OVEN KITCHENAID KOCE500ESS06 "arrived on site to inspect oven frame bent. Upon further inspection, I checked the oven out good and did not find any bending of the frame. I contacted the builder and they advised that the frame at the bottom corners was bent (vent). He explained that there was a unit in the same place that was defective and it was flush from top to bottom and when it was replaced with the current unit, the owner found that at the bottoms corners it was not flush. I attempted to correct the issue, but due to the installation, the corners of the vents will stick out. I removed and replaced the vent cover due to the original being scratched. I attempted to correct the issue, but the corners continue to stick out a little. I contacted the builder to advise of the repair. In order to get inside the home, I rang the doorbell and someone answer on the speaker and let me in. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF767SDEM01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit unplugged to defrost, but provided a picture of the rc section evaporator iced up. It was a large amount of ice. Previous service call notes state that the control, evap harness and Evap cover were replaced and the drain tube sealed. I pulled the unit from its place and removed the back cover to find that the drain tube was sealed, but there was a small gap in the sealant. I removed the drain tube and all of the sealant used last time ad then using manufacturers approved silicone, I placed a bead around the opening of the drain tube and reinstalled it making sure the tube was completely sealed. I put the cover back on and pushed the unit back into place. I removed the shelving from the rc section and removed the Evap cover to find that the thermistor was in the wrong position (photo taken). I repositioned it in the correct place then zip tied it

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH53521HV "arrived on site to inspect microwave inner light intermittently comes on when door open. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when she opens the door, sometimes the light will come on and sometimes not. Due to this issue, this tells me the switch is going bad. I removed and replaced all three switches and both interlocks and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. I also found that the vent is leaking air into the cabinets due to not being sealed correctly. Using some foil tape, I sealed the air gaps and tested and the unit vent is now sealed. Job completed."

The defrost system worked as designed in test mode 6. I removed the ice and tested. The cabinet required squaring and leveling and the lower right corner of the fc required adjustment. No leaks observed during service.

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4800XQ2 "arrived on site to inspect washer not turning on. On 12/6/18, I diagnosed that the unit had a clogged drain pump and I removed all of the debris. When I tested the unit, it shut down when I manually tested agitation. I tested the capacitor and found it open. The customer contacted Whirlpool and was able to the parts/labor covered. I removed and replaced the capacitor and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my repair. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC300ESS01 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker making too much ice. Upon further inspection, I found that the ice pan was full of a block of ice as if the ice maker ran over ad was spilled into the ice pan. The buildup was bad enough to trap the ice maker arm and keep it from operating correctly. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the arm and removed the ice pan. I removed the fc door and drawers to inspect the ice maker. I removed the cover to the motor and using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker at points T and H. The ice maker began to actuate, but at the end of actuating, it did not dispense any water. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and valve. The ice maker arm was in the down position but the unit control was showing that the ice maker was in the off position. I tested the valve by turning on the water dispenser and then dispensing water into the ice maker by using my jumper wire. I removed and replace
