arrived on site to inspect gas smell coming from oven. Upon arrival, the customer advised that she could smell gas or an oily smell while cooking using Bake mode. Upon further inspection, I used a company provided gas sniffer to detect any gas a leaks during and after use of the oven unit. I verified at the main oven valve and orifice. I verified all burners, during use and after turned off as well and the sniffer did not detect any leaks. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit was operating and the drum was turning, but it was only putting out cool air. I found that the element had burnt out. I quoted the customer $106.67 for the element and DR320 $189.99 for service/labor fee for a total of $319.48 including tax. I discounted the total, due to the customer being referred through Yelp, -$20.00 for an overall total of $299.48. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I removed and replaced the element and tested the unit and the unit operates as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not operating. Upon arrival, the customer advised that when they turn the unit on it will act like it's going to operate, but then shuts off after a few seconds. I placed the unit in diagnostics to check for error codes and error code F4E4 was recorded. Using my volt meter, I checked voltage at the outlet and did not get 240 Volts. I checked voltage at the terminal block and the unit was wired correctly, but I was getting 240 volts at the black and white connection when I should only get 120. I checked voltage at the red/white and red/black and was getting 120 at each. I advised the customer to contact her builder and have an electrician check the wiring in the outlet and at the breaker box and once that has been completed, if there are any further issues with the unit to call and request service. No lint observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect microwave sparking and shooting flames. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the units glass turntable had broken and the unit sparked and shot flames from under the glass. Upon further inspection, I found arc residue on the floor of the MW where the motor is located. The bottom side of the turntable driver had black residue also. I removed the bottom panel from the unit to expose the motor and light housing. I removed the turntable motor and found no evidence of any arcing. I contacted WP Safety and spoke to Natalie S. and provided her with file #7722593525 and advised of my findings and that the unit operates as designed. I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. Natalie advised that she would contact the consumer and she did while I was still on site. I cleaned oil/grease residue from the motor and floor of the unit to prevent any further issues. Photos taken, job completed.

Model SF303PEKQ0, Arrived on call for burner knob will not turn off and oven door will not close properly, found that the right front burner knob is broken and will also need oven temp knob and left front burner knob due to broken, and for oven door not closing to seal will need new door hinges left and right hand, also instructed customer on cleaning of burner heads and caps and around igniters for proper ignition to allow burners to light quicker, all burners are lighting but burners and burner cals need to be cleaned and cleaned around the igniters, right front burner is shutting off when taking another knob that is good off one of the other burners, no gas leaks at time of call, will order door hinges and 3 knobs and will reschedule for 8/9/18 no gas leaks ounce the right front burner is turned all the way off with a good shut off knob.

arrived on site to inspect Jenn Air refrigerator not making ice or draining. Upon further inspection, I found that this is a small fridge and the customer advised that she found water in the bottom of the cabinet and inside the drawer and the ice maker is not making ice. I found that the water tube was not seated in the reservoir and was dispensing the water into the drawer and bottom of the cabinet. I tested the ice maker using my jumper wire and the unit works as designed, but no water was dispensing. I removed the ice maker and found a small block of ice in the water tube. I removed the drawer door and pulled the unit to verify the water line was not kinked. I put the unit back into place and while having the drawer removed, the ice in the water tube had thawed out and when I tested the unit again, water dispensed and the ice maker began to function properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the fc door and both slides. Tested the unit and found that the door sits too low which could be causing the warm airflow into the fc chamber and causing ice buildup. I raised the door approximately 1/8 inch and tested and the door is sealing correctly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Whirlpool microwave loud noise when fan on model: WMH31017FS0. Arrived on site to test unit for noise coming from fan. Test unit and found debris stuck in fan. Removed debris from fan test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for part hanger, I replaced rc fan motor with thermistor, relocated thermistor in correct position according to service pointer, replaced evaporator cover, unit tested good, water lines were dry at the time of service.

Unit will need new water resevoir to complete repair. Turned water off to prevent water leaking. R/S for Monday 8/6. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Model WRS325FDAM04, Arrived on call for unit producing frost and ice, found ice maker mount broken on bottom of ice maker and when forcing ice maker found gearing is stripped in it and ice maker bucket is broken, also temps were not correct in fresh food found ice buildup in damper so cleared ice and also found i emaker bucket was not installed correctly and lower freezer bin to far forward causing freezer door not to close properly installed ice bin and adjusted food to allow lower bin in freezer to be back far enough for freezer door to close properly and also sealed were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections and control adjustment for damper the lever that goes on knob came out of track so put it back on and know is getting proper air flow to the fresh food section so set controls to mid setting and instructed customer to allow for 24 hours for proper temp in fresh food section, also freezer light is out and fresh food leds are dim will order all led lights and icemaker

Model WRX735SDBM04, Autho. WFP2FFPMPL1.5, Arrived on call for dispenser not working and previous tech found ice maker double filling leaking in to dispenser, found when removed ice maker the ice maker fill cup was a solid piece of ice, removed ice from ice maker fill cup and found no frays in ice maker fill cup, will need dual valve and will return with ice maker to check ice maker fill to verify if ice maker is needed, left the water off to the unit until repaired., no water leaks at time of call, will reschedule for 8/6/18
