I removed the drum and inspected the roller channel on the rear of the drum as well as the seals and slide. I found drum to be in go shape. I ran the unit without the drum and observed the motor shaking constantly while running. I attempted to remove the blower and found it seized to the motor shaft. Broke blower away from motor and installed new motor and blower. Reassembled unit and tested operation. Unit now working properly with no more vibration noise. Job complete

I called techline and spoke with Sterling. We were able to get the customers network to pull up but the customers WIFI is a single band network and it fails to connect. Sterling stated the product will only work on 2.4 GHZ and the customer only has a single band router. I explained to the customer that they need a dual band router with a dedicated 2.4 GHZ router. Advised the customer to call AT&T to get the router changed. Also explained to the customer they cannot connect automatically anymore since the UI was changed. They need to connect manually using the SAID number and the MAC address. SR#7724064578. Call complete.

It appeared that the noise was the drain pump operating during spin mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics with no error codes. The unit operated as designed. I place the manual test mode and tested the agitation and spin modes. The unit operated as designed. When I actuated the drain pump and it drained all of the water out ad began to suck air through the lines, it became very loud. The customer advised that was the noise they were hearing.
