Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced wire harness and tested unit. Unit showed an F4 E1 (no voltage at the heater relay). Checked connections and found proper fittings. I called tech line and spoke to Brian SR# 7727472676. He asked me to check on the connector for the heater relay to make sure that the wires were hooked up properly on the connector. He advised that he has seen several units with the wires reversed. Found wires were in fact reversed on the heater relay not allowing voltage through the heater relay and therefore not heating. Swapped wire connections and unit ran as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not dispensing water. Mr also stated the lights in the entire unit stop working at times and he has to power cycle the unit for them to come back on. I found everything working on the unit when I arrived except the water dispenser. I checked voltage at the UI from J1-1 to J1-2 and had 0VDC. I checked voltage at the power supply and had 120 VAC & 12.7VDC at all connections but when checking for 12.7VDC between P2-3 & P2-7 the UI beeped and gave me a PF. I confirmed the PF and everything started working. I power cycled the unit again and the system wouldn’t reboot. I heard the 3 way valve trying to find home position then pausing about 5 seconds and repeating the process. I power cycled the unit 2 more times. The first time the 3 way valve did the same thing and the next time the unit rebooted and everything started working. I called techline and spoke with Scott. Scot stated it’s sounds like there’s a short in the 3

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not working. I found everything off on the refrigerator except for the UI. I checked power out of the power supply and had correct AC and DC voltage. I disconnected the deli UI and powered the unit up. All functions on the refrigerator worked as designed. I checked the black wire from the pantry UI to the power supply control and found it open. I checked the wire from the UI to the door molex connector and the wire in the new door was good. I suspect the wire is broken between the door molex connector and the RC wall molex connector. The harness needs to be replaced. I left the deli UI power supply and communication connector disconnected from the deli UI so the customer could use their refrigerator. Istomer avise that this issue was intermittent and she could run two to three cycles and then it wouldn’t run again the next one or two times she’d try to start it and then work again. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with ice build up in the ice maker door and the new door is higher than the old door. I found the FC door gasket pinched behind the ice maker container cover causing the FC door gasket not to seal on the inner part of the door and warm air to leak in. I corrected the gasket and adjusted the doors so they were even at the top. The gasket is sealing all the way around the door now. I set the FC temp to the recommended setting. I explained to m&s that if the unit starts frosting up again in the same place that we would need to seal the chassis to the liner with white sealant. The customer will monitor the compartment and call the office if it starts frosting up again. Call complete.
