My reading for the RC was 42 degrees and the FC was 19 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and ran test 56 and got E1–no cooling. I ran test 58 and it read temp warmer than harvest temp. I advised the customer of my findings and notified Service Manager CS of my findings. I found the compressor overload tripping after the compressor started and would run for about 5 seconds. I checked the windings on the compressor and they tested good. I found the compressor drawing 12.67 amps the entire time in start before tripping the overload and never switching to run. Need to replace the start device to complete service. Removed ice box and found no in correct position. Waded sealer gum on back side adapter. Found ice underneath drain pan and caused to bow. Removed ice from drain pan and removed drain pan. Installed new drain pan and tested drain. Assembled evaporator panel and air chamber. Removed silicone on top of FC and added silicone between cabinet and cavity. Tested all other operations. All tested good, no water leaks present."

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7300DW0 "Arrived onsite for the washer that will not fill with water and makes a grinding noise during spin. I found the washer way out of level and the feet screwed all the way in. I leveled the basket and tub in the chassis. I checked stored error codes and found an F7E5, F3E2, & F7E9. I ran service test 51 and found the unit not filling. I removed and reconnected the valve harness and tested the unit again. I found the unit filling correctly but not agitating or spinning correctly and stopping on cycle 18 during test 51. I found the band on the slider loose and slipping. I adjusted it enough to get it to tighten up and retested the unit. The unit would agitate and spin but during spin the unit would make a rubbing noise during every rotation for a 1/4 turn. I removed the wash plate and the basket and found all clean and clear. I removed the rotor and spun the unit by hand and still had the issue. He attempted to troubleshoot it with no luck. I unplugged the unit and removed the control panel to inspect the bottom switch. Using my multimeter, I tested ohms to the switches and all were good. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFE745H0FS0 Arrived onsite for the range with the RR and LR burners not working again. I found the LR burner working as designed. The knob is defective and not grabbing the shaft correctly. I showed the customer this on the previous visit and he did not want me to order the knob because of the price. I tested the RR burner and had 247VAC out of the infinite switch I replaced on the previous visit and the heater is no longer working. Mr wants to go ahead and replace the knob.
