"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear a thumping noise. I disassembled the unit and found the front two rollers worn. The left side had worn itself off its axle and the right side clip was broken. The quested that all four rollers be replaced. Also found that the tension pulley roller was bad and the belt was beginning to fray I removed and replaced the four rollers, tension pulley roller and belt and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed with normal noises. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop leaking gas. Upon further inspection, customer advised that installer and gas company have inspected the issue and said the unit is leaking. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from lifting glass cooktop. I tested all gas line connections under the unit with liquid gas leak detector and found the regulator connection loose. Retightened it and rechecked it and it is good. I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. Customer advised the front burners as the middle burner shot flames out from the burner head. I removed the cooktop and tested all gas connections in the burner box with liquid gas leak detector and all were good. I verified all offices as being propane orifices and on the correct orifice holder. After compressor replacement which is functional, the control was replaced and software updated, then the air duct which includes the diffuser and reconnected thermistor was replaced. All components responsible for proper cooling in refrigerator section have been replaced and there are no more recommended repairs to correct the issues being had by this refrigerator. There must be some sort of programming issue and that has already been corrected as well.

"Arrived on site to check refrigerator for no cool issue. Found compressor warm but not running. 122 vac verified to start device. Found uv dye all over drier and inside white foam which is wrapped around the low side line coming through cabinet. Unable to determine if the leak was coming from the cabinet or had sprayed from the factory weld or spray from the drier. Pressures were 100 high and 10' vacc low. Compressor would run for about 30 secs at .78 amps then everything would stop including fans. Replaced compressor, UV dryer and access valve. Also redid all factory welds. Vacuumed system and it held. Charged unit and powered it on. It ran for about 2 minutes and then shut off again. I realized I had not replaced the start device that came with the compressor, after replacing it the unit continued to run with ending pressures of 125 and 0 for over 5 minutes. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the compressor and drier. I installed a low side service tap on the compressor. I updated the main control software with a jig. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.11 oz’s of R134A refrigerant. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. I replaced the FC rails. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with FC door track issues. I found the slide defective. The bearings in the right side were slide were dragging badly causing the right side to lag more than normal making it get real crooked when pulling the door from the left side. I replaced both rails and tested the door. The door is working as designed. I took photos of the left and right adaptor because the right adaptor teeth don’t go to the end of the adaptor and this was the customers other concern causing the gears to pop if the door is pulled from the left side of the handle. I showed the customer a pic of the adaptor on the parts website and it appeared to be made this way. I explained to the customer that they probably started doing this to allow the door to align itself because when the gears went all the way back and the customer jerked the door to hard on one side it would cause the the gears to jump and get the door out of alignment.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=2 degrees & RC=43 degrees on setting of 40. Opened the RC section doors and found ice on the sides of the evap cover and inside the air holes on the front of the cover. I attempted to remove the ice with my steamer and wasn’t able to get the cover removed due to a large block of ice at the top of the evaporator cover. I was able to get the sides loose and found some damage to the styrofoam and foil tape behind the cover. Also found the damper motor not working. Customer advised that I am the third tech to service this unit for this issue (1st from AE). Due to the unit damper not working and the unit not defrosting properly, damage to the evap cover, I am needing the evap cover, thermistor, main control and damper. I am ordering the damper assembly, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION & CNOTE-OFFICE TO SCHEDULE RETURN SERVICE and will return with prescreened parts. No water leak
