DRYER MAYTAG MED6000AW0 Arrived onsite for the dryer that is very noisy. I found one of the rollers with a piece chunked out of it causing a thumping noise. I found the motor centrifugal switch making a loud screeching noise. I installed a repair kit and a new motor. I tested the unit and could hear some vibration from the bottom. I found the bottom vibrating on the floor because the feet were stewed all the way in. I lowered the feet and tested the unit. The unit is quiet and is working as designed. The unit is not connected to a water supply. Motor is covered under manufactures 10 year part warranty. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ED5PVEXWS06 "arrived on site to inspect ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, using an empty cup, I attempted to dispense ice and the unit did not work. The ice maker is working as the ice bin was full. I removed the dispenser trim and found that the bracket that holds the switches in place was broken and the ice motor switch was being depressed to engage the motor. I removed and replaced the bracket and tested and ice began to dispense. I put the dispenser assembly back together and tested the unit again and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Office to mail a receipt to the customer as they don’t have an email address."

Customer advised she received a letter from Lowe’s for a extended warranty. Customer advised she will be purchasing the extended warranty through Lowe’s. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW9500TW02 "arrived on site to inspect washer shaking in spin cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. When the unit got to the spin test, the basket appeared to be bouncing around inside the tub and causing a loud banging noise. I stopped the diagnostics testing and opened the door. I lifted up on the basket and found that the bearing was bad and will need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer showed me some plates that had white residue on them from the dishwasher. I advised the customer that the residue was detergent and that they were using too much detergent. The customer advised that they had a water softener as well. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes showing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I recommended some use and care techniques and recommended some detergent/rinse aid use as well. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
