The water line was tightened too much and broke the seal (photo), and it is leaking where it is connected to the valve at the back of the washer. The customer will need to contact the installers and have them replace the water line and install it. No parts installed. I left the water supply turned off."

Customer will replace filter and if ice slows again recommend replacing housing.

Ariv3d on site for unit not draining or finishing cycle.Upon arrival hit cancel button to make sure drain pump is working pump did engage and drain.During test cycle unit started to leak canceled out opened door unit is over pudding. Cleared sudding out and tested again unit did not leak. Noticed display lights on control glitching. Replaced control and tested. Glitching has stopped but new control keeps making clicking sound and now unit will turn itself on. Clicking sound at endof tes cycle will last about 2minutes then unit turns onto normal cycle. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing a cycle. Upon further inspection, I found thd unit sitting in a drain pan and the pan was too c.ose to the back wall czuxi g the hoses to rub against the wall (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-tachometsr missing ro wrong signal. Cleared the code and continued with testing and when the unit attempted to spin, the basket assembly would not turn. I tilted the unit back and inspected and found all components good. I attempted to turn the basket by hand and it would not turn. I gained access to the tub ring and removed it to find some clothing stuck in between the basket and tub assembly (photo). I removed the itdm and reassembled the unit and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

No part replacement will change the db level of the evap fan and compressor running simultaneously. Found a slight air leak at the chassis to liner gap in the RC, sealed with silicone. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave noises. Upon further inspection, using my microwave tester, I tested the unit and found it operating as designed except it's making a loud whirling noise when the heating components engage. I could push up on the bottom of the unit and the noise would decrease, but it was still there. I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the heating components and retested and could not duplicate the noise. I found the magnetron was extremely hot to touch for the short amount of time testing (30 seconds). I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. I reassembled the unit and placed it back in its space and retested and the unit is no longer making the noise and continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

I disassembled the unit to gain access to the element and removed the element to find the middle metal plate was badly warped and cracked and the coil was broken. Also found the inside of the unit was full of lint (before photo). I cleaned the unit with my shop vac (after photo) and installed a new element and reassembled the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer have their dryer vents checked/cleaned. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. WP3387747"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I checked the bottom of the FC section and found the bottom badly scratched on the right side and ice on the left side. I disassembled the FC section and found more ice on the left side and the FC evaporator drain clogged with ice. Also found the FC door handle is loose. I tightened the handle and pulled the unit out to gain access to the drain tube. I removed the drain tube and found it clogged with debris. I cleared the tube and cleaned it out and re-installed the tube. Put the unit back in its space and using my steamer, I removed the ice from the drain and drain pan and tested the tube flow. Also removed the slab of ice from the bottom of FC section. I found more scratches in the FC bottom once the ice was removed. Reassembled the FC section and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No parts installed."

Forced to enter diagnostic cycle, drain pump disengaged and fill process began. Unit filled, drained and agitated. Intermittently in the cycle the drain pump would engage like there is a pressure system fault. Exited diagnostics and drain pump engaged once again. Replaced control (W11608056) and harness (W11665968). Tested unit, drain pump no longer engages intermittently. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a diagnostic cycle with all components properly engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Element is a 'bridge' element and shared a housing with the left rear. I changed the L/F infinite switch and ran again. Found unit is heating more consistently, but cycles differently than the left rear. Verified these elements are same BTU, but operated by a different type of infinite switch. Called findings into tech line, and was informed this is working as designed based on being 2 independent elements and switches. Function was improved with new switch. Repair completed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal sounds during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me the sounds it was making. When it was going into a spin and it sounded like hmm, the hose is off the backside of the machine. I checked the model and serial tag information and found the model. And serial numbers did not match the model and serial numbers of the machine sent for service. The customer advised that they had a previous unit that was replaced under the manufacturer warranty and that they assumed the extended warranty covered the new machine. I did advise the customer that they may have to contact their extended warranty to see if their machine can be transferred over. However, after checking with claims, we would not be able to service the machine under the current dispatch. The customer advised that they will see if the issue goes away after pulling the machine away from the wall and will contact their extended warranty if they need any further service. Call complete.
