"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not power on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had unplugged the unit after the unit was unresponsive and has not tried it since. I confirmed the customers complaint, and as the unit was plugged in, I found the unit stuck in a drain. held down the start button for 5 to 7 seconds for the drain pump to check off and turn the unit back on. On the unit illuminating and working as designed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit worked and operated as designed. I started a cycle and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did explain to the customer that if their unit gets off balance that this can happen, and that they just need to press and hold the start button until the drain pump stops to cancel out the cycle. Arrived onsite for no water function. Began tracing water and determined the reservoir to be frozen. During reservoir access found packing foam blocking significant airflow near the reservoir. Removed. Thawed the reservoir and observed restored flowing water. Set the fridge and freezer to lowest setting and advised the tenant to adjust slowly observing for overcooling. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I tested the fans and found the ice box fan working as designed but the FC evaporator motor was not running with voltage to it. I replaced the FC evaporator motor and the ice door due to the damaged gasket. I tested all functions and all are working as designed. I explained to the customer that the icemaker should start functioning again one it gets below 16 degrees. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. I found the evap cover was frozen over there was about 1 1/2 inches built up on it. I took the shelfs out and the screws off and tried to remove the cover. It was frozen over to the evap. Told customer it had to be defrosted for 24 to 48 hours. Head customer sign waiver. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit down from the wall and placed it on my towel on the countertop. Removed the cover to find a large amount of grease and cooking oils inside the unit (photos). I found the vent was not cutout properly during installation and is restricting the damper from opening and venting out (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris provided a text to my phone and I provided several photos of my findings. Chris advised to not replace any parts and have the customer contact customer service to dispute and provided SR#7737332568. I provided the SR number to my customer and recommended they contact Whirlpool to discuss solutions. I advised my customer that they would need to contact their builder to have the vent corrected. "JBSFS48NMX00 GP arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator with broken or missing parts. Upon inspection I couldnt find anything missing. Spoke with the contractor and he stated that there were no missing parts but the doors were severely misaligned. I found that the door panels on both doors were incorrectly installed causing binding resulting In outer door skins being warped. After adjusting the panels and leveling the unit the doors ended up properly aligned. Operational test successful, no water leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for vent blower making a noise. On inspection you can hear the noise on high. Gain access to the fan and found a section of the blade missing. Installed new fan and tested unit. The vent hood is operating as designed now.

I turned it back on and checked the voltage and for good voltage, I checked that the unit was wired properly and found that it was not. (SV) Door not opening properly. Found door is operating as designed. Cust wanting door to stay open and not fall open when unsupervised. Adjusted door for customer preference at spring increasing tension. Advised increased tension will affect the door bouncing up when no weight applied. Customer was keeping door cracked open for mold complaint. Upon inspection found excess water in system and no rinse aid being used. Advised proper use and care to decrease water and allow for the door to remain shut. Advised on proper use of detergents to reduce suds build up as well. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker fill tube chute was clogged with a block of ice. I removed the ice maker assembly and found pieces of styrofoam insulation inside the block of ice that had separated from the insulation within the liner around the fill tube (photo). I cleaned the area from ice and water and cleaned the fill tube area at the top of the unit and filled the gap with permagum to seal off any further debris from falling into the ice maker fill tube chute (photos). "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not consistently cooling. Customer said unit is getting cooler but barely has hit 0. Ice has not been consistent. Checked my FC temp and it was locked around 3 degrees, compressor was hot. I checked pressure and had no pressure at high side. I removed the Schrader valves and pressurized the system with nitrogen. Was able to get things to flow in both directions once pressurized, indicating a likely restriction. I vacuumed the unit for 20 mins once I verified circulation. I charged to mfr specs and ran unit. Verified rapid cooling after recharge. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for a washer that is not filling with water. Upon inspection I found that the hose the installers used in the cold water tap was leaking from the back side of the fitting that connects to the tap. I tested the hot water side on the water inlet valve and found that it was not working. I replaced the valve and tested the hot water side again and found that it operated as designed. I could not test the cold side due to whats mentioned above.

Arrived onsite to replace faulty compressor. Replaced compressor and dryer. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Unit is running. Amp draw at .9 amps. Unit is cooling. Customer will monitor over 24 hrs. before loading. Job complete

Arrived onsite and found unit operating properly but some low temps causing freezing temps in the left fridge veggie drawer. Unit had since equalized but I covered half of the return port to repair with foil tape to improve resilience. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control panel and assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi. Customer main complaint is that steam goes up into the control panel and causes the control panel to malfunction. I suggested placing a strip of foil tape on the underside of the panel to help block the steam from getting inside the UI. The customer agreed to the tape and I placed a strip of foil tape on the bottom of the panel (photo). Unit is operating as designed, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a MW that is leaving grease on the cabinet. Upon arrival I ran the vent motor on both speeds and found that it cam on and ran normal and found that it had good suction. Upon speaking with the customer I found that they cooked with a lot of oil which is causing the issue as the unit is moving the steam and most of the oil particulates out but Some of oil particulars may stay in the air after they turn the vent off and get stuck Tuesday cabinets. I advise the customer to leave the event running for a while after they are finished cooking to see if that improves the situation or not but other than that the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the space where the unit sits was empty. After looking around the home, I found the unit sitting in the pantry and also found damage to the wall to the left of the unit (photos). Unable to diagnose the unit, I notified the office (MS) and advised of my findings and was advised to not move the unit as it will need to be installed before servicing. I inspected the unit where it sat for any visible damage to the tub or inside the unit and found packing styrofoam inside the tub at the back near the element (photo). Inspected the cabinets and found water damage on the right side of the cabinets (photos). As I was leaving the home, the builder arrived and contacted another builder and advised that the unit did not need servicing as they had already corrected the issue which was the water hose from the valve under the sink to the inlet valve on the unit had been installed incorrectly and cross threaded. Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding noise during the rinse cycle. I tested the washer in diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. The only issue is the belt was very loose. I changed the belt and tested the washer in a quick wash cycle with a load of towels. The washer completed the cycle and works as designed and sounds normal. I went over piling the clothes and detergent use and amount with the customer. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for center burner with only partial flame. Upon arrival test unit and only a corner of burner is igniting. Inspected burner and does not have any debris build up. Need to replace center burner. Replaced center burner W11435660. Test unit and is operating as designed. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned off at the breaker. Cycled power and placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes. I found F2E0-control panel unplugged. Cleared the code and tested the unit and it operated as designed. Removed the panel and found the harness connected. Following the tech sheet for the error codes, I removed and replaced the control panel and programmed the panel. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No one available to sign for receipt (model home). Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking and doesn't have all buttons on console working. I found 2 buttons unresponsive, and a new console is needed to resolve. I checked the unit for leaks. Left side does leak, and I could see white residue on the ground. I found the vent gasket partially folded and corrected. Rain a diag cycle and didn't see any other leaking. Returning with console, and gaskets / vent if leak is not solved. Office to schedule when part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11622500 (Console)"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. The unit was unplugged and off on arrival. I powered the unit up and I found the three way valve working properly. The compressor would start up immediately when powered up after it had been running. I punctured the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I replaced the compressor, RC evaporator, and drier. I added an access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 5.50 ozs of R134A. The unit is cooling down and is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-low fill/no fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed, but did not fill to level. I manually tested the valve and found the hot valve not opening. I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit and is hot in both boxes. The compressor is running but only pulling .25 amps. There is zero frost pattern. Need to replace compressor.
