I found that the water line connection gasket was badly damaged and torn and was causing the water leak as it was not creating a seal between the connection and the inlet valve. I removed and replace the gasket with a hose gasket from my van. Also found that the lower rack would slide out once the door was open. I removed the wheels in the back on the unit and raised them lowering the back of the unit and the leveled the unit at the leveling feet in the front. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. Performed diagnostics mode, error code F6-E4 float switch opened, F9-E1 diverter can not found home position and F6-E6 opened fuse to fill valve. Monitored test cycle and checked amp draw to heater, found heater drawing 7.3 amps . Gained access to control and found circuit burnt. Found control had part warranty only. Removed failed control and installed new. Cleaned heater connector. Performed diagnostics mode and monitor for water leaks. All tested good, no water leaks present.

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7300DW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer noise. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a loud “metal” noise during spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics with no error codes showing. During testing, when the unit began to spin, it sounded like a loud metal on metal noise. I tilted the unit back and found idle on the rotor. I advised the customer of my findings and got authorization from the office (SC). I removed and replaced the gearcase and clutch and tested. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they poured rinse aid into the dispenser that the rinse aid leaked out of the bottom of the dispenser, but they adjusted the dial and it stopped. I ran the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed with no error codes and no rinse aid leaks. I inspected the dispenser and found no evidence of the rinse aid leaking. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 Arrived onsite for the washer that stays in the wash cycle but never agitates. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E1 & F8E1. I checked the pressure hose to the tub and found it clear. I ran the auto diagnostics test and it worked as designed. I ran the normal wash and found the unit continuing to fill. I replaced the control and ran a calibration cycle. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle again and the unit worked as designed. I ran the normal wash cycle and the unit filled to the correct level and started agitating. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
