Confirmed the F51 error code then removed and replaced the sensor (WPW10178988) ran the washer through diagnostic test mode and the unit passed. The customer advised that during the spin cycle the washer sounds like a loud turbine. The customer loaded the washer with laundry to try and reproduce the sound. I found some ice crystallizing in the FC and explained to me that this is coming from wet product getting loaded in the FC. I found the chassis to liner sealed and the door gasket sealing correctly. There was no frost around the door, on the rails, or on the evaporator cover. I did find the toe grill not snapping on the left side and causing the door not to close all the way if it fell down. Need to replace the toe grille to complete service. I explained to the customer how to adjust the feet to get the doors even. Ordering W10911309 GRILLE-FRT. Currently ice bin is full, cycled icemaker and refilled it and no extra water is visible. Removed ceiling panel and dispense water and no extra is visible. Fresh food evaporator is not frosted over and the bottom of the fresh food section and the freezer section as I have any frost or water. Took multiple pictures. Inspected compressor drain pan and it is also dry. Could not duplicate customer experience could not find any source of water leaking, or evidence of power turning off so ice melts overnight. Discussed issue with tech line and CS and no recommendation can be made. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete"

COOKTOP WHIRLPOOL JGD8430ADS Arrived onsite for the cooktop with an ignitor that broke and fell inside the unit and also has a gas smell. I found the front right burner needs to be replaced. If the screws break off + ORIFICE HOLDER ASY. I also explained that the screw in the other burners could possibly also break off when trying to remove them. Ms stated to go ahead and see what happens. I was able to remove the screw in both left burners but the RR burner screws broke off and the RF screws were stripped out.

I found the fc evap full of frost and it had the appearance of quickly building, such as a door not closing all the way. I advised the customer of my findings and tested the defrost. It appeared the defrost element did heat, as all of the frost behind the vents started to appear wet. The customer will defrost the unit and I advised them to place towels around the unit in case the evaporative pan overflows slightly. No leaks observed during service.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher with a pump not running to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I ran diagnostics and had an F4E3 and F7E1. I found the pump not running. I tested voltage out of the control to the pump with no load and had 113VAC. The control had 121VAC supplying it. I tested voltage out of the control to the pump with the pump connected and was only getting 10VAC. I replaced the control and tested again. I had 113VAC out of the control with the pump motor connected but found the motor surging badly. I replaced the sump and motor assembly and tested again. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
