Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. I found debris inside the drain pump and impeller to have chips on it. When I tapped on the drain pump it came on and drained. The drain pump got stuck in debris and the impeller couldn't move. I replaced the drain pump and unit operates as designed. Arrived onsite for washer leaving clothes wet. Upon arrival I found the unit not plugged in all the way. I found a tachometer missing error present. I tested the unit and found the shift actuator not switching and when under the unit i found the capacitor not showing capacitance. I replaced the capacitor and actuator and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I verified that the unit was wired correctly and that there was no visual damage to any wires or components. I followed saftey protocol by documenting with photos of the location of the unit. I replaced the controls per manufacturer's guidelines. I started the burn off process by removing the ground connection and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I reattached the ground connection and tested the oven. The oven is no longer tripping. It is advised to run the oven for an additional 2 hours. However, the home was vacant and could not be done. "MVW5430MW2 Arrived on site for a washer not completely cycles. On arrival client stated it takes to long to wash and all the lights flash when trying to work. I ran diagnostic and found error code F2E1 ui stuck button i tested in test mode everything seemed good until I ran a quick wash in customer mode. When running cycle all the lights would flash when washer was in sense then it tried to go into fill soak but then lights flashed again then it went to sensing. I replaced lower wire harness, main control, capacitor, actuator, splutch belt, and latch . Then I calibrated before running quick washer in customer mode with sheets. Still not working calling whirlpool tech support Sr# 5216 . Tech Support had me test all electrical components and we figured out that the issue was the ui control, and other components. "Arrived on site inspect refrigerator with dent in FC door . Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there was a dent on the freezer door and also there had been condensation forming on the vertical and horizontal mullion. I checked the refrigerator for air gaps and checked the gaskets and the gaskets are sealing properly. The customer also reported that the ice in the bin would clump sometimes. I found that the ice bin gasket was a little misshapen. I reshaped the ice bin door gasket. I also entered service mode to change the mullion heater setting and changed it to 'always on'. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not producing ice. On arrival found ice bucket empty. I tried to jump the icemaker and found it would not respond. I found good temp in RC, FC was about 25. When I checked the rear of the unit I found that the evap pan was full, and water was cold. Unit likely just went through defrost. I power cycled the unit and tested icemaker again. Found icemaker did respond and cycled properly. Advised customer to follow up since they had no cooling issues, and if unit experiences issue again to order a control and icemaker. Unit looks like its working properly once it was power cycled. "Unit 434. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with slow water fill. Examined and tested unit. Maintenance advised me that the resident said that water works fine sometimes, but others not at all or slow. I ran the dispenser and found once I let it dispense a few seconds, flow picked up and I could hear crunching in the RC at the reservoir area. Description indicates reservoir has likely been freezing. Unit is very lightly loaded which can increase the length of compressor run time, which can freeze the reservoir. Advised maintenance to have customer add some items to the unit, and to run the dispenser several times a day to keep water flowing and less likely to freeze. Nothing wrong with unit, temps are good. Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop with middle front burner not burning properly and cause a flame that is too high. The customer advised that she had not moved the burner caps since last visit and the stated that the middle front one was not checked. I checked all the burner caps and found that 2 were in the wrong position. I placed all burner caps on the correct burner and tested all burners. The unit is now operating as designed. Arrived on site to diagnose an oven issue where the bake function was not igniting properly. Tested the unit and confirmed that the igniter was engaging but the bake burner was not igniting. Found the bake igniter to be faulty. Replaced the bake igniter and tested the unit. The oven is now igniting immediately. Job complete.

"Arrived on-site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. I found that the unit is in a home, but the home ambient temperatures in the low 80s. The customer stated that the unit does cool but seems to have a hard time freezing items. She stated that the unit hasn't worked properly since she bought it and she called in when the unit wouldn't freeze items from the grocery store after a day of being in the freezer. She said that when that happened, the unit was making a weird noise and that it has since gone away but she doesn't trust the machine. I checked temperature in both sections and found the refrigerator at 36 degrees farenheit and the freezer at 20 degrees farenheit but with nothing in it and going through a defrost. I adjusted the temperature and found the machine c0me out of defrost and b3gin to cool. I found the freezer drop to 8 degrees farenheit within 10 minutes and checked the frost pattern. I found a decent frost pattern with half of the evaporator fullyforst3d and the front side beginning to form frost. I reassembled the unit and found tempertaure had increased to 60 degrees farenheit in the freezer and left my temperature probe in the freezer while I checked resistance on my thermistors. I found the RC thermistor reading 7.89 k ohms (36.5 degree fahrenheit) and the defrost thermistor showing 18.3 k ohms (8 degrees farenheit). I checked the compressor and did not find the compressor overly hot. Within twenty minutes, I found the freezer get down to 7 degrees fahrenheit and continuing to cool. I did advise the customer that I could not replicate her issue and did explain to the customer that having multiple items in the freezer would help maintain temperature in the freezer section. I also explained that ambient temperatures need to be below 90 degrees fahrenheit to cool adequately. The unit appears to be working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not turning on. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the issue is intermittent; sometimes it'll work just fine and others it won't. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E5-shifter fault and F3E1-sensor fault. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I questioned the customer on their washing load sizes and they advised it varies from small to large (clothing up to the top of the agitator). I recommended the customer not overload the unit as it can cause the unit to shut down and throw error codes such as this one did (F7E5). I questioned the customer regarding the unit not completing a cycle and they said it would make loud grinding noises. I tested the drain pump and the tenant identified the noise. Tenant advised they would have to unplug the unit to get the noise to stop. Due to the F3E1 error code, I am ordering the main control and advised maintenance staff that we would contact them when the part arrived as it's currently out of stock. WTW8127LC1 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies. On arrival I ran diagnostic no error codes then i ran a diagnostic test no sounds product is working. Then I tested in customer mode on quick wash for 27 minutes i waited for the whole cycle no sounds. I recommend to client if sounds come back to record all sounds and the time it makes the noise. No parts used no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site to repair previously diagnosed issue top middle spray arm not cleaning properly. Replaced spray arm and tested. Unit is functioning properly and as designed. Customer will monitor next few cycles of dishes. No leaks present at this time job completed

"Arrived on site for no ice. Removed front cover found broken wire on grid cutter,ran diagnostic pump not sending power to valve,ran a normal cycle valve energized weak flow. Replaced water valve,recirculating pump and grid cutter ran diagnostic all test passed. W10919199,w11542867,w10897719"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on Timed Dry and noticed the heat selection was on Air Dry. I changed the heat to high and tested and found the element not coming on. I gained access to the element and tested and found it open and the coils broken. Removed and replaced the heating element and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended to maintenance that they have the vents cleaned soon as there was some lint inside the unit that I cleaned out before reassembling. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. WP3387747"

Arrived onsite to inspect range burner not igniting upon further inspection found burner head not seated correctly adjusted burner head advised customer on cleaning & turning gas valve off tested all burners unit is working as designed no gas leaks detected during service

Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. On a4rival confirmed issue and found wp3392519 thermal fuse bad. Replaced fuse and found all other thermistors and cutoffs working as d3signe and element wasn't grounded. Also verified the blower wheel and lint chute had no obstructions and the vent house went straight out the wall of home and was also clear with good airflow leaving the home. found dryer wasn't overheating and instructed customer to let us know if issue returned. Call complete

"Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace W11539855 drain pump. Plugged unit back and now unit powered on. Customer is experiencing low water pressure to the home and recommended to not use machine until that is resolved. Customer agreed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the crisper drawer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that no matter the temperature setting for the crisper drawer, it is freezing their fruits and vegetables. I pulled the drawer out and found the damper door open. I tested the unit in diagnostics and found the different dware, not operating. I replaced the damper control and thermistor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site for RC overcooling. Upon arrival, checked temperature in RC with thermocouple and found to be off by 10F. FC reads as normal. In addition, found right side RC door gasket torn. Ordering W10830046 RC gasket and W11084235 RC thermistor. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10830046 (RC gasket) and 1 W11084235 (RC thermistor)"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with frost present. I found a normal amount of frost on the food about skin layer. This frost is normal occurrence as when the door is opened warm air enters the unit and condenses creating frost. I explained this to the customer and also found the slider and gaskets sealing properly. No sag on door and it closes properly. No issues are present with the unit at time of service and is operating as designed. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on-site or a washing machine that won't drain and is flashing lights. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it was doing the same thing as it did previously and will not drain the water out. I checked in her knees and did find the harness split. I called the Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Brandon SR# 7741618429. He advised that with the new updated harness and clip that we should be good to go for future reference. He did state that he would note the file. I added both parts and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11755726 and W11643701.

"Arrived on site for unit not powering. Upon arrival, found control panel is not responding. Confirmed green light indicator is flashing on the control board. Proceeded to replace W11319991 console. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. No error codes stored. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived on site for oven inner glass shattered. Upon arrival, found inner glass not present due to customer cleaned and removed all broken glass. Found pieces of broken glass around the general area of the oven. Customer stated this issue happened when using oven and heard a loud boom and found inner glass to the oven was shattered. Called techline and spoke with George SR#7741621112 and stated Safety will ultimately make decision on a resolution. Called safety team and found call not going through due to after business hours. "Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not making ice upon further inspection superintendent, had the unit unplugged when I arrived tested icemaker unit has water going to icemaker advised needs to monitor in about 6 to 8 hours for ice to harvest customer not available to sign no leaks observed during service"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking. Customer stated it was from the icemaker. I inspected the fill tube and found it to be too short thus when filling the water will flow down to the bottom of the unit. I used the fill tube extension supplied in the icemaker kit. Unit now fills as designed and is cut accordingly. No leaks. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer continuously draining. I found a main control fault and a water pressure sensor fault present. I found the unit to drain even with the waterline off and canceling the unit. Unit will require a control that hasn't been received yet to continue with repair. RS when control has arrived. No parts installed.; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site to install w11613483 panel. On arrival installed part and d took photos of new panels. Unit works as designed call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. On arrival confirmed issue and found stat 279816 broken amd element coils slightly wrapped. I replaced both stat and element 279838. Also found there is a clognnear top of vent on roof duento mesh wiring cover building up lint and cuaing water to form in the vent hose down below. Instructed customer to have wire cover removed to prevent lint build up and allow proper airflow. Call complete

On arrival i tested unit and found no leaks but found signs unit had leaked previously, and after sp3aking with customer i found unit it had been worked on by another company that had repaired leak. I then found element w10518394 was broken and replaced it. Found dishwasher heating and washing as designed with no leaks. Call complete"

Arrived on site for sealed sytem repair. Removed back panel and immediately saw that unit will need a new condenser coil. Tapped system and found it completely empty. Pressurized system t0 250 psi and it holds. I noticed white beads were not visible in drier. Opened up drier. Found in all clump3d together and black. Called tech line. Sending to review. They will here back from whirlpool. Sr#7741620780. Refer to customer service. Call complete.
