I drained the remaining water from the unit and removed and replaced the drain pump. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F8E1 and F8E2. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed and the drain pump did as well. The customer provided proof of purchase. Ms stated that when the unit is set to hot the water is good but when set to the next setting below hot the water temp is luke warm. I changed the valve housing out in the unit and tested the machine in test 51. All test passed and is working as designed. I explained to me again about the distance from the water heater to the washer could make a difference in the water temperature and advised running the hot water at the sink next to the washer before starting the washer. Upon further inspection, I found that the top mount that is on the left RC door was installed crooked and once the mullion was installed back on, it was causing a lot of stress on the mullion hinge and will eventually either pop off again or break. I am ordering the left RC door and another mullion along with a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. I went ahead and replaced the mullion for now due to the old part being badly warped/broken. I advised the customer that the door would take 6-8 weeks to arrive at which time the office would call and schedule return service. I tested the unit in the auto diagnostics cycle and the unit displayed an F20 during step 4 because the hot water valve is letting a minimum amount of water in. The machine works fine in a regular cycle if warm or cold is selected. I explained this to ms. There were no water leaks present at the time of service.

I tested the oven in convection mode at 350 degrees. I found the convection fan with bad bushings and making noise once the oven reached set point temperature. RANGE KITCHENAID KDRS483VSS04 "arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F2E1. I followed the tech sheet for error code F2E1 and I turned the power off the unit at the breaker box. Turned it back on and cleared the code and tested the small oven in Bake mode at 350 degrees. The unit operated as designed and maintained temps. The customer advised that they placed the small oven in self clean mode and halfway through it stopped and showed an error code. I contacted Techline and spoke to Rick and advised of the issues. Rick advised to check the wiring harness and door seal and make sure no warm air is escaping and make sure the wiring is good. He provided File #7724325119. I verified the door seal and the wiring harness and all were good. I advised the customer to contact the office should the issue occur again and to take a picture of the error code it shows, if any. No gas leaks detected during
