OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOD51EC0AS05 "arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my thermalcouple, I placed my thermal lead at the center of the middle rack of the upper unit and began testing on Bake mode at 350 degrees. When the unit beeped at 350 degrees preheat, my temp reading was 276 degrees ad only reached 312 degrees before temps began to drop again. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it was reading that the unit was 349 degrees. I tested the bottom unit in the same manner and my temp reading at 350 degree preheat was 291 and only reached to 316 degrees. I removed and replaced both sensors and tested again and my readings were more appropriate. I averaged 352 in the upper unit and 348 in the bottom unit. Job completed."

Also, I found that the thermostat wires were not connected. The customer advised that he had someone take a look at the unit prior to my service. I reconnected the wires to the thermostat and replaced the terminal block and wiring ad tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found that the upper left corner and the middle of the outer door glass trim is separating. I attempted to press the trim onto the glass, but the customer advised that he did the same thing when it first happened and eventually it separated again. I removed the door to inspect further and found that the outer door glass assembly is warped. I am ordering the outer door glass, nameplate and will return with the trim pieces prescreened for today. I found the drip pan had frozen over not allowing the water to go down the tube during defrost and fill up the bottom of the RC until it was coming out of the doors. I found a large air gap causing a warm air leak where the drain tube attached. I cleared the tube and sealed up the air gap. The unit is working as designed. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4816FW2 Arrived onsite for the washer that will not spin. Mr stated the unit goes into rinse and try’s to rinse but then goes back to wash instead of spin. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E1. I ran diagnostics and found the cold side of the fill valve hardly letting any water in. I checked the inlet screen and found some debris in the screen. I cleaned the screen out and tested the unit again with the same results. I changed the valve and retested the unit. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, found gapping in the cabinet liner area at the top of the fc section and using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gapping all around the opening of the fc section.
