Connected fill tube and tested again and ice maker filled correctly. Tested ice fan. Checked temperature sitting and found FC at-2° and correct to recommend temperature 0°. Customer to inspect front of ice maker and to remove any hanging cubes. Spoke with customer on theory of operation of ice maker. All tested good, no water leaks present."

I tested the unit and found the water level filling to the over flow and then stopping like it should in a regular cycle. I found the bin overly full so I tested the bin thermistor and it read 31 kohms and checks good. I found the clean light still illuminated. I ran the clean cycle and the light would not go out. Disassembled the door to gain access to the dispenser. Found the dispenser connection was extremely loose. Secured the connection and tested the unit in diagnostics. The dispenser open and is working properly. All water connections were dry at the time of service.

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS0 "arrived on site to inspect microwave light not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the venthood light is not working and the turntable won’t turn. Using a cup of water to test the unit, I turned the unit on a 30 second heat and immediately I could hear the magnetron making s loud humming noise ad the turntable was not turning. I opened the bottom panel to expose the turntable motor and venthood light. I found the light was burnt out. Using my multimeter, I checked ohms to the motor and found it open. I checked for voltage to the motor and lamp and got nothing. I found that where the zip tie clip is located, the wires were melted together causing the motor to short and the light to burn out. I am ordering the harnesses, magnetron, diode, capacitor, and turntable motor. I will return with all prescreened parts I scheduled return service for 12/01/18, per customer request due to her schedule. I left the unit unplugged for safety rea

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS588FIHV00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested modes 19, 44, 45, 47, 48. The ice maker began to harvest and then water dispensed into the ice tray, but when I tested the ice bin switch with the ice bin out of the unit, the unit showed that it was present. I tested the switch several times and nothing changed. When I tested in mode 44, the ice maker began harvest and finished and the code showed 23–harvest cycle off/switch faulty. I verified voltage to the switch (14VDC). When I opened the rc section door, I could hear the diffuser making a loud noise. I am ordering the ice bin switch and diffuser and will return with the prescreened ice maker. I scheduled return service for 11/26/18. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11164593 (DIFFUSER) and 1 WPW10656772 (switch)"

DRYER MAYTAG MGDB850YW3 "arrived on site to inspect dryer making squeaking noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and after a few minutes the unit began to squeak loudly. I turned the unit off and unplugged it and opened the unit top and removed the door panel, bulkhead, and drum. I found that all of the rollers and the tension pulley wheel had lots of debris built up on them. The tension pulley had more debris than the rollers. I quoted the customer . The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I vacuumed the unit out and I removed and replaced all four rollers, then tension pulley wheel and the belt and put the unit back together and tested. The unit operated as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 "arrived on site to inspect washer main buzzing sound and not working. Upon further inspection, i plugged the unit in and after the control reset, the unit began to make a loud buzzing sound. I found water in the tub as well. I held the start button or approximately five seconds to clear the control ad the buzzing stopped. I placed the in unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and F9E1–long drain appeared. I cleared the code and placed the unit in manual test mode and attempted to turn the drain pump on but as soon as I did, the buzzing noise came back. Using my wet vac, I vacuumed the water out of the unit and removed the drain pump to find a nail wedged inside the drain pump. I also found that one of the impellers was broken. I replace the drain pump and tested the unit and it operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed the drain hose at the disposal and found it to be full of debris. I am ordering a pump/motor assembly, chamber collection, drain hose, sump inlet, and hose chamber and a CNOTE—AUTHO.
