Arrived onsite for oven not cooking food. I found the manifold for the bake to have a screw come loose and not sitting properly. I also found the adjuster not set correctly. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperatures and measured 3 degrees FC and 37 RC. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code E2 and E3. I ran a harvest test and the test failed, and the ice maker motor did not rotate. I verified proper voltage to the ice maker mold heater. I checked the fill by running test 45 and no water came into the ice maker. I ran test 19 to check the fill tube heater condition and found that no voltage was being supplied to the fill heater. I found that the fill tube had frozen, however the valve is operatimg fine. Arrived onsite for washer leaking. I confirmed water was inside the drip pan underneath the washer. When inspecting the valve i found no leaks or water trails. Drain pump isn't leaking and gearcase shows no signs of water trails. I inspected the connections to the valve and found the cremp on the hot water line to be leaking indicating the hose has failed. I took a photo of the water trail coming from the hose and advised customer to call home depot back and get them to replace the connections as they got a broken line. Call complete. No parts installed. Customer stated the washer trips breaker but it's due to the water touching the electrical connections. I shut off the water and advised to not use the unit.

Arrived onsite for washer tearing clothes. I found the washplate to be good and found a offbalance code stored. I found a small load about 8 clothes in the washer indicating washer is being loaded incorrectly. Customer stated she loads the clothes on top of the washplate and lays them out. I advised the customer to drop the clothes in around the outer part of the tub as the clothes will knot or tear if layed directly on the washplate. I ran a test cycle and unit ran with no issues. No gearcase oil at time of service. Customer understands and will start loading with a laundry basket full and not on top of the washplate. No leaks. Call complete. No parts installed. Customer was not onsite for signature.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with condensation buukd up. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the top of the freezer door gasket has condensation built up on it again and it's centrally located on FC gasket. I pulled the drawer open and inspected the crisper drawer gasket and found it completely sealed. Removed the crisper drawer bin and placed my flashlight inside and closed the drawer and found no gaps in the crisper gasket. When I opened the FC drawer, I found it had some resistance and none of the food was blocking the drawers inside. I found a small amount of frost on the slides and no condensation on the inside of the FC door as if there was a gap in the gasket. I placed my flashlight inside and closed the FC drawer and found no gaps in the FC door gasket. I found the unit is not leveled and has a slight tilt forward. I checked the RC door gaskets and they are sealing perfectly. I advised the customer that since the unit is not leveled properly, the unit doors will not close properly which can lead to the freezer door not fully closing and sealing causing the warm air and subzero air from the freezer to collide and create the condensation. Also, when the customer gets something from the freezer, the subzero air being released is colliding with the warm kitchen air and creating the condensation as well. I found the gap in the liner around the freezer was not fully sealed with silicone. Using the silicone prescreened for today's call, I sealed the gaps in the liner and then leveled the unit. I tested the unit doors functions and demonstrated to the customer how the doors close on their own now. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and to call it in for service if the condensation gets worse than what it is now. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10841140"

Arrived on site for gets stuck on drain. Ran diagnostics and get F3-E1 pressure system fault. Need to replace control. Replaced control W11607637 per Service Pointer #: W 11766193.
