found 119 VAC out of the tan wire at the ice maker going to the fill valve but the valve was not opening. I replaced the fill valve and tested. I had the same results. I checked the resistance on the tan wire from the valve to the chassis and it tested good. I tested resistance on the tan wire from the ice maker to the chassis and it tested good. The tan wire in the chassis has to be open or broken. I didn’t have long enough leads on my meter to check this. I called techline and spoke with Dave SR# 7723962152. Dave agreed with the checks that I made that the tan wire has to be bad in the chassis. Dave advised for the customer to call customer service with the file number because he can’t authorize a replacement without a POP. Authorization Number WIEZK00EPL1. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker was leaking water and it leaked out of the fc section onto the floor. Checked the ice maker and it was off. I found a large amount of ice debris under the ice bin, ice maker, and on the auger motor housing. I turned the ice maker on and it never harvested. I tested the motor ad solenoid and the motor did not come on ad the solenoid never moved either. I removed the motor housing and found that it was frozen. I tested ohms to the motor and solenoid and the motor was good but the solenoid was open. I thawed the ice off of it and reinstalled it and the motor began to operate but was dragging and the solenoid still did not operate. I am ordering the motor, solenoid, auger Drive ad will return with the ice maker and valve. Scheduled return service for 01/22/19. RANGE AMANA AER6303MFS1 "arrived on site to inspect range cooktop element not working. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and the back left element came on. The element began to glow. After a few minutes the element began to turn off on its own and turn back on. I explained to the customer that the element works in that manner as the element gets to its set temp, the sensor in the element will sense it and let the control know to turn the heat off. Once it gets to a set low temp, the sensor will let the control know and the element will come back on. I removed and replaced the switch and element and tested again with the same results. I contacted Techline and spoke to Robert and advised him of the issue. Robert concurred with me stating that the sensor in the element tells the control when to turn the element on and turn it off.
