"Arrived onsite for the washer with wet clothes at the end of a cycle. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E1, F9E1, & F8E3. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle but the drain pump ran longer than normal. I pulled the air trap hose off the rear of the tub and found it completely full of debris. I cleaned the hose and retested the unit. The unit worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service.

"arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning off. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit dial to timed dry and immediately, I could hear the timer making a loud noise. I turned the unit on with the door open and holding the door switch closed and found the element glowing in the back of the drum and after a few minutes, the timer had not advanced. When I pulled the console to inspect the timer, I found the timer extremely hot to the touch. I removed and replaced the timer and tested on fluff air no heat for approximately five minutes and the timer advanced and then the unit stopped when the timer reached off position. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install parts ordered by previous tech. Ran diags and all checked out fine. Sensors passed and temp reached at least 4.5 degs when compressor and condenser fan came on, hot gas came on and went above 12 degs. Ran a normal cycle and found that ice didn’t form all the way so when hot gas came on, most of it just melted. Evap plate is smooth and customer has just ran a cleaner brought when they noticed issues with it. Main board isn’t communicating with sensor and pump to give it enough time to form ice. Customer took the ice machine out herself and will put back also; ordrng 1 W10908287 (pump) and 1 W11034363 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11126268 (harns-pump)"

Tested the unit and found the timer is defective. Replace the timer and tested the unit. Unit works properly and advise customer to clean the air vents every six months.

Tested unit and found indoor control board on top of the left side or received or not powering fill line water heater causing line to freeze over. Also noted air leak and ice build up around ice box door seal. Icebox door and control board will both need to be replaced to complete repairs. Icebox door does not show available and will need to be researched.
