"arrived on site to inspect microwave error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing F6E0. I cycled the power to the unit and placed in diagnostics. Cleared the code and tested the oven and microwave and both operated as designed. Following the tech sheet, I tested both ui’s and the harness and both checked good. Per the tech sheet, since the harness is good, the oven UI needs to be replaced. I removed and replaced the oven UI and retested the oven and microwave and both operated as designed. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with the temps all over the place in both compartments and the water dispenser is not working. When I arrived the dispenser was working but I found the temps low in both compartments and the compressor not ramping up. The customer stated the unit chirps at them sometimes and he has also opened the door and seen 70 showing in both display windows. The control needs to be replaced. I called the office and spoke with MS.I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 432 degrees. My next 5 readings were 320, 412, 325, 420, & 323 for an average of 360 degrees. I calibrated the unit minus -10 degrees to offset the temp to 350 degrees. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. Customer/builder not available to sign receipt."
