I verified the complaint and removed the lid in order to access the door switch. I ran the unit through service test mode and noticed the water wasn’t draining. I removed the drain hose from the wall and noticed it was still taped up from the move to Texas. I removed the tape, service tested it again and the unit worked as designed. I zip tied the drain hose as well. All water lines were dry at the time of service. JOB COMPLETE.

The unit was tested again and I found the upper arms were not operational. I changed out the motor and pump and tested the unit. It operated as designed. Following the technician sheet, I unplugged the unit and tested the drum by hand and spun it and it spun freely. I remove the console to expose the main control. Using my multimeter, I tested P5 and P10 connections and checked resistances and all checked correct. My tech sheet advises to replace the machine/motor control assembly and retest. WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW3 "I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes in the beginning. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I placed the unit in manual test mode and tested the water inlet valve, low and high agitation and high spin. Again the unit operated as designed. When the unit drained, I could smell the “rotten egg” smell coming from the drain pipe. I removed the console to inspect the main control and water valves. I found that the sensor tube was slightly pinched at the control. I removed the tube and pulled up on the tube to get some slack and reinstalled the sensor tube and corrected the issue. I advised the customer of my findings and advised the customer to use afresh to clean the unit and maybe use ammonia once a month to help with the smell. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with error code F7E1 appearing. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit got approximately half way done and the motor stopped. I advanced diagnostics and the unit drained and the element came on. I placed the unit in diagnostics again and no error codes appeared. I continued with testing and once the water dispensed into the tub, the motor did not come on. COOKTOP WHIRLPOOL JGD8430ADS Arrived onsite to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced both right hand orifice holders and burner heads. The RR burner head would not come off without drilling it out so I had to replace it also. I had to replace the gaskets because they were all four falling apart. I replaced all 8 burner head screws. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I ran diagnostics test 44, 45, 47, & 48. All test passed and worked as designed. The thermistor registered the same temp my temp meter registered at -3 degrees at the ice mold. I called techline and spoke with Kathy File# 7723503672. Kathy stated the unit is working properly and that this unit will take 2 days to fill the bucket if the doors are not opened. RANGE GE JGBS66REK2SS Arrived onsite for the range displaying an F3 and the oven not working. I tested the unit and it reached set point temp of 350 and worked as designed. I turned the unit up to 400 degrees and tested. I opened and shut the door and the unit popped the F3 error up. I started the unit up again and tapped the sensor and the unit errored out again. Assembled unit and tested cooktop and both upper and lower oven. Found bottom not lighting. Gained access to igniter and found igniter grounded out to deflector oven plate. Inspected deflector plate and found damaged from prior igniter (see SD-QuickPic), due to normal wear and tear. Will need to replace burner plate with igniter. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOC54ECOAS04 "arrived on site to inspect oven not heating correctly. Upon further inspection, I pressed Bake and the display showed 177 degrees Celsius. The customer advised that the unit got up to 288 degrees and stopped but it cooked her food good. I advised that the unit is set to Celsius and not Fahrenheit. I corrected the display and changed it back to Fahrenheit. Using my thermalcouple, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack to test. I pressed Bake at 350 degrees and started. I noticed that my thermalcouple readings were increasing but the control panel display was not advancing above 100 degrees. I stopped the testing and removed the sensor and tested ohms and it showed to be open. I replaced the sensor and began my testing again. My temp reading at the 350 degrees preheat beep was 342. I took the next thee readings which were 358, 306, and 400 degrees. The average temp was 355 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and repair. Job comp

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC604FSS00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door hard to close. Upon further inspection, I opened the fc section door and found it very difficult to open. The customer advised that there have been times when the door did not close all the way and frost built inside the fc section. I removed the fc door and drawers and found that the grease on the bracket assemblies had hardened and gunked up causing the rails to not slide easily. I removed and replaced the left bracket assembly and when I opened the box to the right bracket assembly, I found that it contained only the bracket but the box sticker showed the correct part number for the assembly. I took pictures and notified the office through skype and reordered the right bracket assembly. Also, when I was removing the drawers, I found that the drawer pan stops were broken. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT720PADB2 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the bottom spray arm isn’t working and the unit is making a loud buzzing noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with error code F5E1 showing. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I found that the unit dispensed water into the tube and I could hear the motor engage, but the bottom spray arm was not operating as it should and I could hear the diverter making a loud buzzing noise. I notified the office to get authorization then removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly. I tested the unit again and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the rc and fc sections using my thermalcouple and thermal lead. The rc section showed 38 degrees and the fc showed 3 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the rc door ice maker. The ice maker operated as designed. It harvested and filled like it’s supposed to. I removed the ice maker to inspect the ice maker wiring and they were good with no breaks. I tested voltage to the heater and it was good. I tested voltage to the ice maker and it was good also. I removed the fc door and drawers and removed the Evap cover and found a good frost pattern on the evaporator. There was ice buildup in spots on the Evap cover and some ofthe blades on the evaporator were leaned over telling me that there was, at some point, some ice built up on the evaporator.
