Inspected suspension and found springs to react normal. I also noticed the drain pump sounded as there was something in it but found it to be clear. Ran a rinse and spin cycle with 2 large towels to further test suspension and spin cycle. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID WRV986FDEM00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise. Upon further inspection, the customer provided me with a video of the unit making noises. It sounded as if a fan was hitting something. I pulled the middle drawer to check the rc Evap cover and found no ice. I removed the fc section door and drawers and removed the fc evap cover to find ice built up on the top of the evaporator which was rubbing against the Evap fan blades. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and found the thermistor positioned incorrectly. I repositioned the thermistor and placed a zip tie on it then put foil tape over it to secure the thermistor. I put the fc components back together then pulled the unit from its place to remove the back cover. I found that the drain tube was gapped. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gap in the drain tube. Put the unit back in its place and leveled and squared the unit. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks o

I turned all of the burners on and found them to have orange flames. The customer advised that they do have a humidifier in the house. I advised that the humidifier is the main cause of this issue and also a possibility that the pipe dope or pipe sealer had gotten into the gas line and mixed with the gas. I removed the unit from the countertop and removed the cooktop. Using my liquid gas detector, I checked all gas connections in the unit and all were sealed with no leaks. I verified that all of the orifices were correct as well. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. The customer requested a new knob that goes to the right front burner due to it being melted on the edge. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 WPW10594481D2C (knob)"

Went outside to the vent and found it is clogged. Advise the customer that the water is collecting at the bottom and not evaporating to steam. Unit works properly and advise customer to clean air vents every six months.
