Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDTE204ESS0 not drying. Upon further inspection I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F7E1. I ran through component testing and found that all components are operating as designed. I checked the incoming water and found the temperature was 87 degrees. It appears the machine had locked the heater out due to insufficient water temperature. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for ice at bottom and water coming out. I found the drain clogged and the foam plate at the evaporator off kilter. Took photos of damages and steamed out all ice and cleared drain, reseated foam plate properly and unit now drains water and plate sits as designed. Call complete. No leaks after service done.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRFF330SPS01 that has a freezer drawer that is getting caught. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the upper shelf does slide in and out but it gets stuck halfway when pushing in or out. She advised she didnt believe that was intentional. I did confirm that the drawer has some resistance in the middle but can move the upper shelf in and out. I found no obstructions or broken components causing any issue. I took photos u defeats where the upper shelf connects to the lower drawer and found why it was sticking in the middle. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Alex SR # 24955684. He had me send him several photos and advised that this is how the unit is designed to operate and to allow the customer immediate access to the ice. The customer was not happy with that or how its designed. I advised the customer to contact Whirlpool customer service for further assistance. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Checked FC and found evaporator completely encased in ice with 1 inch ice past the outer panel. Unit likely has a disconnected brown wire at the heater. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRF767SDHZ04 FC ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the cubes in the bin clumped together into one big ball of ice at the front of the bin. I disassembled the FC section to gain access to the ice maker and tested it. I found the ice tray is leaing water at the front bottom right corner. I removed the ice maker to find corrosion in the tray and on the bottom of the tray where the tray meets the motor housing. I installed a new ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. Also, I found the fill tube not seated properly coming out of the wall of the FC ssction. I adjusted the fill tube and checked its placement in the fill chute. I advised the customer of my findings and the unit is operating as designed. Gained access to internal components and found pulley wheel seized with left roller damaged. Replaced roller bearings, idler pulley, and belt using repair kit (4392065). During reassembly, maintenance arrived and identified damage to front panel. Thoroughly inspected exterior and found additional damage at rear of unit. Removing back panel revealed bent frame with multiple components damaged. Attached images to SD. Arrived on site for washer WTW4816FW3 damaging clothes. Customer showed me a couple of small thin shirts that had several holes in them. I felt the material and it did feel thin, but shouldnt be catching. Felt around the agitator and found a couple of rough spots that might be catching clothes. Installed a new agitator, 285565. Found nothing on the basket that can catch clothes. New agitator should resolve. I advised to use mesh garment bags for anything small / thin that might get caught under the agitator. Called findings into techline, SR24956105. Without any rough spots to catch on, items may be too fragile and thin for certain loads. Techline Advised changing cycle settings and using garment bags as well. No further repairs needed. Call completed.

Arrived on site to test unit NTW4516FW3 for noise during use. Upon arrival customer presented video of the issue, noise consistent with basket wobble during high spin speed. Entered service mode and ran test cycle; during spin, basket began to wobble laterally and get thrown off balance, with belt squeaking also heard. Replaced cam (W10721967) and belt (W11239857). Removed basket from tub and inspected; found evidence of basket rubbing on outer tub. Further inspection showed major rust and corrosion along shaft area, with separation from the shaft connection point and basket. Basket has failed requiring replacement. Documented in SD. I ran through diagnostic testing and did confirm the lower cooling fan was not operating. I replaced the lower blower W11598119 and tested the unit. Arrived on site to washer add garment and not starting properly. Cx stated that add garment was on and the washer would not always start. Ran diagnostics and found no fault codes. Ran normal cycle and noticed the door lock would repeatedly lock and u lock and then lock and start. Checled strike and it looked fine, no burrs. Removed and replaced door latch w11733849 and retested. Door locked and unlocked in its normal sequence and then locked again and started wash cycle. Advised cx that the ad garment indicator will stay on for about 8 minutes which will allow the cx to add clothes to wash.

Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that is screeching when the unit fills with water and is leaving stains on his clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the clothes may be stained in the dryer but they arent sure because they go in clean and come out of the dryer with weird brownish stains. I had the customer show me a shirt that had the stains. I checked the washer and found no evidence of any gearcase oils leaks. I removed the agitator and found no debris, oil, or brown residue anywhere. I checked the dryer and found the issue was with the felt gasket around the drum had a brownish substance all the way around it. I advised the customer the issue was not the washer. I checked the inlet valves and found the cold water side show low water flow coming through the valve and the valve was making noises. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve W11210463. I tested the unit and found the machine working ajd operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave WMH32519HZ5 not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested and verified no heating. I gained access to the inner component and found that the magnetron had failed along with the diode and capacitor. WPW10195039 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking the first time the client used it. On arrival, I verified the issue after running a few minutes. Further inspection I found the garbage disposal cap still in it. I removed the cap then tested the dishwasher is now able to remove all the water keeping it from over filling. I tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRTX3021TB00 not cooling. Examined unit and found compressor is running, FC temp around 60. I could hear bubbling in the evaporator from oil. I checked pressures at idle, and found 26 psi equalized. I found little pressure once I evacuated the dryer. I snipped off the suction line and condenser line. Condenser line blew out a fistful of oil and refrigerant and soaked a paper towel. Ran nitrogen through dryer and could hear gurgling in the evap still. Called tech line and talked to Steve, SR 24963796. Provided all evidence and findings. Unit is being sent for product review, advised they should be contacted by product resolution team or us if any repairs get recommended. Call completed.

Confirmed tray is hanging and when looking at parts list the correct icemaker kit has been ordered but not yet recieved, returning tech to install kit and office to RS when it has been received. Arrived on site for washer MVWB855DC3 running hot water only. Customer said all loads come out hot. Tested unit on tests 1 and 2 in diagnostics. Found hot and cold are reversed. I swapped the lines at the wall and retested. Found proper temps being run. Nothing mechanically wrong with machine. Call completed. No water leaks observed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making a horrible noise. On arrival inspected unit. Monitored and did not hear anything of concern. Spoke to customer and asked if there were any recordings of the noise but the customer stated the current running of the machine now, is the noise. Notified customer that the current opererating noise is of no concern. If there were any other noises or areas of concern i could investigate otherwise a i will not go any further into a diagnosis. Customer declined. Spoke to George case#24968208 and documented with techline.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 tripping the circuit breaker. Upon further inspection I gained access to the rear of the unit and found no damaged wires or pinched wires. I reset the breaker and the refrigerator started without issue and the compressor was running as well as the fans. I placed the unit into service mode and activated the heater and found it was operating as designed. I could not replicate the issue and could find not issue with the refrigerator. At this time the refrigerator is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for light issues. Found upper and freezer leds off diagnosed a defective led module, replaced freezer led module all leds powered on. W11843116

Arrived in site to suite 200 for ice maker not making ice. Upon arrival there is a small amount of ice in the unit. Compressor is running and all functions seem to be working. Ran a manual test and everything is passing. Ran an automatics test and unit cuts out parts way through and powers off, looks like when its draining. Replaced W11542868 drain pump and W11034363 control. Tested unit again and it is going through auto test now. Running unit and it is working normally. Instructed cx to monitor ice production and let unit mostly fill with ice. Unit working normally at this time. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived onsite for ice machine KUIX515SPS00 not draining. On arrival compartment was full of water and not powering on. Manually drained unit but ext drain pump was not responding. Replaced drain pump W11539855. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. No signs of leaks. Job complete

Arrived on site to apartment 6313. For washer WFW560CHW4 with issue of door doesnt latch with F5-E2. Upon arrival , ran diagnostics and get error codes F5-E2 door will not lock, F5-E3 door unlock failure and F0-E2 over suds. Found harness connection to latch has failed. Need to replace harness. I used harness W11755727 to repair unit. Test unit and is operating as designed. There are new leaks present. Cleared error codes. Job complete

Arrived on site for range WFG320M0BS3 to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I replaced igniter. Test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit preheated correctly. Due to home not having an exhaust ventilation there is an odor of oven operating. There is no gas leaks detected. Job complete

Arrived to 3203 with BN assistance to unstack dryer and replace console. Upon arrival found digital display is distorted. Proceeded to replace W11325580 console. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site to unit 164 for dryer making a rattling sound. Upon arrival ran dryer and can hear it rattling. Opened dryer and found pulley broken. Replaced 4392067 repair kit to complete. Tested dryer with cx present and he agrees its much better. Unit is working normally at the this time.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 with issue of no longer cooling. Upon arrival, this unit is in a model home. I inspected unit and is warm in both sections. Condenser fan, evaporator fan and compressor are all operating. There just is no cooling. Need to have sealed system repair . Ordering compressor, evaporator fan, uv drier, access valve and 2 hour weigh time. Arrived on site unit 3231 to look at model WRS331SDHM08 for customer complaint of loud noise issue. Found noise coming from compressor vibration. I used w11113654 damper pad to place under compressor mounting brackets, unit tested good.

Arrived in site for microwave not heating. Upon arrival unit is running but not heating. No abnormal noises. Out unit in test mode and ran magnatron. Can hear relay on board buzzing and not sending sending voltage to magnatron. Will need to replace control. Please reschedule for when control comes in. ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site (Unit 2312) to test unit WED4105SW0 for not starting. Upon arrival verified issue, cycle will not start. Tested door switch and found it not reacting to input. Replaced door switch (WP3406107) and tested; cycle now starting with unit heating. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived onsite for dryer noise. Upon arrival I found the motor to be hard starting and causing the noise customer is concerned about. Had unit disassembled and didnt have motor during time of service. Ordering 279827 motor and set for return wed 09-16-26. Returning tech replace the motor and repair kit.; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor)

Arrived on site for range WFES3530RS0 not heating / no light. Examined and tested unit. Found bake element good, but broil is not energizing. Tried several times and it only energized once. In the process of testing the thermal fuse snapped off and needs replacement. I traced the failure to the control. Control is not able to close the relay and only did it once out of several tries for broil. Installed new control to resolve, W11707168. Tested and verified all functions working as designed. Ordering new thermal fuse, existing fuse temporarily attached. ; ordrng 1 W11578004 (Thermal fuse)

Arrived on site for dryer WED4105SW1 not heating. Tested unit and found it heating. Tested multiple times and unit did not heat on all attempts. Maintenance had also Tested and had intermittent heat. I diassembled the unit and checked all connections. Found nothing loose at all, all terminals tight. Ran while wiggling the wall plug and voltage never dropped. Installed a new control to resolve, since all mechanical items working, relay is not working and closing every time. Tested several more times and found unit working as designed.

MED5605RW0 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies when it cools down only. On arrival, the client showed me a video, but I couldnt hear the nosies. I ran a whole cycle, and I was able to hear some nosies coming from the drum . Also, the client stated that there will be times when the unit will not turn off he has to unplug it. Im ordering the control board, drum,and repair kit all returning parts will be needed. The office will reschedule when parts arrive. Arrived on site for unit not spinning. Upon arrival, tested unit and found motor running on all settings besides the regular/normal cycle. Unit fills and drains as normal. When manually setting Spin on normal cycle, the timer makes a loud buzzing noise, sounds of a mechanical failure. Ordering 21001522 timer. No water leaks detected at this time. Arrived on site to dishwasher leaking. Ran dishwasher and noticed a few drops from the left side. Checked both spray arms and the middle one was plugged a good amount and the lower had some pluggation. Noticed dispenser door was not opening consistently. Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED6205RR0 that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machinenmakes sqeakijg noises at the beginning of the cycle and will eventually go away but it sounds really bad sometimes. I tested the dryer and couldnt initially replicate the issue. I disassembled the machine and found the two rear rollers hard to turn and making noises when spun. I used a dryer repair kit 4392067 to replace the rollers and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed deli ui, dispenser ui, power supply and hv board. Refrigerator was on and cooling at time of arrival. Advised cx if issue happens ago to call back. Refrigerator is cooling at this time.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRFF3536SW01 not dispensing water. Tested unit and found no dispensing. Found no response from isolation valve. Dual valve is clicking properly. Replaced isolation valve and tested. Verified proper operation with no water leaks. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT750SAKZ3 causing cracking in dishes. Upon speaking to the customer, he stated that he noticed cracking in multiple dishes that he did not experience before. I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran a test cycle and found the components to be functioning without issue however, I found that the heater had scaling a rust. I replaced the heating element and restated and the unit is operating as designed. I did it find anything in the machine that would cause the damage to the dishes. I called tech line to document. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Replaced hub, suspension, and control. Tested unit and found unit to operate as designed with no issues or leaks. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRF535SWHZ12 with frost building up. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of frost on the items inside mainly on the right side. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees. I found the freezer door switch completely iced over and when I removed the ice and freed the switch, the FC module would not turn on. Also, when opening the FC drawer, it gave a lot of resistance due to the amount of frost/ice built up on the slides and the grease has hardened on the slides as well. I found the ice maker is making good ice. I placed my flashlight inside the FC compartment and closed the door and inspected the door gasket and found it sealed on all four sides. Also, I found moisture/condensation on the RC door mullion. I turned the humidity sensor on 100% to keep the mullion heater on 100% of the time. Also found the unit is not properly leveled and will need to,be leveled upon return service. Due to my findings, I am ordering the slides kit, FC door switch, FC module, RC door mullion, grease, white silicone, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 09/21/26. I will return with all prescreened parts as well.
