Spoke with tech line and they requested an amp rating during agitation. Washer is peaking at 6 A, tech line says this is normal. Washer is on a CAFCI/GFCI breaker that is likely required by current builder electrical codes although this is not recommended for washer to be hooked up to this type of outlet tech line cannot say it can’t be done. I found none.Unhooked the fill hoses and checked incoming water pressure from the hoses. All checked good.Noticed during a normal cycle the unit fills slower than designed, so I removed and replaced the valve, pump and actuator. I found the vibration noise being caused by the convection fan but it sounds like loose sheet metal at the rear of the oven. The oven was installed with the whip going thru the right side of the cabinet and down to a J-Box on the exterior wall not allowing the oven to come out of the cabinet. I explained to mr that a J-Box needs to be set at the back of the cabinet to allow the oven to be removed. WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWB850YW1 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the unit making a ticking sound again when the basket is spinning. Removed rotor and tested by hand and found the ticking sound still happening. Removed wash plate and found same result so I removed the basket and found the sound coming from the drive shaft. I have determined with the second drive shaft making the same noise that the original failed shaft has over heated the bearings which caused the bearing races molded into the outer tub to shift and the new bearings and shaft are not aligning properly. Unit will need new outer tub to repair.Customer would like to think about repair before making a final decision. Instructed customer to contact the office once decision is made; ordrng 1 W10381078 (outer tub) and 1 W10820039 (hub)

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF992FIFM00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. I checked temps in the RC=38 degrees and FC=10 degrees. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I removed the ice maker and checked the fill tube heater wiring and ice maker wiring and all were good. I contacted Techline and spoke to Rick who made reference to Service Pointer #W11033419C page 8 pertaining to no ice production. The pointer suggests replacing the ice maker, dual water valve, and Orion board. I replaced the ice maker and am ordering the Orion board and will return with the valve. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WGG745S0FS02 "arrived on site to inspect oven temps and bubbled console. Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My reading at Preheat was 452 degrees. My next five readings were 316, 364, 325, 363, 329 for an average of 340 degrees. I calibrated the unit +10 degrees. I removed and replaced the console and membrane due to both being badly warped/bubbled. I tested the cooktop and all flames were at correct height. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS2 Arrived on site and tested operation. Customer concern with exhaust motor turns on by itself and stove not being used as well as the damper making noise and vent not pulling smoke out while cooking. Instructed customer on damper and that it is normal to make noise when opening and closing. Instructed customer on air volume that the unit moves when exhaling and that when cooking on the front burners the vent will not pull steam or smoke to it. Tested fan and found to be good. Due to display lighting up spd2 when the fam would come on randomly the unit will need new control and control panel to correct this issue; ordrng 1 W11175576 (CONTROL PANEL)
