Found the timer is defective. Replace the timer and tested the unit. Unit is heating properly and advise customer to clean the air vents every six months.

OVEN KITCHENAID KEBS207BSS00 Arrived onsite for the oven that reaches preheat temp and then the temp drops way down. Mr stated the issue happened when cooking in bake with a 450 degree set point. I tested the oven temp at 450 degrees. I found the oven temp cycling between 442-454 degrees and working as designed on the first cycle. On the second cycle the cooling fan stopped running and the temp on the oven started dropping and never coming back on. I checked the sensor in diagnostics and found it temping correctly. The control is malfunctioning probably from getting to hot due to the fan stopping. Need to replace the control and the fan. Ordering the fan and marking the prescreened control as UORV ; ordrng 1 WPW10260254 (BLOWER)

Removed evaporator cover and checked for dye. Found dye all over evaporator. Removed and replaced evaporator using braising methods. Vacuumed unit down to -25psi. Removed an replaced also ADC,thermostat and LED in RC section. Charged unit with 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant. Powered up unit. Unit began cooling with good frost pattern on evaporator. All lights now work as well. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service."
