"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. After in evacuated the system, I cleared the system with Nitrogen and found the drier was leaking at the cap tube which is why the unit never cooled. Replaced all parts mentioned and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0psi. I installed 55g of R600 refrigerant and tested. Unit is cooling properly and operating as designed. No water connections to the unit and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I for customer to much soap can cause unit to act abnormally due to bubbles on sensors nmaking sensors not engage and suds traveling to places water typically does not. No leaks present at this time. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not keeping temp and also leaking. On arrival was able to clarify 2 separate issues, first was that items in the pullout deli drawer drawer only seem to be spoiling much faster. Second, a large amount of condensation is building on the freezer door gasket, as well as a little frost in the front top section of the freezer. I found the drawer vent was closed almost completely, so I opened it up to allow more cold air in. RC temp was 37, freezer temp 2. I also adjusted the freezer door by raising it 1/8 inch or so. The top of the gasket was barely making contact with the liner, and likely letting air in if door wasn't perfectly positioned. This should resolve all issues present. I also set the mullion heaters off sensor operation and to always on. No parts needed. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for a diswasher not coming on and clean light flashing. Confirmed the clean light was flashing 7 times it would pause and continue flashing 7 times. The control thought there was an issue with the heater circuit. Ran diagnostic test. And found no amp draw from the heater. Tested resistance of the heater to the control and door switch and found it open. Pulled the machine out tested the hi limit and tested good. Verified the heater was open at the heater. Replaced the heater and tested the unit. When the heater came on it jumped up to 10 amps. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete. INSTALLED W10513894 Heater. No water leaks present at the time of service.

Ran ice harvest test and unit did complete cycle. Ran a fill test and unit completed. Did record an E5 error in diagnostics but after power cycling unit and running the icemaker harvest test again the unit showed no error codes. Also, after power cycleHe emitter light was now registering. Customer will monitor . if symptoms persist, recommend returning with control, icemaker, emitter and receiver. No parts installed"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection the customer was showing me pictures of the leak. Then she showed me picture of the inside the dishwasher and there was 3 to 4 inches of bubbles in the unit. I explained that that was too much soap and it would leak down the front of the door onto the ground. She showed me where the insulation dropped down after it got wet. I informed the customer that the PODS Were causing the leaking. That there is not enough dirt and food on the dishes to defuse the soap. No leaks were detected during service and no parts were installed.
