Retainer from original not not staying locked in due to issue. Upon inspection of unit I found the cabinet wrapper dented at same spot as door. Unit will also need new wrapper to complete repair. Due to location of the dent the actual microwave cabinet is dented as well. This issue does not cause a functional issue but only a cosmetic issue. The cabinet is a non replaceable part. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that another appliance co. had serviced the unit recently and pulled debris from the drain filter, but shortly after, the unit began to leak water again. I placed the unit in diagnostics to test and found error codes F8E3 and F9E1. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. I removed the back panel to gain access to the drain pump and while testing the unit never leaked. However, I found that the hot water hose connection to the inlet valve had a small slow leak at the hose and connector (picture). I turned the water off and disconnected the hose and found that it was connected crooked. I reconnected the hose and it stopped leaking. I turned the water back on. Using my wet vac to catch any remaining water in the unit, I removed the drain pump filter/trap and found a large amount of debris (bra padding and hair tie) in

REFRIGERATOR MAYTAG MFD2561HES "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and water not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I found that the water dispenser was not working. Also, I found that the ice maker was not producing any ice. I removed the water filter and attempted to get water and it failed to dispense. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker from the T and H and the unit began to harvest but at the end of harvesting the unit did not dispense water into the reservoir and the motor sparked. Using my jumper wire, I tested from L to V and no water dispensed into the reservoir. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested the water dispenser and water dispensed. I tested the ice maker again and still no water dispensed. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it operated as designed. In the end, I found that the water valve was leaking. Upon further inspection, using my oven dolly, I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the back covers to expose the convection motor and motor capacitor. Using my multimeter, I checked for voltage at the motor and got no voltage. I verified ohms at the motor and it showed to be good. I checked voltage to the capacitor and found none. I am ordering the motor capacitor and convection motor. If another tech returns to install parts, the capacitor needs to be installed first and test the unit. REFRIGERATOR GE GSH25JSDB SS "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my temperature lead in the fresh foods section to test temps. After approximately five minutes my temp reading was 37 degrees. I performed the same test with the freezer section and my temp reading was 22 degrees. I removed my lead from the freezer section and found a large amount of frost built up on the Evap cover. I removed the cover and found a large amount of ice buildup on the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and asked that the customer sign a waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and they agreed to and signed the waiver. I advised the customer to defrost the unit 12-24 hours before I return. I will return with all prescreened parts and scheduled return service for 11/01/18. DRYER SAMSUNG DV5471AEP/XAA01 Arrived on site and tested operation. Found unit running but no heat. Tested voltage and found to be good with no voltage drop when starting. Unplugged unit the plugged back in after 30 seconds. Unit now heating. Instructed customer that this is most likely due to the relay failing in the control. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT720PADM3 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not starting. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit showed error code F4E3 (motor not running). I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water into the tub, but the motor did not come on. I advanced the testing until the drain pump came on and then I tested the heating element by pouring water on it and it sizzled. At the end of testing, the unit showed error code F4E3 again. I am ordering a sump/motor assembly and being as it is a PSP Expart, the office will need to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11309335 (PUMP & MOTOR)"
