DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not filling with water. Ms stated the builder made sure the wall valve was on and the hose wasn’t kinked. I checked and pressed on the fill valve harness connector. The unit had a pod laying in the bottom and you could tell water has never entered the machine. I ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The unit filled with water and completed the cycle. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. The customer provided a video of the unit making the noise and I could hear a loud squealing/screeching noise during agitation. I placed the unit in diagnostics with no error codes. The unit operated as designed. I placed it in manual mode and tested agitation with water in the tub and the unit would make the screeching noise, but faint. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADW7 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit is leaking from the valve and fitting connection. I found that the unit has been leaking for some time as there was mold built up along the back and side walls behind the unit (photos). Also water damage in the cabinets at the far right of the unit (photos). I turned the water off to the unit and turned the power off. When I went to remove the valve and fitting, I found that the fitting was on the valve right. I was able to turn the fitting without using a wrench. I advised the customer of my findings and they said there has been no other repair to the valve. I advised the customer that this is more than likely an installation error as over time, when I the valve comes on, there is a lot of pressure coming from the water line that the movement of the valve when under pressure could’ve backed the fitting further off since it wasn’t tightened. WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW1 "arrived on site to inspect washer leaving black spots on laundry. Upon arrival, the customer provided a blanket that had black spots on it which appeared to be oil. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it operated as designed. I tilted the unit back ad found a small amount of gearcase oil on the side panels. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that the oil residue is from the blanket getting caught in between the washplate and gearcase shaft. I removed and replace the gearcase and washplate and calibrated the unit. I then tested it and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KFIS29PBMS00 "KFIS29PBMS00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I noted the unit was running upon arrival, as the two prior services and then recovered and weighed out the refrigerant within the system and was able to see that the amount removed matched MFG charge specifications, showing no leaks within the system. I removed the faulty compressor and installed the service port and dryer. I vacuumed the system for 15 minutes and then monitored for an additional 15. Holding vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. In test mode 4 I noticed a good change within the high side tubing and there was heat felt all the way to the dye drier. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
