Also, the water line water disconnected and the unit was dry on the inside. The customer advised that they came home one day and there was water all on the floor. The customer found that the main water line was leaking as was the water line coming from the valve to the back of the unit. The customer advised that the main water line was leaking even with the water turned off. I opened the door to the unit and found a large amount of mold on the tubing and inner walls of the unit. There was mold on the door and door bin. The customer questioned whether or not the unit could be repaired. I advised that the unit could be repaired if the parts are available, but I did not know whether or not the unit could be cleaned good enough to be used again. I advised the customer that I would notify my service manager and explain the situat

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH32519HZ1 "arrived on site to inspect microwave sparking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they turned the unit on, it began to spark above the control panel inside the vent area. Using a cup of water, I turned the unit on for 30 seconds and could not duplicate the issue and found that the unit did not heat the water very well. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover. I found that the diode had arced on the capacitor wiring and also against the shield. I advised the customer of my findings. Due to the lack of heating and the arcing, I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode ad tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. Job completed."

I cleared the error codes and tried running diagnostics but the F3E2 reappeared as soon as the washer went to step C01. I checked the sensor from the ACU and my meter read 15.2K ohms. Upon further inspection, I found that the top rack had jumped track on the left side and the left track stop is broken off. This is a completely different issue than before as the dispenser and back feed tube needed to be replaced. Both tracks need to be replaced due to them being twisted and bound and the stops are worn as are the tub wheels. I am ordering a track, 2 track rear stops, four (4) track tub wheels and will return with the prescreened track. I scheduled return service for 12/05/18. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit has not operated since it was installed on 11/16/18. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and error code F4E3 appeared (motor not running). I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water into the tub but the motor never came on. I could hear the diverter moving. The drain pump and element operated as designed. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS555SIHZ00 "arrived on site to inspect noisy refrigerator. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit is very noisy and the noise appears to be coming from the Evap fan motor. I opened the fc section door and held the door switch in and when the Evap motor came on, the unit became noisy. When I let go of the switch, the noise stopped. I removed all the contents from the fc section and removed the Evap cover to find that the Evap tubing was rubbing or vibrating against the cover as was a portion of the evaporator. Using the sealer that was prescreened for today, I placed a piece on the edge of the fan motor bracket and the remaining sealer in the middle of the Evap cover so it would fit in between the evaporator and the cover. I put the cover back on and pressed the switch to engage the fan motor and the noise was greatly reduced to the customers liking. I put the contents back inside the fc section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WCG97US6HS00 "arrived on site to inspect burner on cooktop. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the burners by turning each one on. When I got to the middle burner it did not come on. I found that the burner cap was not the correct cap. The cap that was on the burner was the “Melt” burner cap that goes to the smallest burner (back right). I looked in the drawer to the right of the unit and found the correct cap for the middle burner. I placed it on the burner head and tested and it operated as designed. I left a brochure behind for the builder/owner and left a note with the burner cap advising that it only goes to the back right burner (smallest burner). No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
