RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFE540H0ES2 "arrived on site to inspect range oven door handle broken. Upon further inspection, I found that the top trim of the oven door was broken. Also found that the right front corner of the cooktop was damaged; the right bottom corner of the drawer panel was badly bent and there was damage to the floor from installation. I advised the customer of my findings and advised of the damage to the floors before I moved the unit. I removed the oven door and removed the inner panel to find that the top trim was broken where the handle mounts to it. I replaced the damaged trim and handle. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs made. Before putting the unit back into its place in between the counters, I found where the granite countertop was damaged on the left side and I advised the customer of my findings. MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH32519FS1 "arrived on site to inspect microwave display or showing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he noticed that the display was not on then it came back on. Also, the venthood light is not working. I lowered the bottom panel and checked voltage to the light housing and tested on high and got no voltage. Also found the light was burnt out. I noticed that the display had turned off and came back on. I removed and replaced the main control and display control and tested. The unit operated as designed and since the light bulb was burnt out I tested for voltage and got 125 volts. Tested the unit by placing a cup of cold water in the unit and turned it on for 30 secs. The water was hot to the touch. Job completed."

The unit would not dispense correctly and it had been intermittent and steadily worse, to the current point of not dispensing at all. At the press of the button, it would pulse momentarily and dispense a short squirt. The issue existed prior to the last service and has worsened. I found C29 visibly puffed on the daughter board and the board will require replacement. The ice bin was full of frost, including the mounting area and will require removal and sealing of the bin plate to correct air incursion. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the door had been repaired by an AE tech recently , but she found that there was a screw missing from the back terminal block panel and the power cord wasn’t secure. The customer thought that she might have swept up the screw while cleaning. I removed the terminal block panel and reinstalled the power cord clamp that secures the power cord to the chassis and re-installed a screw in the place of the missing screw. Job completed."

COOKTOP WHIRLPOOL WFE515S0ES1 "arrived on site to inspect range cooktop hot surface light not turning off. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the hot surface light would turn off n approximately 10-15 minutes after use when they first got the unit. Now it takes approximately 30-35 minutes to turn off. I turned the back left burner on for maybe 30 seconds and turned it off and waited to see how long it would be before the light turned off. After approximately 30 minutes the light was still on but the cooktop was still warm to touch. I found lots of food debris on the right front and back burners and advised the customer that they should clean the cooktop after every use to prevent any damage to the glass cooktop. I advised them the use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a cooktop scraper to get the tougher debris off. While waiting for the unit to cool down, I found that the oven door handle was loose so I tightened it. After approximately 30 minutes, the cooktop did not coo
