I checked error codes again and this time it showed F1E0. I am ordering the UI, both controls, a fuse and will return with TOD. Scheduled return service for 04/02/19. Found good frost pattern in freezer but had a block of ice around evaporator fan motor. Due to seal system repair previously unit didn’t get thawed out and created ice build up that didn’t get thawed threw defrost cycle. instructed customer to thaw out unit in order for unit to cool down correctly.No leaks present. OVEN KITCHENAID KODE300ESS00 "arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. After turning the power off at the breaker, I pulled the unit from its space and tested ohms to the fuse ad found it open. Also tested the TOD in the back of the unit and it was good as were the other components.I did not charge for the fuse due to it being replaced in September 2018 and is still within the one year warranty. The customer paid in full and I removed and replaced the fuse and turned the power back on at the breaker box. The unit operated as designed. Job completed."

Found that washing machine is unplugged and when power is reconnected drain pump turns on. There is no water in the washing machine,Ran a diagnostic cycle after clearing error and all functions are operating properly. Ran a calibration cycle and it completed correctly. Inspected control and insured pressure hose was clear. There is a possibility that pressure Hose was blocked or clogged. Test of the units and found the unit is draining and also found the cold water valve is clogged. Unclog the screen for the cold water valve and found the units will not go to a fast spin. Found the motor control is defective. Customer advised that she’ll get a new unit and all water connections are dry at the time of service. Only collected the service fee.

I checked the evaporator and found no frost pattern at all and the incoming line and styrofoam insulation was green. I contacted the office and spoke to CS who advised that he will work on a quote for the customer hen call the customer and discuss the costs for a sealed system. No leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR GE PFE28KSKISS Fresh food at 38 degrees and freezer at 18 degrees. Found that the freezer evaporator was not defrosting. Remove the cover and manually defrosted the entire freezer evaporator. Found that the blue wire on the right side of the defrost heater was not connected. Customer will allow time for unit to properly cool down. All water connections are dry.
