Arrived onsite for the dryer that will not turn on. Ms stated it has long dry times. I found the dryer turning on and heating. I tested the temps and the dryer is working as designed but with the vent hose connected the temp rises and drops very slow indicating a restricted wall vent. I found the receptacle bad and if the cord is pulled a certain direction the dryer looses L1. I advised the customer to call maintenance and have the receptacle checked and the vent cleaned. "arrived on site to inspect dryer making loud noise. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately, it began to making a loud vibration noise. I removed the top panel and found that the control bracket was vibrating on the chassis where it was mounted. I attempted to tighten the screws holding it on, but it continued to vibrate. I could hear a louder vibrating noise coming from inside the unit. I unplugged and removed the console and front door panel and found the blower wheel hosing vibrating on the bottom chassis panel. Also found that the lint duct clip was vibrating too. Using the sound pads that were prescreened and placed a strip in between the control mounting bracket and the chassis and screwed the bracket back down to the chassis. Doing this eliminated the vibrating noise. Using the same sound pads, I stacked five pieces together and placed them under the blower wheel hosing in between it and the bottom chassis panel and it eliminat

"Arrived to inspect washer leaking and door seal gone. I disassembled the unit to discover the bellow had minor damage from the outer tub (plastic) was broken off from the inner tub. The inner tub was extremely warped when I hand spun it. The unit will possibly need the following: 34001309- tub assembly front, 340011458 - Outer tub rear, bearings, pulley, WPW34001439 back tub, CNOTE 2MAN 2 Hours, CNOT AUTHORIZATION. "arrived on site to inspect oven with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display off, but the power is on to the unit. I turned the power off at the breaker. I pulled the unit out to remove the control panel and using my multimeter, I tested ohms to the fuse and found it open. The customer advised that they had ran the self clean on the unit when it stopped working. I removed and replaced the fuse ad turned the power back on. The unit powered up and I tested it on Bake at 350 degrees and the unit operated as designed. Job complete."

I pulled the unit and tighten/adjusted the track and put the unit back into place. I pulled the top rack out to test and it operated as designed. I gave recommendations on rinse aids and detergents to the customer as well. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and error codes F7E1 and F6E6 appeared, the same issue as the last service call. I turned the kitchen tap water on hot and allowed it to run for s minute or two before turning the unit on. Once the water was hot to the touch, I started diagnostics. The unit operated as designed. The unit drained and the element got hot as I poured water on it and it sizzled. There were no error codes at the end of testing. Due this being the same issue as the last service call, I did not charge the customer a service call fee since it was less than one year of service. I recommended some use and care tips to the customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is completely dead. I found 122VAC to the main control. I found none of the control panel selections functioning. I found no voltage out of the main control at the four pin connector on the 13 volt pins or the 5 volt pins. I replaced the main control again along with the UI and tested the unit. "arrived on site to inspect washer stuck in drain mode. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and the drain pump kicked on. I pressed and held the start button for five seconds to clear the control and the drain pump stopped. I placed the unit in diagnostics to test with no error codes in the beginning. The unit operated as designed with no error codes in the end. The customer advised that she uses detergent pods, along with baking soda and puts fabric softener in the correct dispenser but adds vinegar to the softener. The customer advised that they have a water softener in their home as well. I advised the customer that the unit sensed too much detergent or suds in the unit and shut down causing the drain pump to come on and attempt to get all of the water/suds out. "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I unplugged the unit and removed and replaced the fuse. I plugged the unit back in and when I turned the light switch on nothing happened. I unplugged the unit and removed the fuse and found that it had blown again. Using my multimeter, I tested the plug outlet and got 120 volts. I removed the switch hosing and found that the neutral connection was loose and not plugged in all the way. I tested the switch and it is getting voltage. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would have to reorder another fuse. I am ordering the fuse and scheduled service for 12/13/18.
