"arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit made a popping sound and stopped heating and they could smell a burning metal smell. I turned the unit on and it was loud and not heating. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode. Retested the unit and it is much quieter and is heating properly. I advised the customer of my repairs and reinstalled the unit. I retested once I had it reinstalled ad it operated as designed. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator making a loud noise when the ice maker fills with water. I put the ice maker in a harvest and found the valve sounding normal and working as designed. I explained to ms to raise the bale arm at night to turn the unit off so it won’t wake her up. Ms also stated moisture was building up and dripping on the top of the FC gasket. I explained to me that the humidity control needs to be on. I turned the control on and the mullion is getting warm. I checked the RC door gaskets and found them sealing properly. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to refrigerator ice maker slow production. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and ran test 56 and it showed E0 for no errors on the ice maker. I ran test 57 and the ic maker harvested as designed. I then ran test 45 and the water dispensed into the ice maker tray. I ran test 36 for the ice box fan and it sounded somewhat weak, but when I opened the left RC door I found condensation built up on the ice maker fascia. I closed the let RC door and inspected the ice in door gasket and found a large gap in between the gasket and fascia. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the ice bin door and will return with the prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service due to part being PSP. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 WPW10549589 (door-ice)"

"arrived on site to inspect range oven not igniting. Upon further inspection, I removed the inner panel and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit arced and lit the burner. I tested again and this time the Ignitor failed. I found that the Ignitor was not mounted correctly and the screws holding it to the burner were loose. I tightened the screws and retested ad nothing happened. I did not hear the control engage or the Ignitor arc. I removed and replaced the main control ad Ignitor and retested and the unit operated as designed. I tested all burners on the cooktop and they operated as designed. I adjusted the flames on the middle burner and the front right burner. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
