"Arrived on site to inspect washer making unusual noises and spinning too fast. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran a spin test and found that the bearing were failing and making a loud roaring noise. I removed and replaced the gearcase and calibrated and tested the machine and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service W11449840"

Arrived onsite for unit with no power. I found the breaker tripped. Per service pointer I ran the unit up for 300 on broil and then let it get down to 200. Swapped to bake and watched the oven reach 500 degrees. I advised customer to let it run for 2 hours and they agreed. I advised customer to atleast run the broil weekly so the issue doesn't occur again. Customer understands. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site for drain pump constantly running..Upon arrival inspected unit found load iside and pump not running constantly. Ran diagnostics found no error codes stored at this time. Ran test cycle unit completed cycle with no issue. Spoke with maintenance said they went over there to and ran multiple cycles but couldn't duplicate issue. Unit is running just fine at this time tenant will monitor

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 making excessive noise not present before. Customer reported noise from freezer. Examined freezer and found ice buildup on walls and under icemaker fill tube. Icemaker fill tube extension was unsecured and pointing upward, causing water leak. Disassembled icemaker and chute, then secured extension to liner and chute using silicone and thicker zip tie. This resolves further leaks. Advised customer to defrost unit due to heavy ice accumulation. Unit operates as designed at service completion, with no leaks present"

Arrived onsite WTW5010LW1 and tested unit for not spinning out certain loads and being very loud and vibrating. Customer regularly has this experience with sheets and towels. Cuwtomer explained that bedsheets caused this symptom just yesterday. Suspension is good. No error codes. Level is good. Runs smoothly and efficiently when empty. Explained cause to cuetomer of off balance based on type of clothing and fabric and a number of other variables. Advised interrupting a given off balance load and manually adjusting for balance followed by using the drain and spin cycle is the recommended corrective action. No parts.

Arrived onsite LSN2000PW3 and found unit with bad valve causing weeping into the tub in standby. Repaired by replacing the valve WP3979346. Tested unit all checks good. No leaks during functions inspection. All checks good.

Lights and controls responding but nothing is running. Entered service test and evaporator fan did come on. Ran icemaker test and it passed. No icemaker errors. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LC1 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit produced high-pitched noise during last spin and has been unused since. Entered service mode and found F0E3 (overload) and F0E7 (load detected during clean cycle) error codes stored. Cleared codes and ran full diagnostic cycle, completed with no abnormal noise or interruption. Performed high-speed spin with customer present, noise could not be duplicated. Advised customer to run several normal cycles and record any recurrence on video for accurate diagnosis. Removed back panel and inspected harness, no shorts or damage found. Engaged bake cycle; after 10 minutes white smoke began emanating from bake element area. Confirmed normal manufacturing burn-off on new unit. Allowed unit to run at 500? for 20 minutes until smoke dissipated. Advised customer to run additional 60-minute cycle to complete burn-off and condition relays. Contacted SAFETY to document under case number 21838044. Arrived on site for washer locked . Found lid locked and full of water . Found wired broken to drain pump. Spliced wires to get water out and unlocked . Ordering lower harness return set 12/17 AM is best time frame . No water leaks detected at time of service. ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW5430MW1 not spinning and rinsing the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E6-motor circuit open. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found that when the unit agitates, the entire basket turns with the washplate. The unit completed the spin test, but I could hear a clicking noise. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield to gain access to the cam assembly. When I removed the belt, I found it was stretched, and when I removed the cam bolt and attempted to remove the pulley, the pulley gave some resistance. Once I had the pulley removed, I found pieces of plastic from the cam assembly, and when I removed the cam assembly, I found the cam shifter was damaged possibly due to overloading the unit. I did not find any gearcase oil. When I removed the actuator, I found the actuator arm was broken, keeping the unit from switching from agitate to spin. Also found the cold valve, at the wall was turned off, and when I turned it on, the unit cold valve began to drip. I removed and replaced the valve, cam assembly, belt, and actuator and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and ths unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11239857, W10721967, W11481722, W11513255"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 36 degrees RC and 0 degrees FC. I attempted to cycle the ice maker and it called for water but no water was flowing through the valve. I found that the water tube has frozen over due to a failing valve. I thawed the water inlet tube and replaced the valve and reassembled and tested the unit and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11455388"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW4505MW2 not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found the gearcase, cam, slider, and belt are all in good condition with no gearcase oil found. I tested the unit in a Quick Wash cycle, and the unit continued to operate as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Daniel and advised of the complaint, my testings, and findings. Daniel advised to counsel the customer on loading and cycles to use and not to replace any parts as the unit is operating as designed. Daniel provided Case #21874631. I provided the case number to my customer and made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
