Upon removing the pump and motor the motor connector fell off and was not snapped into place. I connected the harness correctly and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX735SDHV00 "WRX735SDHV00 Arrived to instal part. I found the ice maker lower bracket was not fully engaged into the fan and damper housing assembly and corrected. I removed ice from the fill tube and installed the valve, noting excessive scarring of the ice maker fill tube and removed the damaged area. I corrected severe fc door lean and removed and mass of ice that had formed along the lower edge of the fc door. The legs were not set and I corrected and squared the cabinet. The ice maker fill tube was frozen within the cabinet and may be damaged at the fill end and will require replacement. I advised the customer this unit may have difficulties producing ice in the current garage environment, due to lower than designed for temperatures. The garage measured at 46 degrees upon my arrival. I advised the customer during cooler parts of the year the ice maker may need to be shut down due to the lower ambient temperatures causing the supply line to freeze. Office to

ICE MACHINE KITCHENAID KUIX305ESS1 KUIX305ESS1 Arrived to instal parts. I was able to remove the filter and the housing is likely serviceable and we will return with the filter. I removed and replaced the compressor and evaporator and attempted to vacuum the system. A leak was detected and I found it at the factory braze and the supply to plated joint for the hot gas circulation tube in the evaporator. I rebranded the factory fitting and attempted to vacuum the system. A second faulty connection was found within the replacement evaporator and I elected to order a replacement due to multiple faults on the new replacement. Office to order evaporator and schedule for 3 hours. No leaks observed during service. The currently installed evaporator will need to be removed and returned to the office after the nest service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10218037 (evaporator)

I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water but when the motor was to come on, it began to make a loud moaning noise. I advanced through diagnostics and tested the drain pump and element and both are operating as designed. I tested the float switch and it was good. Due to the ice maker fill tube wires being cut, I removed and replaced the fill tube assembly and using foil tape, I secured the wires to the back wall where the ice maker is located. Before re-installing the ice maker, I tested the fill tube on diagnostic mode 97 and the water dispensed. I put the ice maker back in place. I installed a new left hinge cover, due to the original being broken. I tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed. Once I took the unit out of diagnostics, the ice maker fill tube dispensed water into the ice maker. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The ice maker began harvest and completed as designed. I tested the fill tube and no water came out. I removed the top left hinge cover (found it broken) to expose the water tubes. I disconnected the ice maker fill tube and using a cup, I tested the fill tube and it dispensed water. I took the unit out of diagnostics and removed the ice maker and found the fill tube heater wires damaged. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the fill tube assembly and top left hinge cover and CNOTE LSO. I scheduled return service for 01/08/19.
