He advised that the organic type rinse aids don’t work as well as the basic chemical rinse aids. He provided file #7724150943. Recommended some detergent and rinse aids and some use and care tips. WASHER MAYTAG MVWC465HW2 "arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F0E5-off balance load. I cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit began to agitate it began to make a loud screeching noise. It did the same in spin mode. I tilted the unit back and found that the cam nut had back off and the cam pulley was rubbing on the cam shield. I took the nut off and put some loc-tite on the bolt and retightened it. Tested the unit in manual mode in agitate and spin and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
