arrived on site to inspect microwave not working. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit was being used and kept saying door open on the display then it stopped. Customer advised that they checked the breaker box and it was good. I found that the top switch was open and when I popped the cam plat back into place the switch was stuck. I checked ohms at the fuse and it was open. I am ordering a fuse, filter board, all three switches and both interlocks and schedule return service for 07/04/18. The unit was left down off the wall per customer request.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dispensing soap. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The dispenser door did not open during the first test; however, I believe it was due to me advancing the test. I tested a second time and the dispenser door open end, but the unit did not continue with washing. I cancelled the test and ran a third time, at which time, the unit dispensed water and did not operate. I could hear the diverter working, but the motor did not come on. I tested one more time and got the same results as the third time. I am ordering a sump/motor assembly and scheduled return service for 07/04/18. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker clogging up and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice maker to inspect and found that water had dispensed into it in the process of making ice. I placed the ice maker back and attempted to jump the unit to make the tines roll and the unit would not operate. I checked the motor to make sure there were no burnt out spots and all w good. I attempts to jump the water line and no water came out. I am ordering an ice maker and scheduling return service for 07/04/18. No water leaks observed during service.

Ran for five minutes and shut off. Ran normal setting with two moistened rags. I shut off unit after ten minutes. Timed function will stay on until time runs out. If customer is attempting to de-wrinkle clothing, do so on timed dry. Instructed customer to clean venting every six months to prevent possible fire hazards and for better performance and economy. I tested the unit with a cup of cold water and at the end of the test, the water was not hot. Customer presented a bag of popcorn that she attempted to heat up and it was not popped. I removed the unit from the wall and removed and replaced the magnetron, diode, and capacitor and tested with a cup of cold water. The water was hot to the touch and the customer placed a bag of popcorn in the unit while I serviced another appliance and the popcorn popped. The unit works as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave light flickering. Upon further inspection, I placed a cup of cold water in the unit and tested for 30 seconds. The water was hot upon completion, but I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. The customer advised that when using the unit to cook, at the end of the cooking time and opening the door, the interior light would flicker. I advised the customer that the symptoms he's describing calls for replacing the switches. I will order all three switches and both interlocks and scheduled return service for 07/03/18. I advised the customer that the office would contact him to schedule a time. I took a picture of the customers closing documents as proof of warranty for the unit.

Drain line has no drain loop and cant due to location of sink. Drain line must come up at least 6 inches after disposal connnection to avoid back fill from sink. Cleared drain line and tested. Unit now draining properly. Customer not using rinse aid. Rinse aid is required for proper drying but will not improve effevtivness with plastics. Instruct customer on proper use and care. arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling in rc and frost buildup in rc and fc. Upon further inspection, I found that the rc Evap had ice buildup and there was frost/ice buildup in the top of the fc. When opening the fc, the drawer was extremely heavy and weighted down. I advised the customer that due to the weight in the fc drawer, the door did not close all the way leaving s gap and allowing warm airflow to go inside which caused the ice buildup. Also advised that due to this issue, it caused the rc Evap to freeze up and restricted airflow which is why the rc is not as cool. The customer removed the heavy frozen food and placed it in a different unit. I quoted the customer RF100 $99.99 for the service/diagnostic fee and RF520 $50.00 to defrost the Evap for a total including tax of $162.36. Customer agreed to the service and paid in full. I defrost the Evap and tested the unit and the unit began to cool as expected and the rc airflow was good. No water leaks observed during

arrived on site to inspect cooktop bridge not working. Upon arrival, the customer advised that she bought a cast iron bridge for her Jenn Air and it doesn't work appropriately. Tested the unit on the bridge side, but found that the bottom of the griddle was not a flat surface and not making a good connection to the cooktop. I moved the griddle slightly down towards the left front burner and the front burner began to heat but the back burner showed error code and was not heating. I advised the customer of the issue with the griddle and that she needs to purchase a griddle with a flat bottom and won't be able to use a reversible griddle. Job completed.

Found damper not opening allowing air from FC section to enter RC section. Also found when attempting to dispense ice, solenoid that open door chute makes a loud noise. Also found ice dispenser motor not turning as well. Upon parts lookup; part 61005044 (Damper) is NLA. Advised customer of finding and AHS will determine next steps. No other found at this time.
