Arrived onsite for the washer not draining. Mr stated the unit was not spinning and that’s probably why it wasn’t draining. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E1. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I checked the pressure hose and trap. I found both clean and with no air leaks. I advised the customer on detergent amounts because I suspect to much detergent causing the pressure sensor to fault. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
