"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit and tested and immediately it began to make a loud screeching noise. I removed the top panel and disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley almost seized to the axle; the four rollers were almost seized as well and the belt was beginning to fray.. I removed and replaced all four rollers, tension pulley and belt and cleaned the roller axles and cleaned the unit (before/after photos). Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for washer not draining and bad gear case. On inspection the unit had F9E1 error again. Tried to use service mode to drain the unit with no luck. I ohmed 5he pump from the harness and it was 100 ohms. It should be 19 ohms. The last visit it was open, I drain the tub and tested the pump at the pump, it was 19 ohms. Went back and tested the pump at the control board and it was 19 Ohms. I stared a quick wash and as the tub filled up the error F9E1 came back. Tested the pump at the control board again and it was 100 ohms. I pulled the clothes out and the pump ohmed out at 19 ohms. The wiring harness is bad, when there is weight in the unit it will not pump. Arrived on site for wall oven microwave combo reseting power intermittently. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Upon further inspection I found generic outlet connection installed on power cord and plugged into an outlet behind oven. Found that outlet is positioned in such a way that it cant be lowered and the plug wont fully seat all the way in and wiggles freely out of the socket. Called techline and spoke with Andrew Sr#773627104. Was I struct3d to have customer to replace outlet with proper junction box per installation Manuel before continuing with any repairs. If issue is present after junction is installed then power cord and main control will be needed. Unit is working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dishwasher leaking. Found that the tabs that hold the heater in place where missing and allowed the heater to melt on too the tub. Will need to replace the sump and motor due to wear and possible leaks. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to install a new microwave control and microwave light bulb. Before beginning, I read the previous techs notes regarding the open/close door error and issues with the control panel keys. I found service pointer #W11493384 regarding the open/close door error and found after following the tech sheet that the inner door panel needs to be replaced and possibly the hinges. I found the unit is connected to WiFi and customer advised that the microwave on key was failing until the power was cycled at the breaker. I advised the customer that the control panel will,need to,be replaced as well, along with the inner door panel, microwave control board and microwave light.

Arrived on site for washer that making a noise. On inspection the washer has a hi pitch grinding noise in spin. Flipped the 7nit up in found oil all over the bottom of the unit. Customer is going to buy new. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested. I tested the agitate mode and the unit agitated one time then the entire unit shut down and the lid unlocked. I manually tested spin and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected the actuator, motor, capacitor, harness and all looked good. I tested the harness and found it to have good continuity from the control to the actuator, motor and capacitor. Tested voltage at the wall and its getting 123V. I attempted to calibrate the unit and could hear the actuator (loud) and when the unit went to agitate, again it shut down. I removed and replaced the actuator and recalibrated and got the same results. I tested the control and found it not putting out voltage to the components. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated and retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint, unit repair history, and my findings and repairs today. Austin provided SR#7736269805. At arrival I only found some condensation drops that where frozen. I tested the heater for the defrost and was opening as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is making weird sounds off of the back of the unit. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped making the noise, but wanted to make sure there wasnt an issue with the unit. Checked behind the unit and found that the condenser fan blade had fallen off the shaft. Attempted to fit the fan blade back on the shaft and found it loose. Plugged the unit in and found the fan blade immediately start making noise and fall off the condenser motor shaft. Found no abnormalities to the condenser fan motor. "Arrived on site to install new double valve to resolve no simmer function on center burner. On arrival i found no adjustment had been made to the existing valve, and this should resolve the issue. I adjusted the dual valve and was able to get the simmer function to work properly. If the valve is turned too slow / too often it has a small chance of sputtering out when transitioning. I advised customer there were no further improvements i could make. I called and reported to tech line, SR7736266259. Tech line advised they have a recent engineering note that they have revised and released an updated dual valve and to replace that and retest. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found breaker to range tripped(located outside, gfci/afci protected), restored power to unit and checked power from outlet. Found proper 240/polarity correct. Oven sensor was 1.08kohms at ACU connector as well as directly at sensor. Bake element was 22.7ohms, broil element was 16.4ohms. Found oven tripping after 1minute of preheating at 13.5amps. "MEC8836HS00 Arrived to inspect hot surface light staying lit. I verified the issue and during testing, the light went out and the entire cooktop was cool. Arrived onsite for MW with no display. On inspection there was no power to the house. Ran power from the house next store and when we powered the unit up. The display was working ran the unit for 10 seconds and the turntable was spinning. Told the supervisor to call if it does not work when the power to the house comes back online.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that had ice clumping in the bucket. On further examination found the ice was not melting, but had water trails and water sticking cubes together. When I ran the icemaker I found only 7 cubes were made, and they were thin. Unit did harvest. When i ran the fill I found the unit was barely trickling water into the icemaker and the dispenser both. Customer has unit running on an RO system with low pressure. This low pressure may be causing the failures. Unit fill valve may not have enough pressure to properly actuate, or unit has too few small cubes that aren't properly harvesting. This may be causing the icemaker to spray / fill on top of existing ice. I informed the customer that she needs to resolve the pressure situation first, and at that point if the issue persists with good pressure, we can reevaluate for a weeping valve, or issue with icemaker dropping. Returning tech needs to verify good pressure at the unit and trace the ice trail if its still present. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling correctly after the compressor was replaced again. I found the freezer just under freezing and I could hear the refrigerant spitting at the evaporator. I tested pressures and found the low side at -22 psi and the high side at 40 psi. I powered the unit off and found the pressures not equalizing properly and very slow. I removed the refrigerant and the drier. I found the drier restricted. I cut the drier open and inspected the beads finding the bottom 1/3 full of burned oil debris, the middle 1/3 just discolored from oil, and the top third clean. I blew nitrogen thru the condenser and yoder loop to make sure they were clean and oil free getting a little oil out of them. I blew nitrogen thru the capillary tube and found it clear. I installed a new drier, vacuumed the system and charged it with 56 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and the low side was at -10 psi and I had good refrigerant flow at the evaporator. I explained to the customer to give it two weeks before loading it up with product to make sure there are no other issues. Call complete."

I removed the evap cover to find almost no frost pattern equivalent to a leak. I pulled the unit out and using my black light, I found where the drier had leaked at the Yoder loop (photo). I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good while monitoring and I used liquid leak detector around my welds and previous welds and all were good. I installed 55g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit for approximately 15 mins. The evaporator had a good frost pattern and the unit is beginning to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining in spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit doesnt finish cycles and its been happening ever since February when the previous company hadnt been out. Found that the washer was unlevel and adjusted the feet even out the washer. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Ran unit to diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Customer advised of the issue does not happen unless clothes are in the unit so ran a load of towels through a casual wash. I sought with the customer through the fill, agitation, and first wash span. found the unit working and operating as designed. The unit went into a rent cycle and began to continue forward with agitation. Advise the customer of the issue may have been with her leveling of their washer, but that the unit is working as design. Found no defrost or contorl failures. Found evap fan motor had come off of motor and lead to loss of airflow. Tighten blade onto motor and insured unit was stable and not loose. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is intermittently not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit has only done this a few times but that they have had the washer not turning on whenever they go to start a cycle. The customer advised that she had tried to reach over to unplug the unit and was shocked off the back panel of the washer at one point and was concerned about the washer. Check the unit for any grounded wires and did not find any grounded wires or pinched wires. Check voltage off the back panel and found no voltage. Checked polarity from the wall and found proper polarity. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Check voltage of the washer from the ground wire to the neutral and found no voltage. Found 123 V from line one to neutral and ground. I did advise the customer that because they were shocked on the back panel, the most likely scenario that I could think of would be voltage coming through the ground circuit thereby energizing the cabinet. I did advise the customer that I did not see any issues necessarily with the washer and advised that it would most likely be an electrical supply issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the pan cover again and the drawer is working as designed. I leveled the refrigerator as good as possible and explained to the customer that it slightly rocks when the doors are opened and closed because the floor at the back of the unit is not level. I went over getting shims from Home Depot to correct the issue and explained to them how to correct it. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is dripping from the top liner of the RC onto the top shelf and has a layer of ice in the bottom of the FC. The customer stated it was still cooling ok. I found the drip pan iced over. I removed the ice and ran my camera down the drain finding it clear. I found the defrost heater tubing not clipped in at the drain side keeping it from staying in contact with the pan. I corrected the tubing and mounted it correctly. I poured a cup of water down the drain and it went in the condenser pan fast. I tested the refrigerator and it is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees. I checked the harness at the bottom of the left FC door and it is good/no broken wires. I pulled the bottom two drawers out and found icicles at the vent at the bottom of the evap cover. When I began to remove the shelving, I found frost/ice on the bottoms of the shelves equivalent to an air leak. I closed the door and inspected the door gasket and it is sealed all the way around. I checked the bottom corner of the FC door where it meets the mullion and its sealed there too. I removed the sleeves and removed the evap cover and found what looks like some water spilled into the evaporator area and caused the icicles (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and forced a defrost and the ice began to melt. While in diagnostics, I tested the ice maker and it failed to harvest and fill. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. I cleared the remaining ice and leveled the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator for FC frosting up. On inspection found a 13 inch gap at the top of the fc door. The moulin is sitting back a 1/4 inch back causing a gap. Called spoke to,Chris at wp tech line. He is going to submit the case to engineering. WP will call the customer with the results from engineering. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new screws and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for emergency drain symptom that self corrected. Advised customer on possibility of sudsing causing a false water level reading and preventing normal operation. While discussing best practices with customer determined customer was using dawn dishsoap as a stain remover, advised customer that dishsoap is known to cause sudsing problems and cannot be used in the washer. Advised customer on maintenance. All checks good."

Arrived onsite for control not responding. Upon arrival noticed date and time are not connected and unit needs to be connected to WiFi . Power cycled the unit and Connected to WiFi and control updated. Test unit by preheating to 350. Unit preheated correctly. Powered off and unit is operating correctly. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling, tested unit found it was unplugged for about a week, powered on unit and found compressor not starting, replaced start device and capacitor, compressor started, put unit into diagnostics and noticed that the heater is not engaging, replaced control and tested, heater is now heating, unit started to develop a frost pattern, advised customer to put and bottle of water in freezer and if it freezes then the unit is ready to be loaded, unit is running as designed, job complete"

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that was throwing an F3 error. Found f3 error is due to sensor issue. Customer said they also got an F2 error. Which is an overheat code, but code threw when the unit was not in use. This indicates that there is a failure in the control or wiring. Control is NLA, but rebuildable. Advised customer on cost of rebuild, and recommendation of rebuilding control. Advised that due to age of unit the plastic is brittle and is cracking.

"Arrived on site to test unit for constant clicking, attempted to take off cover but one knob would not come off, tried to pry it up carefully not to damage the manifold but it would not move, stated to customer that I can cut it out in pieces but a new one will be needed, customer agreed, removed knob and tested unit found shorted switch harness. replaced harness and tested, clicking is now gone and all burners ignited properly, ordrng 1 WPW10284885 (Knob)"

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found Standing water in tub. Used vacuum to remove it and when in a diagnostic cycle it will spin but there is no power being sent to drain motor. Either control board or harness has failed.
