I found a baking sheet in the bottom of the OC covering the vents causing the oxygen to get choked out in the burner compartment. I removed the sheet and tested the oven. The unit is working as designed. I advise me to cut holes in the baking sheet where the vents are if she wants to leave it in the bottom of the unit to help keep it clean. Call complete. Removed front panel to gain access to to dispenser and found no signs on of water. Performed diagnostics mode, error code 5-1 door not shut within 4 seconds of pushing start. Monitored for water leaks during test cycle and none were found. Found door rubbing left side of tub when shutting. Adjusted leveling feet to correct. Ran on normal cycle and did found water at top of door. Will need to replace inner door panel, door latch and both upper tracks. I found that when turning it on low, the burner flame would go out. I found that the orifice was dirty so after cleaning it I tested and the flame continued to go out. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when dispensing water, the unit is very loud and the ice production is small. Using a cup, I dispensed water and found it making a loud chatter. I turned the water valve down at the wall and tested again and the chatter stopped. I removed the filter and turned the water back up at the wall and tested the water dispenser and the noise stopped. I advised the customer that they needed to replace their water filter. Customer advised that the replace filter light had come on when the noise started. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDEM00 "Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition. Ms stated the unit had started making a little ice but it was very slow. I found the FC at 6 degrees when set at 0 degrees. I found the RC at 43 degrees and the RC coil frosting up. I tested the icemaker and there were no error codes, the unit went thru a harvest, and filled in all three test. I found the RC fan running slower that normal. Need to replace the fan and the harness. Ordering fan and marking the prescreened harness as UORV. RS for Mon 2/11 per ms.; ordrng 1 C-NOTES (2HR JOB. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX735SDBM04 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that she found her refrigerator shooting water from the top back left corner and had water all over her floor and the ice maker had stopped working. I found that the rubber portion of the ice maker fill tube located at the top back left corner of the unit had a tear in it. I pulled the ice maker and found the water chute full of ice and the fill tube was blocked with ice. When I removed the ice from the chute, I found a large piece of styrofoam clogging the chute into the ice tray which caused the water to back up in the chute and freeze and freeze into the fill tube. I advised the customer of my findings and turned the water off at the wall outlet. I am ordering the fill tube and will return with all prescreened parts. I scheduled return service for 02/07/19. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 67006317 (tube-water)"
