arrived on site to inspect washer bellow full of water. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of water in the front of the bellow and a small amounts of debris clogging the drain holes in the bellow. I cleared the ports with my wet vac and placed the unit in diagnostic mode and the unit showed error code 8/3 overflow condition. I cleared the error code and continued with testing. During testing, while the water was dispensing into the unit, I found that when the water was supposed to stop dispensing it kept going into the unit. I continued with testing and found no further error codes. I pulled the valve and found debris in the filters. I installed a new water valve and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. No extra water dispensing into the unit. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site and set washer into diagnostic cycle and did not find any safe error codes. Ran all functions and mail diagnostic cycle and everything is operating properly. Ran a calibration cycle and it passed correctly, customer is not happy with The amount of water the machine fills with. Explained how the machine measures clothing and adds the appropriate amount of water. Also explained that graphic depiction on the bottom of the lid is incorrect and still shows a model with a full agitator. Washing machine cannot be changed or adjusted, it is working as intended. arrived on site to inspect range control not working. Upon further inspection, I found the range display not one. I verified the cooktop worked so I unplugged the unit and then plugged it back in and the control/display did not come on. I removed the back panel of the range and found an insect infestation with several in the main control area. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would have to charge a CORE fee of $60 plus tax for s total of $64.95 to replace the control. I also advised that if the control goes out again and has to be replaced and there is still an infestation then the warranty will be voided and they will be charged the full amount for the control plus labor. The customer agreed to the repair and paid the full amount. I removed and replaced the main control and tested and the unit operated as designed. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect oven cord shorting out. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit was out of the wall and sitting on the floor in the dining area. The plug head had tape on two of the prongs. The customer previously had an electrician inspect the oven and wall outlet and was told that the unit cord was shorting out. I verified voltage at the outlet and received 240 volts and the ground was good as well. I checked ohms on the power cord and found that the cord going into the head is loose and that while testing ohms, my multimeter was getting off readings in that sometimes it would read ohms and sometimes it would not as if the was a loose connection inside. Due to the fact that this unit operates off of 240 volts, I notified my Service Manager CS and explained the issue with him. CS advised that the plug head is an electrician issue and I cannot attempt to correct the possible issue due to liability. I explained my findings to the customer and advised them to contact an

arrived on site to inspect washer not working and showing error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and received 9/1 and 5/4. I erased the error codes and continued with diagnostics. The tests good; however, the drain pump was having a difficult time draining the water and the unit stopped after a long drain and showed error code 9/1 again. I gained access to the drain pump and removed the filter housing and found a large amount of debris that was clogging the drain pump/filter. I Ada used the customer of my findings and removed the debris and replaced the filter and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed; obtained several photos of drain pump, drain tube at the drain pipe, and drain tube at the back of the unit. Upon arrival, I found that the drain tube was not tied down at the drain pipe so I used a zip tie and strapped it to the water hose to keep it from coming out of the drain pipe. Job compl

Model WTW8500DC3, Arrived on call for lf error code which is long fill error, checked for error codes and got f3 e2 which is inlet water temp fault, f8 e1 which is long fill error, f0 e3 which is over load error, f0 e4 which is spin limited by water temp, found that water temp sensor on valve is bad, replaced valve/housing and instructed customer on loading and soap usage, load size is 5-6 pairs of jeans max and as for comforters nothing larger than a thin twin and must spread clothing evenly all the way around and keep center wash plate open and for soap go to liquid do not use the pods it is to much soap, liquid only use to the number 1 on the soap bottle cup and poor it in the dispenser tray, no water leaks at time of call, also found that cold water shut off is bad with it all the way open has less than 30 psi water pressure, customer to contact a plumber. NED4655EW1 Arrived on site for “dryer making squeaking noises” complaint. Inspected unit and found dirt and sand in blower wheel pre-chamber. Removed debris. Found safety pin stuck in front felt seal. Removed safety pin from front seal. Tested unit. Could not duplicate squeaking noises. All wheels look good. Instructed customer to clean venting every six months to prevent possible fire hazards and for better performance and economy. Instructed customer to keep top of unit free from dirt and hair, as theses things can go down filter chute and clog blower wheel components.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit powers up, but does nothing after turning on the power. I ohmed the thermal fuse and found it to be open. I quoted the customer $25.40 for the fuse and DR560 $179.99 for diagnostic/labor fee. The total including tax of $16.94 was $222.33. The customer agreed to the repair and I removed and replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. I vacuumed out most of the lint that was found inside the unit and verified ohms at the cutoff and element. No lint observed at end of service. Job completed.

WFL3300EPL1, arrived on call for dishwasher leaking at door, found no error codes, ran unit and found customer is over soaping the unit, ran and drained unit to suds gone and no leaks from front or under bottom of dishwasher, customer not to use soap packs they are to much soap, customer to use liquid and start with 1 table spoon of liquid only in main wash cup on dispenser and rinse aid set to 1 and if still sudsing reduce soap to 1 tea spoon, also must run hot water at sink before starting dishwasher, no water leaks at time of call, call complete.

UMC5200BAS (Wall Mounted Microwave) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint complaint of wall mount microwave not powering on. Removed cabinet wrapper and found fuse shorted. Installed fuse and tested. Found magnetron made loud noise and fuse blown. Unit will need new magnetron,capacitor and diode to complete repair. R/S for Tuesday 7/24. Reinstalled and left unit unplugged.

Model MGR8674AB0, Arrived on call for oven clicks but will not ignite, and back left burner will not work, found that actual complaint is that front right burner not igniting, found buildup around the igniter and burner of the right front burner cleaned around the right front igniter and right front burner is lighting every time, for oven not lighting complaint it will not light intermittently, will need igniter and and updated bake and broil harness install these first and test and just incase needed will order spark module, bake burner , will reschedule for 7/24/18, no gas leaks at time of call.
