Reassembled the unit and noticed the unit had no incoming water source. Removed the two mounting screws and noticed the tubes on the left side of the dishwasher were extremely damaged causing he water at start up is going on the floor and no into the dishwasher. Ran diagnostics and cleared the drain motor fault. I found the the unit would not complete diagnostics and the toe kick would not seat due to the amount of insulation on the toe kick. Removed the 2 additional layers to allow clearance for the control and ran diagnostics again. I found that the unit will not complete diagnostics and reads 13 minutes on display and cancel light illuminated. Unit will need new control and drain pump to repair; ordrng 1 W10914557 (pump-drain) and 1 W11177742 (CONTROL )

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRT318FZDM02 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing foods. Upon further inspection, I tested temps RC=21 degrees & FC=5 degrees. I removed the RC thermistor and checked ohms and found it good. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control failed. I remember and replaced the control and RC thermistor and tested the unit and it operated as designed as I was able to get it into diagnostics and run tests on the components. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Before replacing UI on drawer spoke with tech line there should be 12 V DC from orange to black at user interface harness. This voltage is not present and tech line recommended replacing high-voltage control board and harness to drawer. Refrigerator may need just the control board, the control board and harness, the control board and previously quoted UI, or all three. Customers will contact office what’s the decision they make. A control board and harness will need to be ordered at that point."
