"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator leaking water when water is turned on at the wall. I found one of the lines at the quick disconnect fitting at the bottom of the freezer door not locked fully in place and corrected that. I turned the water on and found the inlet and outlet lines to the filter leaking. I found the filter cap broken not allowing the filter to be installed or removed correctly. The lines, filter cap, and the filter housing need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a sound like ice is dropping in the bin, but the ice maker is not turned on. Checked temps and the FC=10 degrees & RC=38 degrees. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I removed the upper cover and found the compressor suction line was completely frozen. While I had the unit in diagnostics, the lice froze and I could hear the ice falling off the line and hitting the top of the chassis making the noise the customer described. I placed my gauges on the compressor and found the low side at plus +5. When I removed the gauge, oil cams out of the access valveOrdering the dye dryer and CNOTE-OFFICE TO SCHEDULE RETURN SERVICE. I found something that had come out of the RC return vent and fallen down on the defrost heater causing the light burning smell the customer was noticing. I could not determine what it was only that it was a yellow substance. I cleaned it out of the bottom of the drip pan and off of the defrost heater. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise from the unit and it sounded like a washer in agitation mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components that would potentially make insulation noises and could not duplicate the noise. I removed the back cover and inspected the compressor and condenser fan and both are good. The customer advised that the noise is coming from the right side of the unit, but there are no components on the right side that make noise other than the condenser fan. Recommended that the customer take another video if the unit makes the noise again and to make sure they open the fresh foods section doors and the freezer door and get video of the inside of the unit. Ran unit through an auto test and found a slight knocking noise coming from the back of the unit. Lift it up washer and removed stater. Found clutch not tightly screwed in and a little loose. Tighten screws to form better fitting and tested unit in a manual high speed and medium speed spin cycles. Unit was quiet and working as designed. "Arrived on site for washer that won’t spin out the clothes intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in in-service diagnostics and found an F01 (communication error between the CCU and EEPROM) error code. Checked control for loose connections and made sure all connections were tight. Placed unit in an automatic cycle and unit ran as designed. I called tech line and spoke to Butch SR# 7727881124. He advised that the F01 code could be due to a power outage or a tripped breaker. He advised that if the unit was running properly outside of the jeans cycle, the issue could Either be an overloading issue, and unbalanced load issue, or just that the heavier items won’t be as dry as the shirts. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dryer that’s intermittently making a noise halfway through the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in it and a normal dry cycle and tested unit. Unit ran as designed. I removed the blower wheel housing and checked for any debris around the blower wheel. Nothing was found. I spun the basket by hand and found the rollers were smooth. I called Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7727881124. He advised that if there was a problem with the machine, the issue would present itself within the first couple minutes after the dryer was tumbling and heating. He advised to make no repairs and unit is working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the vent area. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that once the unit is done with a wash cycle, when they open the door, water comes out the vent area and puddles on the floor. I removed the outer door panel and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I found dry water residue on the inside o father inner door panel coming from the vent gasket area and traveling along the door panel. Also found moisture built up on the inside o father outer door panel. Contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of my findings. Joel advised that the customer must wait for the entire drying cycle to finish before opening the door to allow any/all water drain from the deflector area. Also advised that if I had the vent to replace it due to the it leaking at the gasket area. Provided file number #7727885148. I advised the customer of tech lines recommendations. Called Electrolux / Frigidaire tech line to gain info on running diagnostic, manual did not contain instructions. Ran through diagnostic mode and found 4 pressure switch errors. Once I ran through all diagnostic tests and had manually opened door, the door started working again.
