Using my multimeter, I tested ohms to both sensors and both were within the 1000-1200 ohms range (1089). I began testing on Bake @350 degrees Standard Preheat Multi racks. My temp reading at 350 degrees preheat was 295 degrees. My next five readings were 319, 397, 342, 402, 341 for an average of 361 degrees. I calibrated the unit minus -10 degrees.

DISHWASHER KENMORE 665.12793K311 "Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that still gives a sudsing error message, beeps, and shuts the unit down. I checked stored error codes and found an F6E4 & F6E3. I found the float switch working as designed. I ran the diagnostics cycle and found the unit full of suds halfway into the cycle and I showed mr. I found the rinse aid dispenser still set to minimum. I added a tablespoon of canola oil to break the suds down and drained the machine. I ran diagnostics again and the dispenser worked as designed. Ms stated that after I left on the previous visit the unit worked correctly on the first load but failed the 2nd time she started using it. The dispenser is erratic and is dispensing too much rinse aid sometimes causing the issue.

DRYER AMANA NED4655EW1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer door not closing and timer not advancing. Upon further inspection, I closed the unit door and opened it and it operated as designed. Customer advised that he felt it was too hard to close. I advised that it was normal. I turned the unit on air dry and watched the timer ad after approximately five minutes, the timer never advanced. I opened the console and found that the time was not plugged in. When I removed the connection, I found that the connection had been shoved onto the timer motor connection and bent the points down so it was not making a good connection. I adjusted the points and reconnected the motor and tested and it began to advance. No lint observed during service, job completed."

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW3 Arrived onsite for the washer making a squeaking noise. Ms stated that the water is not hot enough when set to the hottest setting. Ms had a recording of the squealing sound and it was the water valve making the noise. Ms stated that it doesn’t make the noise every time the machine is used. I questioned ms about water pressure in the home and she stated it’s different all the time depending on what time of the day it is. I explained to me that high water pressure is causing the sound with the fill valve. I tested the water temp with the unit set to hot. The first fill the temp was at 99 degrees. The second fill the temp was at 97 degrees. I tested the water temp at the sink in the laundry room and the hot water temp was at 98 degrees. Ms asked what the temp was when the unit was set to warm/hot and the temp was at 87 degrees. I explained to ms that this was acceptable since the incoming hot water temp was at 98 degrees. Ms stated the showers were not very hot

Powered unit on and tested in normal run mode. Activated diagnostics test mode and monitored unit. Fond unit leaking at door, opened u it and found suds buildup. Added cooking oil to deaerate soap suds and ran diagnostic test cycle. Found dishwasher unleveled and water leaning towards front of unit. Adjusted front leveling feet. Found lower back legs need to be lowered to level unit. Had customer sign waiver due to prior scratches on floor. Pulled unit off and lowered back wheels. Not able to flush unit with cabinet. Will need to remove .25 of inch of cabinet for unit to set flush and not interfere with door. All else tested good. Spoke with customer on minor leak. Paid in full on prior service."

Advised customer on soil build up on igniters and that there are two air registers blowing air from the AC and heating unit directly at the stove which will cause a distortion in the flame and reignition to occur. No repairs are needed at this time and all is working properly. No gas leaks were found at time of service.
