The unit has a known issue with the vent gasket letting moisture into the ui housing and that caused the plastic to warp on the ui housing. Ordering a new gasket and ui. Returning the pump, the pump was working when I did the diagnostic cycle. The spray cycle water pressure was not as strong as Im used to hearing. Returning the pump. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, customer advised the ice maker has not made ice since last repair. I tested temps in the FC=2.9 degrees. I checked the FC door gasket and found no gaps. I tested the ice maker by raising the on/off arm into the off position and then lowered it into,the on position and pressed the door switch closed. The ice maker began to harvest and dumped the ice into the bin and then the fill tube dispensed water into the ice maker tray. Using my phone, I placed it inside the FC section and took a video of the door switch in the closed position. I found that once the FC door is closed, the light turns off as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and notify our office to schedule return service should the ice maker continue to fail. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

When the unit was supposed to spin, it failed and then shut down. I tilted the unit back and found the red wire to the capacitor was broken (photo). I attempted to mend the harness, but there was not enough wire on one side to do so. I am ordering the lower harness and capacitor and will return with the prescreened parts. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not always completing cycles and cannot make selections. Inspected unit and work area. customer advised that after she ran a load after the previous repair, she can counter the same issue as before, where the unit would not allow her to change selections. She said that she unplugged it and she tried doing a couple of the things to the unit, but was unable to get the unit to change. She advised the next day whenever she went to start a cycle, the unit ran again, and did just fine through one cycle, but it has been like this since the previous repair. Found the unit paused in the middle of a cycle. She advised this happens as well. Was able to re-continue the cycle and found the unit beep again within 15 seconds as it was agitating. When I went to press the start button again, the unit beeped indicating that the lid was not fully down. Checked the lid and found a crack at the hinge indicating the lid. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, when I arrived, the unit was quiet and in defrost mode. I placed it in diagnostics and tested the evap fan in test 3. Immediately when the fan turned on, it began to make a loud vibrating noise. I pulled the unit out as it sounded as if the noise was coming from the back left side of the unit. Once I removed the back lower cover, I found the noise was coming from inside the FC section. I removed the evap cover and found the cap tube rubbing against the evap cover and making the vibrating noise. I adjusted the cap tube and reassembled,bled the unit and retested. Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on. On inspection all the components tested good. Gain access to the motor and tested it. The motor was good. The customer was using a 3 prong to 4 prong adapter. The issue was that there was no ground coming from the adapter. L1 to neutral was 124vac L1 to ground was 7vac L2 to neutral 124vac L2 to ground 9vac took the neutral wire from the wiring harness and connected it with the chassis ground to get the unit to work. Informed the customer that he need to replace the 4 prong pig tail with a 3 prong pigtail and ditch the adapter.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not working. On inspection I could hear the hinge popping when you open the door. I removed the toe plate and realized that the toe plate was installed backwards and it was hitting the hinge. On further inspection found the the unit was installed wrong and it was in a bind causing the door to hit the tub when you closed the door. Pulled the unit and reinstalled it and now the unit is working as designed. And no water leaks detected during service.

Informed the customer that the rubber grommet was the issue and to replace the grommet or the hose if the issue returns. No more water leaks detected during service.

"KOCE500ESS22 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed the unit from its cabinet installation and gained access to the interlock switch area. After installing the parts, original function returned and the unit operated as designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating/drying. Upon further inspection, I found the heating element shorted out/burnt (photo). Also found the door falling down when opening at approximately four to six inches. I found the right door hinge friction pad was missing. I removed and replaced the element and installed a pad from my van stock (WP8268961) and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed and the door is staying open as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not heating. Found both left and right oven bake igniters disconnected. Secured connections and tested to 350 with no issues. Adjusted flames for cooktop. No leaks detected. Job complete.

On arrival verified complaint of not dispensing fab softener. On first visual check found cracked drawer breaking the siphon. Replaced and ran quick cycle. Still not dispensing found cold valve not activating both valves. Replaced cold valve and ran quick cyle. Unit now dispensing fab softener. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Operational test good.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed valve. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Found ice maker and dispenser working as designed with no leaks and sound no longer present. Call complete

On site for a washing machine that is making a screeching sound during the spin portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the noise is intermittent as it will happen on several cycles and then not happen for several cycles. She said there is no rhyme or reason as to why or when it happens. Checked underneath and found slight rub marks on the slider. Went ahead and replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for film let behind. Found film all over unit. Advised customer to clean unit with white vinegar and we will reschedule to replace sump and motor. Office to reschedule

"WRS321SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit as cooling, but it had fully frozen the evaporator. In service test mode, the defrost system worked as expected, but the defrost thermistor showed an open load. I steamed out the frost/ice and found the thermistor read correctly and after reseating the plug,the issue was resolved and the control then showed the thermistor in circuit. I found the connector for the defrost heater had separated due to excessive ice,but was still making contact, but was damaged. The heater sent out and shown in the BOM is of a different type that does not have the connector. I will confer with tech support and determine the issue with the different wiring. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU), F7 EA (motor phase lost), F7 E3 (basket engaged during the wash), and F7 E8 (toro drive module over temperature) error codes. I just the unit in manual diagnostics attempting to agitate or spin and found the unit buzzing, but would not agitate or spin. Checked underneath and found the slider, completely intact and no evidence of any rubbing going on underneath. Check the motor for resistance and found the motor had proper resistance. Spun the basket by hand, and found no abnormality. Checked resistance through the shifter and the motor from the control and found proper resistance. Per the text you the unit advised to replace the control. Replaced the control and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
