I placed a K-type thermocouple in the ice maker housing vent and read 29.7 degrees and the unit did not have the ice maker fan running. The fc was set to -2 degrees and measured 11.2 air temp at the evaporator intake and 11.2 with the thermocouple heatsinked to a piece of aluminum and pressed between a glass jar and large item. The condenser at the front of the unit was slightly above hand temperature and a heatsinked thermocouple measured 91.5 which is too cool for the internal temperature and length of time the compressor ran during testing. I retested the ice maker housing after hearing the fan engage during testing and after five minutes, the temperature declined to 22 and was very slowly dropping. From the measurements taken, the unit shows signs of loss of cooling and the sealed system will require replacement. 1 CNOTES (SEALED SYSTEM SERVICE 3 HOURS PLEASE) and 1 SF8404 (SERVICE PORT) and

COOKTOP GE JGP940BEK2BB "arrived on site to inspect cooktop not igniting. Upon further inspection, I removed the glass cooktop to expose the burners/orifice holders, valves ad harness. In the process of removing the back left burner head, the screws broke off in the orifice holder due to being badly corroded. Once I had the cooktop off, I found that the lockout valve was badly corroded and the stem would not turn. Also found that the lockout switch was badly corroded and needed to be replaced (part of harness). WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW95HEDW0 Arrived onsite for the washer that will not open sometimes after the load is completed. Ms stated that a lot of times the load completes and the unit errors out hours after it’s been off giving an F3E1. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E1 & F6E3. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I found the pressure switch hose in good shape. I found the air trap hose full of detergent debris that was floating around in it probably causing the issue. I removed the air trap and cleaned it out. I reinstalled it and tested the washer again and the unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I could hear the fan operating; however, it was very faint and sounded slow. I pulled the unit from the wall and tested again and watched the fan and the wheel was moving very slow. I removed and replaced the fan motor assembly and tested again and the unit operated as designed. I put the unit back on the wall and tested one more time and it operated as designed. Using foil tape, I sealed some air holes at the vent cover and around the power cord. Job completed."

The unit operated as designed, but I noticed the water was continuing to run out of the valve. I placed the unit in manual test mode and tested fast agitation and high speed spin. The unit made a few noises, but I could not recreate the loud noise the customer is experiencing and noticed that water was still coming out of the valve. The customer advised that the noise is the same as before, but louder. I tilted the unit back and looked underneath and found some oil residue on the panels. I cleaned the oil off. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS555SIHZ00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and the motor is operating. I found that the ice bin was empty. I removed the ice maker cover and tested ohms to the ice maker. It showed to be open. I found a small amount of ice built up in the water tube. Using my steamer, I got the ice out. I checked the water line at the bottom left hinge area. I disconnected the water line to the ice maker and blew through it and it was clear. I tested ohms to the ice bin switch and the ice maker switch and both were good. I removed and replaced the ice maker. After approximately 15 mins, water did not dispense into the ice maker. I tested temps in the rc and fc sections and temps were 7 degrees in the fc section and 42 in the rc section. I tested ohms to the water valve and it showed to be open. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS51EC0AS04 "arrived on site to inspect oven not heating. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees Standard Preheat multi rack. Once the unit turned on, my multimeter did not register any heat other than the room temp in the unit. I tested the unit on Broil at 550 degrees and the unit did not heat up. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the top and back panels. I verified ohms to the Bake and brooks elements and the TOD. All components were good. I tested voltage from the control at P6-1 to P11-2 and only got 120 volts. I verified ohms to the fuse as well. Due to the low voltage reading from the control, I replaced the control and tested again ad only got 120 volts again. After verifying ohms to all components and voltage from the control the unit has to be wired incorrectly. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that they would need to have an electrici

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFC8090GX0 "WFC8090GX0 Arrived to instal parts. I tested within service mode and found the valve could be heard to actuate, but the filter screen was missing and I then removed and replaced the valve. The unit performed in the same manner after the valve replacement. I tested voltage to the valve and it showed 122.4. Water pressure measured at 64 psi. I found that modulating the valve and very slowly opening it very slightly, there was visible flow and when opened more, the flow stopped and the valve could be heard slamming shut. I contacted the mfg, tech Andy. Advised the technician of my findings and they advised to check the water supply. File# 7723845796. I elected to replace the ACU and during reassembly I found an area of the wire harness that had been crushed during assembly. I am suspicious the damaged harness allows correct voltage, but not enough current to hold the valves open. The unit will require the harness and please allow 2 hours for return service. A

I found and was able to show the customer the issue was with the sewer flow and it backing up after approximately 1/3 of the tub filled with water and then drained. The unit was also having difficulties completing cycles and spinning and I found the basket leaning against the right inner wall. I removed non-authorized spacers from the leveling feet and corrected the basket to chassis alignment. The customer will contact a qualified plumber to address the drain overflow issue. No leaks of he water supply observed during service.
