"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to agitate the unit shut down. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and manually drained the unit and then manually tested the spin cycle at which time the unit shut down again. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and all appeared to be good. I tested the actuator/shifter and found it out of range. Tested the control and found it not sending voltage to the actuator. I removed and replaced the actuator and main control and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evap cover engulfed in ice/frost. I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover and removed the frost from the top section of the evaporator and found the thermistor not in the correct position (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and found the defrost thermistor showing to be shorted. I tested the defrost element and its getting 125V and heating properly. I removed the remaining ice/frost and removed and replaced the thermistor and secured it to the cap tube line with foil tape and a ziptie (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Recommended allowing the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the outer door panel is dented at the bottom left corner and the top right corner at the control panel that appears happened when installing the unit. Also found the control panel is damaged at the far right edge (photos) due to the door panel being damaged. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E2-motor failure. I found where the mounting screws are screwed into the cabinets on both sides there is damage to the cabinets (photos). Also found damage to the cabinets on the left side near the bottom of the unit (photo). I carefully pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the sump assembly and carefully re-installed the unit and pushed it back far enough into the cabinets to where the cabinet drawer to the left of the unit could open/close without hitting the unit handle. I tested the unit and found it operating as designed with no water leaks. With the unit being within the 30 cosmetic warranty, I am ordering the outer door panel and will return with all prescreened parts (console) and office to schedule return service. Returning tech will need to replace the outer door panel and control panel to complete repairs on the unit. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making noise during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I tested the unit and manual agitation, and could not get the unit to make the noise. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738303620. The customer had started a cycle with bulky loads, and I was able to show Rich the sound coming from the machine. It sounded like a very loud popping sound. He had me do various testing, and advised that due to it only happening on agitation and there not being any residue in the cam that it would eliminate the actuator not shifting properly and the issue would have to be up top on the agitator since the noise is most present during heavier loads. He advised to replace the agitator and call back if any other issues persist. Ordering the agitator and rescheduled the customer to 1/30.; ordrng 1 285565 (Agitator)"

"Arrived on site for a microwave. That is intermittently not working. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that nine times out of 10, the microwave will not work and that they are having to slam the door closed several times in order to get the microwave to start. She advised that when it does start, it will continue and finish out the cycle. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I found a service pointer addressing this issue and tested the door switches. Found that when pushing in on the left-hand side of the door, the microwave would start and operate every time. Per the service pointer, it said it would be an issue with the door switch or the door. I checked the door switch and found it working and operating as designed. I checked the door and did not find any abnormalities with the door. I tighten the screws that hold in the door switch up on the top and still found the issue present. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7738300197. He advised to pull the unit out a few inches and see if the door would shut properly to illuminate an issue with the installation. I did pull it out and tested it not installed and still had the same issue. He advised to go ahead and replace the hinges and the door together. He advised that if that didnt work, the issue would have to be with the frame which they cannot fix. Ordering parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a reschedule date due an out of stock and PSP item. After talking with the customer I found out the issue happens in the morning when they first try it or when they have been away for a while. I temped the RC and found the differential swing 3 degrees above and below set point. From what the customer is describing sounds like air leakage around the evaporator cover causing the reservoir to freeze. Will install more gasket material to seel it properly. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit goes back-and-forth on how much it cools. He advised that if he unplugged it and plugged it back in after a couple hours, the freezer will get down to around 20?, but then it will start to slowly warm up Until he unplugged it for several more hours. Gained access to the evaporator and found evidence of an ice ball being formed where the cap to meets into the evaporator. I did advise the customer. This would indicate either a failing compressor or a potential leak. Arrived on site to test unit for little to no ice production. Found all functions working as designed in diagnostics. Allowed unit to work and make 3 ice sheets. Found ice sheets formed are very thin and melting before reaching cutting grid. Contacted Techline and recommend replacing control and harness. Office to reschedule. Arrived onsite for a range with a nonfunctional broil burner. Upon arrival I found this to be true.upon further inspection I found that the spark igniter was making contact with the back panel causing the spark to jump to that instead of igniting the gas. I corrected this and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel keys not working. Upon further inspection, I found the Normal key not responding to touch. All other keys are functioning properly. I found the panel gasket is missing and allowing water to leak inside the panel and short the control. I am ordering the seal and will return with the control panel. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the FC evap fan motor failure and the water dispenser paddle sticking, I removed and replaced the fan motor assembly and paddle and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replace the diode harness at the isolation valve. I ran a icemaker harvest then a fill test. The icemaker filled properly and no water ran out of the dispenser. Call complete.

I have on site for a washing machine that is making a lot of loud noises during the spin cycle. Test the unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the belt slipping on the cam. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. Found the unit was having a hard time draining. I removed the drain pump and found some blockage at the top. I removed the blockage and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with door gaskets that are falling of upon arrival I found that the gasket would not stay in place. I replaced them found the unit operating as designed

On arrival. Edified complaint of no bake. Installed UI and dual valve. Still no bake. Confirmed visual check of ignition and gas valve is activating as gas detector found gas coming from burn tube. Checked voltage at dual valve and found 9vdc. Called TL Butch SR7738216481 was advised of W10622771 training pointer. Was instructed to replace igniter and burn tube. Ordering both W11355922 igniter and W11643161 burner-bake ; ordrng 1 W11355922 (Igniter) and 1 W11643161 (Burner-bake)

Arrived on site for unit not cooling and RC section. On arrival inspected unit. Found evaporator fan motor not functioning again. Replaced and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is still intermittently. Unable to make selections. Inspected unit in work area. The customer advised that it is only happened once or twice since the previous visit but that they are still having issues intermittently where the cycle wont run through and gets paused. The customer advised that she has run a number of loads that Ive worked on throughout the entire cycle but that when this happens, the unit will start the cycle but will go through 3 to 5 minutes and then start blinking like its in a paused state. The customer can try to resume the cycle But she advised it happened six times in a row last week. She unplugged it and left it for a little while, and still have the same issue. She said that once she left it alone for a couple hours, the unit started working again. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) and F7 E0 (loss of power) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working an operating as designed. I called the tagline and spoke to Derek SR# 7738287347. He advised that with there being no stored error codes that would indicate a failure or any issues we can replicate, he advised that he would need a video of what was happening prior to any further repair. He advised to make no repairs at this time and I have the customer call back when they can get the video of the unit feeling. Advised the customer of techlines findings. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not operating properly, customer stated that she has to push start button twice and clothes getting stuck under agitator, tested unit found all components are running properly, explained to customer that lighter fabrics need to be in a wash bag when washing and cycle in selected pressing button once will power on unit and one more time will start cycle, if unit is powered on then pressing once will start cycle, advise customer to follow owner manual if any other operational questions arise, at this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"
