I checked the pressures on the unit and was getting a equalizing pressure in the home position of 50 on both low and hi side. While it was calling for cooling in the freezer I was getting pressure of 0 low and high 200. I called techline and spoke to Mark I got sr #7727978594. I advised them of the situation dating back to January. He stated hi side pressure is high for the freezer and recommend replacing the freezer evaporator due to likely restriction. I am ordering the freezer evap W11099748, a sealed system, and a fresh food evaporator W11291123 and the compressor W11393142 just Incase. I found oil on the venthood fan blades. I removed the venthood vent cover and didn’t find anything out of the ordinary. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I could not find any burning smells. I advised the customer that mechanically, there’s nothing wrong with the unit. With the smell, there is nothing I can do with the smell. Tested voltage going to the dishwasher and found one volt.I advise the customer I would not be able to do any further checks without the correct voltage going to the unit. Customer called her husband who intern called an electrician to come over and fix the outlet. Spoke to MS and was advised to replace the control and console in order to fix the unit. Replaced control and console and electrician had power running to the unit by then. Attached hardwire to unit and unit came on. Unit was uninstalled from the wall and water supply so was unable to test the unit in an auto test. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose reports of refrigerator making loud noises. On arrival customer showed me a video they had captured of a loud almost motor like sound coming from what appeared to be the center rear section. Customer says the noise will run for quite a bit before stopping. Ran diagnostics and tested Evap fan and diffuser, compressor, condenser fan. All moving parts are testing good. Diffuser sounded fine. Checked FC Evap and found no ice buildup, solid frost pattern. Advised customer that if ice is building on the fan blades or diffuser it may make a bit of noise, but customer has not heard the noise I’m several days. Set unit to basic defrost mode to reduce Evap ice buildup if it is sporadically high. Call complete."

I found the dampener frosted closed and the evaporator completely frosted up due to a defective defrost control. I defrosted all of the frost and ice. I replaced the defrost control. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a loud buzzing noise coming from the FC. Mr stated the noise wasn’t coming from the FC, it was coming from the RC. I confirmed what the customer was hearing due to the RC coil frozen in ice and frost. The coil is not defrosting. I found no warm air leaks around the evaporator housing. The thermistors test good at the control. There is a communication issue between the UI and the harness. The evaporator harness and the UI need to be replaced again. Call complete."

Felt airflow and felt minimal airflow coming from unit. Advised customer to talk to property manager to have dryer vents cleaned. Customer also said unit isn’t making the noise when it’s done. Tested and could not get any sound to come out. Orsering console, speaker and overlay, and returning with control if needed. I’m tested the filter switch, and it opens and closes like it’s supposed to. I checked the Irving diagram and tested voltage for the filter switch from p1-1 to p2-4 diagram showing it’s supposed to be 115v when filter removed and it is only getting good 70v. When I checked the drain hose at the disposal, I saw liquid dish soap under the sink. Customer said they haven’t used it in the dishwasher. Arrived on site for washing machine that’s making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer showed me a video of the sound and it appeared to be the drain pump. Placed an in-service diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Tested unit in Emmanuel Spann and agitation. Unit seem to run as designed. Placed in it and an auto test and found a slight grinding sound when the unit began to spin and agitate. Found stators screw loose and tightened it. Ran tests again and found the same sounds. Replaced gear case and tested unit. Unit is running as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was not dispensing rinse aid and also sliding forward when fully opened. Performed diagnostic on unit. Found no error codes present. Rinse aid was completely full, and customer informed me they haven’t had to fill it in 2 months and dishes are always wet. Replaced dispenser to resolve rinse aid issue, due to blockage. I checked the unit to see what was moving, and found that the unit is properly installed with side brackets, but the floor is slightly uneven. When under weight, the feet do slide and the unit pivots on the bracket screws. Adjusted leveling feet some to compensate, but feet have no traction on the floor. Nothing else we can do to adjust. All is now working as designed, call complete."

Tested unit and found previous suggestion from tech line of taping vent to reduce the airflow, Wind vent was taped less than 30% of the event was blocked. Retake vent to reduce airflow by approximately 50%+. Also noted freezer set to min, allowing even more airflow to RC. Adjusted freezer settings as well.
