I found the element has failed and the cut off is failed as well. I replaced the element and the cut off. I reassembled the unit wind tested for heat. The unit heats and tumbles. I spoke with customer about having vent wizard come out and clean the vents out once a year, as that can cause this type of issue if the unit doesn’t have good air flow through the vent. Both RC and FC are cooling as designed, damper control working as designed as well. Based on the noise level and low profile of the unit, it feels there is not much in the way of insulation and noise dampening. The compressor can be heard when running, and it does run a good portion of the time. With the unit being In anything short of a fitted cavity it is likely you can hear some compressor noise, especially if the acoustics of the room are more on the amplifying side. Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is frosting up in the back of the freezer on top. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had seven ice trays at the top of the freezer section where frost was being found. Found frost build up at the top of the air tower. Removed tower and found no frost on the inside the tower or on or around the freezer evaporator. Inspected gasket for air leaks and found no leaks. I called Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7728028124. He advised that the issue seems to be with the ice trays or with airflow. He advised that if the customer was using hot water for the ice trays that the steam could develop the frost or if the unit can’t ventilate correctly that it could be causing cold air to sit towards the top and attract the moisture as the door opens. He advised to move the ice trays and have the customer allow proper airflow through the unit and see if that fixes the issue. Call complete .

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water into the bottom of the RC section. Upon further inspection, I found the drain tube filled with ice. I removed the back cover and using my steamer, I removed the ice from the drain tube and removed it from the RC section as well. While at the back of the unit, I found a spot on the back wall directly behind the RC evaporator that is beginning to deteriorate from the lack of insulation in that area and heat mixing with the cold on the back wall and causing it to sweat and eventually rust through the back wall.

She can turn it off and on with button but has to wait for it to turn itself off when it comes on automatically. "Arrived on site for washer stuck draining and locked door. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the washer unplugged and water line turned off. I plugged the unit back in and found it trying to drain. I gained access to the water level sensor and blew the line clear. I put the unit into diagnostics and it stopped trying to drain. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle, I found a lot of suds forming in the tube while going the the cycle. Unit operated as designed. The unit was stuck draining with the door locked because the water level sensor could not read the level properly due to all the suds. Unit is operating as designed no water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics checked error codes as it showed none. I continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until it got to spin and at the beginning of spin, the unit made a very loud metal to metal screeching sound. I removed and replaced the gearcase/cam and retested and the unit continues to make the same sound. I removed and replaced the basket block and retested and still the noise is there. I contacted techline and spoke to Robert and advised of my findings and he recommended to replace the basket, motor and return with the gearcase, just in case. Provided file #7728033606. However from L1 to neutral I found 5 V and from L2 to neutral, I found 233V. From Neutral to ground, found 16.35 V. Tested unit from the wall and found 120.2 V from L1 to ground and L2 to ground.
