Upon further inspection, I found the customer has an osmosis system and the osmosis drain tube is connected to an extension tube at the disposal which is causing backflow into the dishwasher and the tub is full of water now. The dishwasher drain hose has a good high loop. I pressed the cancel button to drain the water out of the unit then I contacted Techline and spoke to Ed and advised of my findings. Ed advised that the osmosis drain tube will have to be re-located to the lower pee trap and not at the disposal due to siphoning issues when the osmosis tank drains. Ed provided File #7727138340 and advised Whirlpool does not cover any damages caused by the osmosis drain tube connected at the disposal. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice form the icemaker on the door and the FC is not cold enough. I found the low side of the sealed system in 20 psi vacuum and the high side at 90 psi indicating a leak. I found the leak at the FC evaporator and the dye ran down the drain and dripped from the top of the drain tube and that’s why it was on the bottom where the compressor was. I recovered the refrigerant and replaced the FC evaporator. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 6 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the element was bad. The metal plate in the element was badly warped and cracked. I tested the thermistors, fuse, cutoffs and all were good. I removed and replaced the element and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I cleaned the lint from the unit and recommended that the customer have a professional come and clean the vents in the home due to the amount of lint built up inside the unit. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Spoke with tech line and they recommended replacing modules in freezer one by one. Began replacing LED modules and after replacing the top left and the one in the center of the ceiling lights are now on again. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete"

Customer is not connected to WiFi. I removed and replaced the console and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I provided the customer with the information to the Whirlpool Connect team- 866-333-4591 and recommended that they get the Whirlpool app on their phone then contact the connect team for assistance in connecting to WiFi on the unit in order to receive future software updates. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that’s still having ice making and water dispensing issues. Ms stated there have not been any water dispensing issues since the door switch was replaced. Ms stated that the new ice maker that was replaced stopped making ice. I found the icemaker jammed again causing the issue. The ice maker needs to be replaced again. I called techline and spoke with Bruce SR# 7727145980. Bruce advised to replace the icemaker again and to still add a foam pad on the left RC door to make even better contact with the switch. Ordering WPW10300024 ICEMAKER and will return with the pads.; ordrng 1 WPW10300024 (ICEMAKER)

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop gas leaks. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the gas company tested the cooktop and fund all four burners leaking 1% gas. Using my liquid gas leak detector, I checked the connections under the unit and all were good. I disassembled the unit and checked all four burner connections and found the front right burner line was installed crooked. The other 3 burners connections were good. I adjusted the right front burner gas line connection ad tested it and it is good now. I tested all gas connections at the valve/manifold and found no leaks. Due to the possibility of the valves leaking due to age, I removed and replaced the manifold/valves and tested the connections for any leaks. No leaks were found. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

Found drain connection on garbage disposal is shared with an ice machine, this is not recommended. If both machines are draining at the same time they may overwhelm the drain connection. Added a high drain loop two dishwasher drain hose to prevent any siphoning into dishwasher SR7727141127. Door gasket is part number W11196317"
