I ran diagnostics and all test passed. The unit had good air flow. I found the average temp at only 140 degrees on high. I tested the out let thermistor and found it out of range. I replaced the outlet thermistor and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, I found where the unit leaks a large amount of water and had gotten under the hardwood floor in the side room ad the living room (photos taken). I found that the drain tube connection between the hoses was where the water was leaking. I pulled the unit from the counter and found that the hose clamp was tightened too tight causing the hose to the disposal to get damaged and allowing the water to leak. I removed and replaced the 6ft hose and secured the connection and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed with no error codes and no more leaking (photos taken). I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I pulled the unit from its place and unplugged the unit. Once I plugged it back in, the compressor came on and t was making its normal noises. The customer thought the noise was too loud. I advised the customer that the noise was normal. I checked the doors and the doors were good. The gaskets were sealing well. The customers complaint is that the fc door does not close on its own. There was no food items on the door and did not close unless pushed. The rc door closed well as it had lots of food items on the shelves. Both doors swing open all the way, which was normal. I inspected the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern on it. The unit was leveled and squared. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

While testing the compressor, I could hear a faint rattling noise. When I tested the damper, I could hear the motor was going bad. I removed and replaced the damper and while putting the cover ack on the damper opened and operated as designed. I pulled the unit and removed the back cover and could hear the condenser coils vibrating. Using the sealer prescreened, I placed some under the condenser between it and the bracket below and the vibrating noise got quieter. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

MICROWAVE AMANA AMV2307PFS2 "arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating ad fan noise. Upon further inspection, using s cup of water I tested the unit for heating. I placed the cup inside and turned the unit on for 30 seconds. When the unit turned on, I could hear the fan rubbing on something. At the end of testing the water was warm as expected. I removed the unit from the wall and found that the vent had foil tape that was keeping the damper from opening/closing. I removed some of the tape. I removed the damper and turned t(e unit on and found that when the damper is installed it causes the fan housing to rub the blower wheel. I put the damper back on and turned the unit on and backed the screws out a little and the noise stopped. I re-installed the unit and tested again and it operated as designed. Job completed."

I removed the cooktop and removed and replaced the back left orifice holder, back left burner head, the lockout valve and wiring harness. I installed new burner head gaskets to the back left, front left, and back right burners. When removing the front right burner a screw broke off inside the orifice holder but I was able to remove it with my pliers. Once I had the unit reassembled I found that the right front Ignitor was not working. I am ordering an Ignitor and one screw and scheduled return service for 01/11/19. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW95HEDW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Was working, but then showed error code F3E1. She advised that the error code was intermittent, but the unit would still operate. I place the unit in diagnostics and error code F3E1 appeared. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. While the unit was draining, the drain pump sounded as if the motor was struggling to operate. I removed the airtrap and found some paper like debris inside. While checking the airtrap, I removed the drain pump filter and found some small rocks and paper inside the filter. Using my vacuum, I cleared the drain pump and found no other debris inside. Due to the error code issue, I removed and replaced the water level sensor and airtrap and tested the unit in diagnostics again. The unit operated as designed, but the drain pump continued to sound as if it were struggling. I advised the customer of my findings

The unit had water up to the lower screen area within the well and there were deposits within the tub area, even with a water softener system. 4-3, 2-1 and 5-1 error codes were stored and the unit filled, but did not circulate. The control will be required as it is sending very low current to the motor whenever the pilot relay is engaged. The customer was using Kirkland branded pods and I advised them it is too much detergent with their use (pre rinsing and soft water) and recommended one teaspoon of conventional liquid automatic dishwasher detergent as a starting point. The detergent dispenser was flooded in the rinse agent area and will require replacement. Office to order dispenser and control and the sump will be used upon return service.
