"John site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found a noise coming from underneath the washer when it was trying to shift into agitation. Found that after it tried to agitate once, the unit was shut off. I came to access underneath and found the shifter stuck in a bind and not shifting properly. I replaced the actuator, Kim, and belt. Test of the unit several times and found the unit working an operating as designed. I did check to see if there was something stuck underneath the basket, but the one of the hub assembly screws was stripped and would not come out of the basket. I did run the unit through multiple tests and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer run a couple loads on the washer and I advised her that I would call her back later in the afternoon. I called the customer back and the customer advised that the unit had washed 3 to 4 cycles without any issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete. I flipped the unit up found no oil on the unitI pulled the rotor off and pulled the slider off found some marks on the slide. A installed a new slider and clutch into the unit. I leveled the basket to the unit it was touching the rights side of the cabinet, it is centered now to opening of the unit. Informed the customer that his warranty is going to expire in a few days but has 90 days if the same issue comes backup. No water leaks detected during service. W10734521 W10754448"

I was able to determine the prior tapping noise that had matched the drum rotation was gone, but there was an intermittent tapping that was very loud. I discovered the motor mount to be the absolute source of the issue and corrected the mounting. Multiple tests with the customer present, showed the issue fully resolved. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher shutting off after approximately five minutes of use. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain failure, which is the same error code as previous service. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit would intermittently shut down and start back up again. When the drain pump came on, it was very loud. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and no water leaks observed during service. Customer was advised that the unit is currently out of warranty and this repair has a 90 days warranty which will end in May. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Ran multiple diagnostic cycles, breaker did not trip. Amps did not exceed 7.2 during the cycle. Breaker is 20amps and unit did not reach its tolerance to trip it. Noticed there are multiple drain hoses using one drain and multiple washers plugged into splitter using 1 dedicated CAFCI and GFCI outlet. Advised customer to run 1 washer plugged directly into the outlet. If breaker trips, replace breaker and run another cycle. If unit still trips the breaker than call the office. If return visit is needed would need to return with drive motor, capacitor, lower harness, control, and suspension. At this time unit is running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2-too many suds. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I turned the unit on in normal mode and checked the concentrate level and found it too high and changed it to 2X. I removed and replaced the detergent pump and retested the unit and it operated as designed. I recommended the customer perform several wash cycles with no clothing items and no detergent in the unit and use hot water in an attempt to clean the unit out and then try a new load. I recommended that if the unit continued to fail to contact our office, at which time, well have to get the manufacturer involved. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11316272.
