"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7741117945 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. Arrived onsite and tested unit fresh food evap fan and found proper power and flow following the defrost. Based in irregular defrost pattern caused by model home use over years of light non residential use resulting in slow morphing clear ice blockage that over time blocked over half the fresh food intake and began ordinary defrost failure symptoms including frozen fan space. Manual defrost solved all detectable cause and symptoms. Evap cover not needed to repair. Documented floor and baseboard with pictures. Advised onsite staff on findings and follow up.

Arrived on site for unit making noises. Upon inspection found dryer vent not connected. This caused a rattling and vibration against floor and metal when exhaust air from unit blowing on disconnected exhaust vent. Connected dryer vent back on and tested unit is now longer making noise. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the breaker was recently replaced and the unit intermittently trips the breaker. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the components at the back of the unit and tested voltage and got 247V. I tested amp draw to the bake element and found 12amps and the broil was 16amps. Tested continuity to both elements and they were both within manufacturer specs and not grounded to the unit. While testing, the unit tripped the breaker while switching from bake to broil. I removed and replaced the main control and removed the ground wire from the chassis and performed a burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees on Standard Preheat. The unit completed preheat. I reconnected the ground wire to the chassis and reassembled the unit and performed another burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees. The unit completed the burnout out successfully. I advised the cusromer of my findings and repairs. I contacted techline and spoke to Nate and advised of the complaint, my findings and my repairs. Nate provided ideas SR#7741118931 and transferred me to Safety and I advised safety of the same info to techline and they documented under SR#7741119127. I advised the customer that should the unit trip the breaker again, they would need to contact their builder to have the breaker replaced and the wiring behind the unit. Job completed. W11649136"

I gained access to the evaporator and found that the evaporator fan was seized and not running. I also found that the drain had frozen over. I removed the ice maker and evap cover to inspect the fill tube to find the fill tube extension was not fully covering the fill tube and water is spraying out of the top of the fill tube (photo). I removed and replaced the fill tube extension with a longer extension and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. WPW10496649"

Arrived onsite for dryer display cutting off. I couldn't get the unit to cutoff on me. I did however find the neutral and L2 wire loose on the terminal block. I tighted the bolts securely and unit is running as designed. Unit has no issues at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to test the unit for a gas smell when using the oven. Inspected the unit for leaks no leaks were present. Removed the bake cover to observe the flame during ignition. Turned the oven on and found that only half of the bake burner ignited, while the other half released gas for 10-15 seconds, causing a strong gas odor. Adjusted the burner choke to ensure the burner ignites evenly and fully upon startup. Arrived on site for refrigerator making a noise. Last 1 sec sounds like a banging. Explained to customer that he is out of warranty. He says he called in before warranty expired and office confirmed. Customer says it is same issue noise. Ran test and confirmed all components running normally defrost has metal expansion noise which is normal but that is not noise customer hears. "Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated she coil not start a cycle for a few days, started one this morning but unit did not drain. Tested unit, found drain pump is getting proper voltage but is not engaging. Replaced drain pump (W11497943), while replacing saw the drain pump port was blocked with gunk. Removed clog and test unit, unit is now draining properly. Also found no high drain loop installed. Installed high drain loop and ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to run some cleaning cycles to remove any soap or hard water buildup. No leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived onsite for repeat frosting up of the fill cup causing overflow. Customer stated everything was fine until the water supply was turned off and put under a boil notice again following some road construction in the area which was the circumstances that caused the first incident. Cleared ice and advised that during start up after a boil notice or water cutoff inc8dent the bin should be emptied to give the icemaker the most consecutive cycles possible to smooth possible air pockets and and other pressure issues that could cause excessive splatter. No obvious standing leaks as from a bad valve. No parts. AEX Warranty. No charge.

"WDT531HAPM0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking water. On arrival nobody was home , home builder said the door is open . I came into empty home and ran diagnostic on dishwasher, water was already on. No error codes showed up no water leaks either it ran multiple diagnostic test and no water leaks anywhere not under the sink or under the dishwasher. I uploaded multiple photos after diagnostic and customer test no water leaks . I cannot find water leak signs no water leaks. No parts installed no water leaks visible from main water supply. Nobody can sign either nobody hose"

Arrived onsite for middle burner too low. I found the center burner to be warped and have grease around it. The burner couldn't get a full flame due to the center cap being warped. I replaced the center burner and unit looks and functions as designed. I also explained to the customer that having a full house humidifier can cause the burners to wig out and could play into what he is seeing as the moisture will make the flame not as strong. Customer understands and he stated he is going to get rid of it soon. No leaks are present and unit is operating as designed now. Call complete. Installed W11475513 center burner cap.

Arrived onsire for dishwasher not cleaning dishes. I found no errors stored however when testing the unit i found the pump and motor to be making noise as if the bearing is going out. The pump and motor is failing and needs to be replaced. I replaced the pump and motor and it now sounds normal. The pump and motor was replaced recently and still falls under 90 day warranty. Unit now operates as designed. No leaks present while testing. Call complete. Installed W11460945 PUMP&MOTOR.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the previous repair, the unit may have worked for a couple cycles, but stopped draining again and she was told by the previous tech, that if they still had issues with that repair, that they would need a wire harness. I found water at the bottom of the basket and checked resistance through the drain pump. I found it open. I checked resistance at the drain pump and found proper resistance indicating a bad harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11643701."

Issue recovered or refrigerant and installed w11547313 compressor, wpw10143759 uv dryer, w11506635 access valve and w11572047 evaporator.
