Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit does not ignite and stated that when the GFCI outlet located next to the unit is lit up, the unit does not work. I pressed the reset button on outlet and the unit operated as designed except for the front left burner. I found that the orifice was clogged. I removed the orifice and cleared the debris and reinstalled the orifice and tested. The burner operated as designed. I advised the customer to contact an electrician to inspect the outlets. Upon further inspection, using a cup, I tested the water dispenser and a little water trickled out. I checked the water line at the top left hinge area and the same thing, just a trickle. I removed the water tubing cover from the inside of the rc section to expose the water tube and water valve. Using my multimeter, I tested ohms to the valve and found it open. I removed and replaced the valve and tested and the water dispensed. I tested the ice maker and it cycled and then water dispensed into the ice maker. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

It sounded like a metal on metal noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and no error codes were present. I removed the front cover and found metal shavings on the bottom panel. After further inspection, I found the the washer drive pulley wheel had been hitting the shipping brackets/mounts and actually bent the left bracket over. I advised the customer of my findings. I was able to bend the brackets down as out of the way and tested the unit on rinse and spin and the unit operated as designed with no out of the ordinary noises. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS92EC0AS03 Arrived onsite for the oven not heating. I found the thermal fuse open in the control panel. I also found the TOD open on the rear of the unit. I replaced the fuse and the TOD. I powered the oven and tested it in the bake cycle. I had an F1E1 error appear. I cleared the error and test again. The error reappeared. I replaced the main control and retested the oven. The oven reached 350 set point temperature and is working as designed. Call complete.

I removed the oven bottom pan to expose the burner and Ignitor and turned the unit on Bake at 350. The Ignitor took a long time to illuminate, but was not enough to ignite the burner. When I went to replace the Ignitor, I opened the box and found the new part damaged. I advised the customer of the issue and advised that I would have to order another Ignitor and return. I discussed the issue with the customer and they said the unit should not dispense water and then the fc warmed considerably. A few days prior to my arrival, the unit started operating correctly and the symptoms cleared. During the episode, the unit displayed the door open indicator as well. I suspect the issue was an artifact of too much moisture within, from the correction I did during the last service and the issue cleared on its own as the interior humidity dissipated. I advised the customer on things to look for if the issues reoccur. Operational test and temperatures normal, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied."

From the previous service call, the tech found that the lower wiring harness was bad and needed replaced, as does the main control due to error code F3E1. I removed and replaced the lower wiring harness and main control and tested the unit. The unit dispensed water into the basket but when it was to agitate, I could hear the capacitor making a loud ratcheting noise as if it were struggling to get the motor started. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the capacitor and scheduled return service for 01/10/19. No water leaks observed during service.
