"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I found the washer out away from the f it had walked due to an out of balance load. I placed the unit back even with the dryer and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I inspected the bellow drain and it is clear and the unit drained the water from the tub as designed. I found the customer is possibly using too much detergent is using pods and Oxy powder together which will cause too many suds and the unit will shut down if it detects too many suds. I contacted the owner and advised of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Saw water running down the back of the unit into the tray where the compressor sits. On further inspection found the icemaker fill tube had a hole in it and was spaying the bottom of the cabinet and running down the back of the fridge. Replaced the fill tube and tested unit. "WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. Upon arrival, the customer advised me the unit has, since calling in about the ice, lost its ability to keep items frozen within the FC. FC temperature measured at 25?F and RC was 40? The FC had not been opened for many hours, prior to my arrival. The compressor could be heard running and the front of the condenser was cool (floor/room temp) to the touch. I found the braze joint at the dye drier had failed and was showing signs of long-term leakage. Tapping the system, the static pressure was 19/19. I recovered the system and then corrected the leaking the sealed system. I vacuumed to 210 microns and allowed the unit to sit for an additional 15 min. Holding vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The unit started cooling as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the FC at 23 and RC 37. Balanced system pressure was 36/36 psi and the unit running, was 14 of vacuum and high side of 116 psi. I found no dye on any accessible areas, including all lower unit tubing, the condenser and both evaporators and I isolated the yoder loop for leak testing, via two separate service ports brazed at each end of the loop and leak solution tested and shown to be leak free joints. Pressurizing the heat loop to 118 psi, I monitored a 3 psi drop in 15 minutes, performed twice with the similar results. The tech line was closed and will need to be called for a non cabinet leak tomorrow, during business hours. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling well in the RC and is not making ice. I found the RC evaporator frosted over. I found the thermistors in range at the control and the correct DC voltage out of the main control to the thermistors. I found some foam in the drain tube but not fully restricting the flow. Tilted unit backwards and found no oil on the rotor and stator indicated to a good gear case. I did find the bolt to the motor lose I used loctite to make bolt did not back out again. Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not heating and making a weird noise. The customer stated it makes a loud humming noise. I tested the unit confirming the noise coming from the HV system and found the magnetron not firing. The customer also stated the unit does not vent correctly and blows out the top filter causing grease to build up on the cabinets. I found the damper not fitting in the house air duct correctly because the duct is to low not allowing the dampener to go all the way inside the duct. I explained to the customer that the house duct needs to be corrected. I found the capacitor open and the diode burned up causing the no heat condition. I found the magnetron and HV transformer both in spec. I replaced the diode and the capacitor. I tested the unit and found it putting out 1000 watts and working as designed. Call complete.

I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and my findings. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes. On inspection the dishwasher spray arms were not working properly. Very little water was being pumped out of the arms. The motor was making a grinding noise on top very little water being pumped out of the spray arms. The drain was working fine and the heating element was 19 ohms. Replaced the pump and motor and retested the unit. The unit is spaying water with force now and no noise coming from the motor. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service
