The customer advised that the unit will turn on, but as soon as they press start, the unit will make a clicking noise and nothing will happen. I did confirm the customer's complaint and gained access to the thermal fuse. I found the thermal fuse open. I replaced the thermal fuse and checked all heating components. I found all showing within range and working properly. I checked behind the dryer and found a kink on their vent hose causing an airflow restriction. I did advise the customer that it appeared that was the main cause for their issue. The customer stated that they also may have a a problem with their vent cover up on the roof. I tested the dryer and found the dryer cycling properly. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting a cycl. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, the customer explained that this unit has not worked since they bought it and that when they start a cycle, it'll just hum and then do nothing. I ran the inner through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F2 E1(Stuckkey) error codes. I ran the unit through my annual testing and found the cold water valve, not drawing in any water. I checked the valve at the wall and found the valve at the wall had been turned off. I turned on the cold water valve and ran the unit through testing. I found the unit began to work and operate as designed. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I had the customer start a cycle and we found the unit begin to fill and agitate as designed indicating the machine is fully operational. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer shaking and moving. Upon further inspection, I found a large hole in the wall to the left of the unit and a small dent on the front panel of the cabinet. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring damaged as well. I removed the tub ring and using my flashlight, I placed my flashlight inside the basket along the sides of the basket and found the balance holes were not fully punched through which is causing the unit to get off balanced per service pointer #W11684122. Also found that the dryer had damage to it from the washer getting off balanced. I inspected the suspension rods and the tub assembly and did not find any damages. "Arrived on site for a wine cooler that is rubbing on the top near the hinge. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she doesn't think that she needs a new door but that the hinge cover seems to be rubbing up against the door. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found that the unit had been pushed in further than the hinge cover would allow, causing the hinge cover to come forward and push down on the door. I pulled the wine cooler out a quarter of an inch and found it mold back into place. I showed the customer that the door was clearing the hinge cover. The customer advised that they did not need any other service and that everything else was working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I opened the microwave door and found a visible dent on the cabinet that was punched outward. See photos. I found that the door was not able to close adequately and was causing the upper door switches to be deactivated prior to the bottom switches and thus blowing the thermal fuse. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derek SR# 7741586632. He advised that this unit had an actual goods issue date of 7/19/24 and to proceed in warranty. He asked about the issue, and when i told him about the bowing of the cabinet, he had me send him several photos of the issue in question. He advised that based on these photos, the unit would be sent to review and to make no further repairs at this time. He stated that there didn't appear to be any ability to fix this issue as the cabinet is not serviceable and to let the customer know that Whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the customer depending on the next steps. Removed back panel and replaced harness and clip. Recalibrated and completed automatic test mode. All components pass, call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the cooktop burners and found the front left burner takes too long to ignite and the center burner flames are not complete. I adjusted the front left burner head and retested and it continues to take too long to ignite. I found the simmer orifice was clogged and cleaned it out and retested and it continues to fail. I removed and replaced the burner head kit and retested and it is now operating as designed.
