"arrived on site to inspect dryer UI flashing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. The unit showed F4E3, F6E3, F4E4. I checked the breaker and turned it off and turned it back on. The customer advised that they recently had the vents cleaned. I remove the console and verified voltage at the terminal block and then checked voltage by placing my black probe in the P8-3 connector and my red probe in the P9-2 connector and got 120 VAC. Then I placed my black probe in the P2-3 connector and my red probe in the P2-1 and got .2VDC. I then placed my black probe in the P5-3 and my red probe in the P5-8 and got less than 12VDC. I removed and replaced the main control and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer off my findings. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect wall oven showing error code F1E1. Upon further inspection, I found the unit had been turned on and was hot and the display was showing F1E1. I placed the unit in diagnostics to check for any other error codes and then cleared the error code to test. As soon as I took the unit out of diagnostics, the unit beeped and showed error code F1E1 again. I turned the power off at the breaker and when I attempted to pull the unit from the wall, I was unable to pull it all the way out due to poor installation. I found that the shelf at the bottom of the unit where the unit site was not secured and had fallen down in the front. I was able to remove and replace the main control and in an attempt to put the unit back in the wall, I was unable to do so due to the shelf. I attempted to adjust the shelf but was unable to do so. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit was leaking from the back right side corner where the compressor is located so he turned the water off at the wall and the leak stopped. I removed the back cover to inspect the valves. I turned the water on and the customer got a cup of water from the dispenser and I found no leak. I did find evidence of water residue in the drain pan and on the bottom panel near the compressor, but no active water leak. I checked the valve connections and they were dry. I checked the connection at the water valve in the wall and it was dry. I checked the water lines at the back of the unit and did find any cracks or wet spots/leaking. I advised the customer that should this occur again to remove the back cover and take pictures of the leak/water to get a better idea of where the leak is coming from. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect unit not cooling in both compartments. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead inside the rc section ad my temp reading was 51 degrees. I tested the fc section in the same manner and my temp reading was 10 degrees. When I opened the door to the fc section, I found a large amount of frost on the Evap cover. I removed the Evap cover to find a large amount of frost/ice on the evaporator. Using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost and tested ohmed to the heater and it was closed/good. I found that one of the connections to the heater was not filled connected. I tested ohms to the bi-metal and found it open so I tested voltage to the bi-metal and found that there is voltage to the part. I removed and replaced the bi-metal and using manufacturers approved silicone, I filled the wire nuts to keep moisture from getting inside and shorting the bi-metal. I tested the unit and the Evap had a nice frost

"arrived on site to inspect washer not draining or spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit showed error code F7E6-motor fault. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed but I noticed that during agitate ad spin, the basket was slow to start. I tested the unit in manual mode and tested on high agitate and high spin. Again, the basket was slow to turn but then would go into full speed. I am ordering the capacitor and a CNOTE LSO (per customer request) and scheduled return service for 11/05/18 since we have a part available at the office. Using my oven dolly, I removed the unit from the wall and found the unit is not wired at the junction box on the back wall. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that an electrician would have to wire the unit as the power cord is not part of the oven itself. No further repair needed, job completed. "arrived on site to inspect ice buildup in freezer. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the freezer door to to show me the ice buildup on the top of the door and near the light switch. I closed the fc door and opened the rc doors to inspect the fc door gasket at the top. I found that the gasket had an approximate 1/4 inch gap in it. I also found that the sides of the fc door gasket were tighter towards the bottom of the door than at the top of the door. I adjusted the door brackets ad using my heat gun, I remolded the gasket and tested. The door closed and the gap was sealed. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gaps in between the fc section molding and chassis. I did the same for the rc section. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
