Arrived onsite for a range OVEN that the control was ordered for. Upon arrival I confirmed that the unit would not heat. I gained access to the control and began to replace it and upon doing so I found that the harness was pinched (see photos) I replaced the control and repaired the harness and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not completing cycles. Upon arrival, the customer stated that she has had the same issue since she initially called in several months ago. She advised that the unit has a foul odor inside of the dishwasher that she has been unable to get rid of. She advised that she did not want us to do any service on the machine as the customer said the previous technician had mentioned that he would get the unit replaced for her if the previous fix did not work. She advised that she followed all of his recommendations onto getting rid of the smell, including running a clean dishwasher tablet through the machine. She advised at this point she just wants a replacement due to having four different services within the last two months. I contacted management and was advised to contact tech line. "Arrived onsite for a DW that is leaking from the frost bottom. Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostics found no codes, I continued with the diag cycle found that the unit produced a large amount of suds though I didnt add any detergent to the unit. (See photos). Upon further inspection I found that the unit was leaning forward a bit which and contribute to the leak I adjusted the unit so that the water will water to drain away from the bottom of the door (see photos) i used some oil to cut down the excess suds and continued to monitor for leaks and found none. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=21 degrees and the tenant advised that ice cream would not stay frozen and the ice would sometimes melt in the bin then freeze again. I gained access to the evaporator and in the meantime found a block of ice on the evap cover. Once I removed the cover, I found a large ball of ice on the cap tube area (photo). I advised the tenant that we would have to perform another sealed system repair and I would notify maintenance of the issue. I spoke with maintenance and they advised they look into swapping the unit out so the tenant will have a fridge. On arrival verified complaint of gasket not sealing and no ice. Gasket wasnt sealing as the metal plate between the doors was bowed out. Reshaped the metal flat so gasket can seal correctly. Temps in Fc are at 8 degrees but looks to have been in a recent defrost as evap has a full frost pattern and no frost on evap cover. Defrost tray was clear of ice. Dropped temp setting one slot colder for customer. Icemaker is making ice slowly but is functioning and filling correctly. Advised the temp issue could be cause by the gasket as well and that is fixed. Unit is operating correctly at this time job complete. No leaks detected during service.

They advised that for some reason, the unit just stopped cooling altogether, and then started working again, but they couldnt find any rhyme or reason for it. I found the freezer at 4?F in the refrigerator at 40?F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the unit. Ran through diagnostics and found all tests pass. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not running. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that they keep getting this error and that the unit will not start. The customer stated that the unit blinks eight times and then four times. I did confirm an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code. I checked underneath and found the drip pan full of water. After removing the drip pan and drying up the water, found the inlet valve, partially leaking, causing the issue. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. Found no leaks present during operation. I did advise the customer to lighten the amount of soap they are using as they were quite a few excess sides inside of the dishwasher. I noticed that the compressor never turn off the whole time I was working on the unit, looks like the compressor is low on Freon and not turning off compressor causing cold air to flow out of the rc return ports below the drawers freezing the food. I called talked with Paul I. Gave him all the info and told him that over 30 minutes the only part of the evap that was frosting up was the 2 top loops. He said that the unit is restricted or low on Freon. "KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to install sealed system components. Prior to compressor replacement, I sent a test waveform to the inverter and found the compressor and sealed system fully functional. Further inspection revealed the control would not send the required signal to the inverter and service mode was unable to be entered, due to control error. I found internal shirting within the unit and the evaporator fans would operate when disconnected at the control. I contacted the MFG tech assist line and spoke with tech Rory. File # 7738667374. I advised of my findings and performed additional testing. The unit was found to likely have an internal harness issue and has been submitted for review. The customer advised of the unit will sometimes dry dishes but most of the time, her dishes end up still being wet at the end of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed with the heater coming on halfway through the cycle. I did advise the customer that the machine is working as its designed and that due to energy efficiency standards, these dishwashers do not run the heater as long during the dry cycle, and therefore causing issues with dishes being completely dry. I did advise the customer to use rinse aid since she wasnt using it and showed her a couple extra options she can use to get her best dry. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a drilling noise. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the unit and immediately heard the sound upon entry. I disassemble the unit and found that the motor had not been properly mounted to the motor mount. I reattached one of the clips that had fallen off and replaced the blower wheel. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water or making ice. Found lines and reservoir frozen. Used heat gun to thaw out and unit resumed functionality. The customer stated he has shut the unit down a few times already believing it was freezing over and then when powered back on the unit would work for a few days. Ran dampener test and found that air would continually flow to the fresh food section potentially causing the lines to freeze. Ordering Depner control, as well as evaporator harness that includes thermistor . Return March 19th; ordrng 1 WPW10248595 (Damper control) and 1 W11087438 (Fan harness)"

Arrived onsite for a cooktop thats not lighting. I found no gas coming from the burners. I confirmed gas to the regulator. I found the regulator installed backwards. I corrected the regulator and tested the range. All burners are working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Popped the pulley cover off and you can see where the belt has worn on the pulley when it is slipping around the pulley. Arrived on site to diagnose washer not entering spin cycle. Tested unit and found washer stops spinning immediately after it starts. I tested in diagnostics and found an error for basket speed sensor. Replaced control to resolve. Verified proper function. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to test unit for burner not showing flame correctly. Test unit and found bad burner head. Replaced burner head test unit and unit test good job complete

Arrived onsite and found broken door switch. Replaced the door switch. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and worked area. I replaced the tub and gearcase assemblies and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks detected during operation. I did advise the customer to take their washer off of there box. They have it on due to potential issues with this happening again with an off-balance load and the washer falling off the box stand that they have it on. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher no power. On inspection found that there was no power to the outlet. I switched the power outlets and the dishwasher came up and was working as designed. I tested the outlet and there was 9vac at the outlet. Currently is going to contact the builder to look at the issue. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer clothes wet. On inspection found the basket is up against the front of the unit. I had to adjust the feet to make the basket move away from the side of the unit. Since the basket was hitting the side of the unit I re calibrated the unit so it would spin at full speed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not producing ice. Customer stated 2 days after getting unit, IM has only produced a few batches. They than turned the IM off and called for service. Tested unit found unit harvesting but not filling with water. Replaced valve and tested, unit is now harvesting and filling with water properly. Advised customer to monitor and give IM 3-4 days to fill container. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for dryer making a scraping noise . Found control not attracted to frame and riding on drum. No damage done to control. Reinstalled control . Unit is functioning normally. Job complete

On arrival verified complaint of unit not working. Checked voltage in is 120vac. Motor hums. Checked for blockage and blades move but grind still. Unit will need to be replaced. Ordering 84211601. Reschedule for 3/19; ordrng 1 84211601 (Disposal 1/2 hp)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that makes a popping or crackling noise when the door is opened. The customer stated that the noise is a hissing noise and they her it louder sometimes when the door is open. After talking with the customer I found out that they are hearing water droplets hitting the heating element when the unit is in a defrost cycle. I explained to the customer that this was a normal sound when it was going thru defrost. I explained how it works. I set the doors even and checked the gaskets which are sealing good since the customer mentioned there was condensation in the RC last week but everything is dry now. All is working as designed. Call complete.
