"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since they replaced the water filter, the unit makes loud noises that last a while and the ice bin is difficult to get out. I removed the ice bin and it functioned normally. I found the bin full of ice. I tested the ice maker and it operated as designed. I could hear the condenser fan and evaporator fan operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the damper control, condenser fan, compressor and evaporator fan and all parts are functioning properly with no abnormal noises. When I opened the FC door, I found condensation on the top of the FC door gasket. When I went to pull the upper basket out, it gave some resistance and resistance when pushing it back in. I checked the leveling of the unit and found it slightly tilted forward and then checked the leveling feet and found they were not down. I tested the RC door operations and when I opened the right door to approximately 45 degrees, it continued to swing open. I advised the customer of my findings and leveled the unit. Tested door operations and all but the FC drawer are closing properly. Using some grease from my van stock (WP542638), i placed some on the rails of the upper basket and on the lower bin where the basket slides. Retested the FC door operations and it is opening and closing as designed. Based off the customers description and my findings, I believe either the deli drawer of the FC door were left opened and ice built up on the evaporator and hitting thr evap fan. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if the noise returned. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WP542638 from van stock"

"I arrived on site for control panel (UI) not functioning. Tested unit and could not find any issues. Spoke to customer and found that customer believed the UI was supposed to stay on continuously. Notified customer that UI will dim to sleep mode until prompted. Demonstrated how UI responds and how information like set temps, filter status etc were accessed. Unit is functioning properly. "Arrived on site to test unit for not dissolving pod. Upon arrival customer stated about 40% of the time, when pod is dispensed it gets caught up in the dishes and does not dissolve. Ran a test cycle, unit filled and wash motor engaged properly. Advised customer that if the pod is being dispensed but is getting caught up in dishes, the way the dishes are loaded has to be changed. Dispenser activates and released the pod properly. Showed customer where the pod typically lands and which areas should be clear. Customer will try to load them a different way. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a quiet tick once in awhile and unit is still experiencing long dry times. Engaged cycle, slight tick was heard but it is coming from the roller bearing slightly moving when hitting the joint on the drum. Noise is normal and will not affect operation. Ran a vent test, test shows poor airflow. Removed vent hose and ran another vent test, test shows no air restrictions. Still an issue with the venting system, customer will be contacting vent cleaning service. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."
