Previously, there had been some ice debris built up near the Evap fan motor causing the fan blades to rub against the ice. I found that the fan blade had moved further up the fan shaft and was rubbing against the shroud causing the noise now. I adjusted the fan blades and tested and the unit operated as designed and the fan blades did not touch the shroud. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found the unit was not level as I opened the door and the bottom rack came rolling out. I placed the unit in diagnostics and removed the toe plate to inspect underneath. As soon as the water began to dispense, I found that the valve was leaking badly at the hose connection. I stopped testing and drained the unit and attempted to turn the water off under the sink, but I found that the water valve under the sink is bad and will not turn the water off. I advised the customer to contact a plumber and once the valve is corrected, to call our office and reschedule the appointment. The water continued to leak so I placed a towel provided by the customer under the valve. Returning tech should return with all prescreened parts. Job completed."

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL KDTE104ESS4 "arrived on site to insect dishwasher not operating. Placed the unit in diagnostics with error code F5E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit did not dispense water into the unit, but i could hear the valve kick on, the motor came on, drain pump and element operated as designed. I tested the inlet valve and float switch and both were good. I removed the water line to the valve and tested it and no water came out of the line. When I turned the sink faucet on, water began to flow out of the water line to the valve. I reconnected the line to the unit and tested again and no water dispensed. I found that the unit water hose goes into the hot water valve under the sink and the hose from the valve goes into a manifold then to the faucet as does the cold water. I advised the customer that they would need to have a plumber look into the valve and manifold under the sink and once the issue is corrected and the unit still does not work to call our

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDEM00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator dripping water from the dispenser. Ms stated the unit was dripping water from the ice door. I found the ice door partially cracked open when I first arrived. Ms stated the unit would not dispense ice. I found the bottom of the ice bin clogged up with crushed ice. Ms stated she ran crushed when the cubes wouldn’t come out. I cleaned the bin out and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed and the ice door is closing and sealing properly. I went over using crushed ice and running cubed after dispensing crushed ice with the customer. I showed the customer how to check the ice door. No charge today per CS. Call complete.

I put a loop in the hose and tested the unit. I found a lot of sudsing in the machine from residual detergent in the tub. I went over detergent use with mr because they had a water softener installed and I explained to cut back on the detergent because it is causing the pumps to cavitate.
