I removed the flu and inspected the inside and found it to look brand new; no burn marks. I tested the unit to 350 within normal bake mode and the chassis cooling fan engaged at 155. I allowed a complete preheat and then cancelled. The fan ran until the compartment cooled. I advised the customer the issue is normal. I corrected a mounting hardware issue with the lower control panel. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

arrived on site to inspect venthood fan not working. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit fan on low, medium and high. The only time the fan blower wheel came on was on high and it sounded as if it were rubbing against something. I removed the fan from the housing and loosened up the bolt and moved the fan blower wheel away from the motor and re-tightened and tested. The unit worked as designed; however, when the unit is on high speed, the blower wheel rubs against the housing due to it being badly warped. I notified the builder and advised of my findings and advised him that the office would contact him tomorrow to schedule return service. I ordered the fan blower motor assembly and office to reschedule return service due to part not available at this time.

arrived on site to inspect microwave making loud noise when starting. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on for a quick 30 second time. Upon turning the unit on, within approximate 5-10 seconds, it made a loud electrical sounding noise. The sound appears to be the transformer. I removed the unit from the wall and opened it up and I removed and replaced the transformer, magnetron, diode and capacitor. I placed the unit back in the wall and tested the unit and unit operated as designed with no noise. Job completed.

Arrived on site for squeaking dryer . Found one of the rollers worn down, also the rear felt on drum torn and wore down. Looks like something had gotten wedged drum and rear bulk head . Drum metal is worn and rough in some spots . Ordering drum , replaced rollers . Front cabinet clip is on left side is also damaged, ordering clip . No lint build up at time of service . arrived on site to inspect cooktop right rear burner not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, I found that while turning the knob/valve, it would not fully engage and would not allow the Ignitor to spark essentially allowing too much gas to escape. I tested several times and attempted to adjust the valve itself with no success. I will order a right rear valve and return for service on 06/27/18 as my first call 8-10. No gas leaks detected during service.

arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning water out of clothes. Upon arrival, the customer advised that she washed a load of towels in hot water and the unit operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found that the cold water valve was not dispensing water. I ohmed out the cold valves and found that the cold 1 valve was not good. I removed and replaced the water valve housing and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. I explained to the customer my findings and what repair I made. No water leaks observed.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that they had an electrical storm and the power had gone out and since the oven bake and broil features do not work. I verified this issue and then turned the power off at the breaker box. I waited a few minutes and then turned it back on. I tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. I tested both bake and broil modes and both operated. I quoted the customer WO100 $99.99 and the total service fee of $108.24 with tax. The customer paid in full. Job completed.
