Upon further inspection, the customer explained that she is getting white residue on the clothing after washing and she provided me with a shirt as an example. The customer advised that she is using a full cup of detergent for each wash and she has changed detergents to experiment and she got the same results. The customer advised that they do have a water softener in their home. I advised the customer that they are using too much detergent as the unit doesn’t use as much water as an older unit would. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes in the beginning. At the end of testing, the unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end. "arrived on site to inspect washer making loud noise during spin cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes at the beginning. The unit operated as designed with no error codes and no noises. I tested the unit manual mode number 12 high spin and the noise started when the unit reached the hints rpm’s. tilted the unit back to inspect the motor/gearcase and found lots of oil debris on the panels and the drain pump. I advised the customer of my findings and removed ad replaced the gearcase, clutch ad rotor. I replaced the rotor and clutch due to the amount of gearcase oil on them and I could not get it off. I tested the unit again on manual mode #12 and the unit did not make any noises. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making clicking noise. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise the unit is making and it sounded as if someone was knocking inside the unit. Hole I was on site, the unit began to knock and it sounded like it was down low and in the back of the unit. I pulled the unit from its place and removed the back cover. While behind the unit I could hear the knocking noise again. I removed the fc door and drawers to expose the evaporator. I did not hear the noise anymore. I contacted Techline and spoke to Rick who advised to checked the high line and make sure it has a sealer on it to keep it from vibrating against the Evap cover, which it does. Rick advised to check the dye dryer and position it horizontally to help the refrigerant flow more freely. He provided file #7723613363. "WOD51EC0AS05 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. The customer had a home inspector inform them the unit was off by 50 degrees. I tested at 350 and the unit claimed preheat at the 332 and climbed out to 352 and the declined. 320, 388, 351, 389. I induced a -15 degree calibration and advised the customer. The lower door was having difficulties closing and I found it required hinge adjustment. During the adjustment I discovered the unit’s mounting hardware had never been installed, including installation holes that were missing. I informed the customer they will have to contact the builder as the mfg will not cover installation issues."

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition in either compartment. I found the FC not getting below 13.5 degrees and not getting any lower. I found the compressor extremely hot due to the condenser fan not running because it was jammed with the fill valve line guard. I removed the guard and snapped it back on the valve. I tested the unit again and found the FC temp dropped to 12 degrees but very slow and I found the compressor running at more than 200 watts. Need to replace the compressor to complete service. Arrived onsite for customer complaint of intermittent ice production on french door dual evaporator refrigerator. Ran diagnostics and ran test 036(Icebox Fan). Found fan works as intended. Ran test 056 and found no error codes. Harvested icemaker on test 057. All check ok. Did find that “Max Ice” feature not working properly. Found icebox fan will not ramp up to full speed allowing proper air flow. Advise customer that UI and HV control should be replaced. TriCity Appliance has replaced control and UI back in October. Advised to contact TriCity regarding exchanging put board. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.
